Mi estancia en el TCH Marrakech fue una experiencia extremadamente desastrosa. La habitación (cuádruple privada) no coincidía en absoluto con las imágenes que publican; era mucho más PEQUEÑA y carece de escritorio. Además, estaba justo encima del desayuno. Los RUIDOS durante la noche y desde muy temprano en la mañana fueron constantes, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera insoportable. No entendemos cómo nos han asignado este tipo de habitación sabiendo los inconvenientes que tiene y nuestro grupo incluía niños. Además, cuando llegamos por la noche para disfrutar de las áreas comunes y la terraza, nos informaron que ya estaban cerradas, a pesar de que el horario en el cartel de la habitación indicaba lo contrario. La WIFI no funcionaba nada bien. Nos resulta preocupante que el personal de recepción no nos haya informado del camino adecuado para regresar al hotel por la noche… haber advertido sobre los de los zocos cerrados y los errores en la aplicación de mapas que recomiendan en recepción podrían habernos ahorrado esta problemática e INSEGURA experiencia, especialmente considerando que viajábamos con niños Después de comunicarnos con recepción, el personal obvió completamente nuestra situación. A pesar de darles la oportunidad de resolver nuestros problemas internamente, el equipo de redes sociales y atención al cliente se niega a responder a nuestros mensajes; demostrando una falta de profesionalidad y respeto hacia el cliente. Si revisan las reseñas publicadas, pueden comprobar como en todas las negativas la responsable del hotel SIEMPRE culpa al cliente de todos los problemas. Tras nuestra decepcionante estancia en The Central House, recomendamos que para disfrutar de Marrakech es imprescindible alojarse en otro sitio. (La respuesta del alojamiento es totalmente incorrecta. Lo que ha sucedido no ha sido únicamente no cumplir con las expectativas; sino también un incumplimiento de los servicios que figuran en las imágenes e información que figuran al hacer la reserva)

Las imágenes y servicios no se corresponden en absoluto con la realidad. La habitación es extremadamente pequeña, las camas y almohadas muy incómodas y el escritorio de las fotos no existe

El camino para volver al hotel por la noche es muy confuso, especialmente si te informan mal en recepción y te recomiendan una app en la que figura una ruta cerrada por la noche.

Tout d’abord je tiens à remercier le monsieur adorable qui nous a accueillis dimanche soir et qui nous a servi notre petit déjeuner ce matin. Concernant le Riad je suis assez partagé. L’endroit est vraiment superbe il n’y a rien à dire, c’est très propre et le personnel est agréable. En ce qui concerne la chambre, rien d’exceptionnel. Aucunes fenêtres (sauf des minis fenêtres au plafond impossible à ouvrir) mauvaise odeur de renfermé et d’égout à certains moment. On aurait dis qu il y avait une fuite dans la douche car le mur était gonflé … Strictement aucune insonorisation, la terrasse est ouverte jusqu’à minuit et nous sommes tombés sur une groupe extrêmement bruyant. Après avoir marché des km et des km la journée, on a aussi envie de se reposer. Ce qui m’a le plus déranger c’est l’accès au Riad de nuit. Oui il est pas mal situé, même si en journée on peut passer par un endroit qui semble un peu mal famée. Mais alors la nuit, nous étions 2 filles et traverser les souks lorsqu’ils sont fermés était une très mauvaise expérience. On croise des gens qui voient qu’on est plus ou moins perdu, qui nous donne des faux chemin, qui nous accoste … franchement j’ai un très mauvais souvenir de cela …

J'ai récemment eu le plaisir de séjourner à The Central House Marrakech Medina, et mon expérience a été tout simplement incroyable. Dès le moment où j'ai franchi la porte, j'ai été accueilli avec un service exceptionnel et une atmosphère chaleureuse. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait, situé au cœur de la médina de Marrakech, à proximité des principaux sites touristiques, des restaurants et des souks. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, propres et décorées avec goût, offrant tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Le personnel de l'hôtel mérite une mention spéciale. Ils étaient attentifs, courtois et prêts à répondre à toutes nos demandes. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec un choix varié de plats locaux. L'hôtel propose également une belle terrasse offrant une vue imprenable sur la médina, l'endroit idéal pour se détendre après une journée bien remplie. Je recommande vivement The Central House Marrakech Medina à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience mémorable à Marrakech. Je suis impatient de revenir lors de ma prochaine visite dans cette magnifique ville.

Cool vibe in the hostel but a little loud at night if youre trying to get an early night for a 5am start, but it is a hostel after all so cant fault that. Younes, Nasima and the other guy who printed my boarding pass( cant remember his name), went above and beyond to make my stay great! Their warm hospitality and helpful tips made exploring Marrakech a breeze. The bar staff were excellent, too! The facilities were clean, comfortable and well-maintained. Bed was comfy, showers were good and good luggage storage. The location was perfect, close to all major attractions/points of interest. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a tourist-friendly, cozy and comfortable stay in Marrakech. Five stars all the way!

J'ai passé un séjour de trois jours dans cet hôtel et je ne peux que dire que c'était une expérience magnifique et inoubliable. La chambre de couple, on a beaucoup admiré, très propre, spacieuse et bien équipée. Le Spa vraiment du paradis des moments de relaxation et repos. Pour la restauration, des plats vraiment délicieux. En général, vraiment rien à signaler et je recommande vivement les lieux aux visiteurs de la ville rouge. Bonne continuation à l'équipe qui est très aimable et accueillante.

Beautiful hostel in the middle of Medina, Marrakesh. Stuff is really kind and the place looks amazing. Rooms are very clean and breakfast is amazing. There is also room for chilling with billiard and television. In the bar you can order different kind of drinks and foods, also when you arrive you get free welcome drink. I have great time there and I can say only the best thing about service there. There is also a swimming pool in the middle of the hostel and the roof top with deckchairs so you can spend whole day under the sun. Really beautiful and worth the visit.

Central House is a very nice place to stay when you visit Marrakech. The hostel is located in the middle of the Medina, so close to all the beauty Marrakech has to offer. The room is pretty and clean. The room has nice beds and a lovely shower. Service and breakfast are great. Staff is so friendly and help with all your needs. They really made our stay wonderfull. The hotel staff were some of the most incredible people, they all went above and beyond to make sure anyone needing assistance was accommodated for! The building itself and rooms was absolutely beautiful and so clean, I could sit by the pool/bar area all day! Location was perfection too! Very beautiful with the rooftop and swimming pool. It’s also very modern. Great service (There’s a bell man that directly took your luggages up to your room so you don’t need to carry it by yourself). They also have some excursions that you can take from the hotels. The staffs also gave helpful information. Really appreciated the privacy of the dorm too

Would definitely reccomend staying here if you are in Marrakech! The staff are EXCELLENT!! Could not have been more helpful! There are private rooms and dorms. The dorm bunks are private with a wee light, shelf and socket. Will definitely stay again if I'm in the city! Thanks xxx

Einfach ein wunderschönes Haus! Irgendwie für alle da - egal ob Party-Hostel-Gäste oder Hotelketten-Publikum. Öffentliche Bereiche super schön und auch mit ruhigeren Ecken. Dorm sauber und mit Top-Dusche. Lage in der Medina etwas versteckt (aber was ist in der Medina nicht versteckt?) im nördlichen Teil, aber auch mit ein bisschen Herumirren ist man zu Fuß in 20 Minuten am Platz.
