I love my church.....God...Jesus...Holy Spirit!!!!THEY READ AND TEACH DIRECT FROM the Bible...NOTHING ADDED or CHANGED...This church is about JESUS... to love all as Jesus loved all!!!! They accept you for who u are, no judgements u come as u are. The tenderness and love they give to one who is broken and at the end of the rope..I have been coming to this church since the late 90's on and off. The worship team is so passionate and the love they have for our God..Jesus...Holy Spirit is so beautiful! Pastor Tim is one of the best Pastors next to Pastor Jack Hayford. If you have never come to know Jesus Christ or the love he has for you HE is waiting for u to open your heart and say I need you Jesus. My life is broken I'm at rock bottom HE will save you. This church is equipped to bring the truth, forgiveness, love, acceptance and healing to all who are in need. If your empty and have been filling your life with that of the world, please come here. I promise you will never be the same. Once you feel the love from Jesus in this church and by the people of the church you will be changed forever. GOD is here because of the people who are HIS children, not because of the building or the location. This is what gets me thru the week, knowing when I come to my church I see, feel and know God..Jesus...Holy Spirit is going to fill my cup up and overflow. Thank you JESUS!!!AMEN.

Wow...so awful. Totally unpleasant and disappointing experience. Let me clarify: I've been saved since 1977 and am still a bit of a Jesus freak. Nothing matters but Jesus to me. Anyway,I was visiting L.A. to see my adult son, who is sort of on the fence about Jesus, and thought it would be cool to visit this church, pastored by Jack Hayford, who is, himself, a holdover from the 70's. Big mistake.Not sure why but from the minute we parked we were not greeted but scrutinized, like animals. This ill-treatment continued in the sanctuary. The ushers who (quite literally) prowled the area seemed more like prison guards and gave me dirty looks, even as I was raising my hands to worship my risen King. I tried to roll with it, church is a place where a Jesus lover should be comfortable, but after a while I could not take it anymore and left. Strange, strange, experience. This place - this experience - was as far removed from the authentic gospel as a "church" could get. Shame on anyone who perpetuates this unhealthy, unscriptural travesty. Jesus said, where two or more are gathered in my name, there I am in the midst. Give me 5 minutes of face time with another Christian and it will best 5 years in a gulag - setting like Church on the Way. If you want to hear Hayford's teaching, stay home, for goodness sake, and watch him on Youtube.

This is not only a place of worship, its far more. TCOTW is a loving community and reliable resource. I've attended classes there that helped me develop everyday, practical life skills from pre-marital preparation to finance. The things I learned during these classes are helping me tremendously in achieving my goals faster and equiped me with the knowledge to do so according to God's perfect design and divine will. The group mentors are fantastic! They are transparent and it made me feel comfortable sharing and expressing my areas of weakness so I can get help. I never once felt judged. Only supported and loved. They nurture you spiritually and also help you grow in every other area of your life holistically. I am not currently a member because I serve at another smaller ministry, however, TCOTW have several resources our small church doesn't so I often participate in their classes because they're open to one and all - member or not.

I have attended Church on the Way for 20 years and it is my church home. It is friendly and homey and has some of what I think are the most genuine and nice people in Los Angeles. It is my church home and will continue to be so for the rest of my life. We have something for everyone, including a vibrant children's ministry, and our PrimeLife group for over 55's and something for everyone in between. We have specialized groups for special needs such as young marrieds, grieving losses, and many others. Our worship leaders are second to none, full of the spirit and so talented. I love to come to church to worship. There is nowhere else I would prefer to be and nowhere else I would ever prefer to worship the Lord. The Lord SHOWS UP in our praise and worship. I love going to my church.

This a very big church congregation. This Protestant church (Four-Square denomination) has provided a good groundwork for establishing many Christians solidly in their faith in Jesus. As a larger gathering of believers, they have the people & financial resources to host, promote & to support many ministries that serve the cause of Christ and to warmly embrace people in need of the love of God (....and ALL of us fall into that category!) Though I personally, regularly attend a different Christian congregation elsewhere in the area, I really respect this solid pillar of God's people in our community. I occasionally attend special events hosted there. Thanks to The Church On The Way for all that you do!

Pastor’s Tim and Deborah Clark are amazing. The church staff is wonderful and friendly and nice. I love that they offer different age classes for our children and the different group classes. I also like how the church has a mix of different ethnic groups of people’s. The worship and the service is magnificent. My family and I attended Church on the way for 5 years, until we had moved away. My family and I would occasionally go back and visit. It’s a blessing to know that we can always go back. I would suggest Church on the Way to anyone who lives near by looking for a church to attend. God bless!

Praise and worship is awesome (but short ), other than that, I very happy to call this my church family! I love how they are involved in the community in such a positive way, but also focus on building community within the church. With a congregation of this size, it can be difficult to build a community, but church on the way create platforms to make the relationship of the congregation to be very genuine i.e. small groups that take pkace all over the county, opportunity to fellowship with other members, and always setting aside time (every Sunday!) for members to meet and greet each other.

Filled with the Holy Spirit the Lord rains down blessings upon this congregation.... I always leave with a smile in my heart so JESUS TRUTH is spoken here threw the reading worshipping of Our Lord and Savior JESUS Christ hallelujah.... Consider My Meditation …The boastful shall not stand before Your eyes; You hate all who do iniquity. You destroy those who speak falsehood; The LORD abhors the man of bloodshed and deceit. But as for me, by Your abundant lovingkindness I will enter Your house, At Your holy temple I will bow in reverence for You.…

So disappointed, I don’t go to church every weekend but I wanted to bring my kids to the Christmas Eve service, I checked online to see what time it started and if tickets where necessary to buy. Online it states the candle light Christmas Eve service starts at 4-5 & 5.30-630 we show up at 3.30 and it’s closed a nice gentleman tells me it starts at 7pm. They really need to update their information and triple check it. So much for the Christmas Eve service won’t be able to come at 7pm can’t even call cause they never answer the phone. Smh

I didn't actually attend a service there, although I had attended there many years ago. I am no longer religious. I went to pick up my daughter after the service. I did notice that the main sanctuary had been modernized like many larger churches have done with various colored lighting, etc for the musical portion of the service. Since the covid problem, many churches had to resort to broadcasting their services so they had to dress up the stages.

I used to go to this church and I always felt empty when I tried to to talk to the servers there I never felt that they give me adequate advice for my situation. Now I don't believe in churches but I do believe in God and keep my fellowship with him personally in private. At the time no one my age or older was really my friend and they never visited my home or had a good relationship with me. I felt discriminate against.

My church and very great one at that... They very inviting and preach true word of Christ. They are still a mega church which must cater to alot of people soo anything too deep or controversial won't be covered. But the no matter if seek Christ this is great place to be.. Also this church participate in plethora of activities in the community and real investing setting a great foundation in christ

A Church that offers solid Bible teaching, good fellowship with devoted believers. Sunday school classes for all ages. The Church has an incredible history of service to the community, people from all walks of life. Prayer and Bible based counseling help people break free of the hurts and hangups. All based on God's eternal word and the power of Jesus Christ.

This place is a home for me. I've been going for almost four years now and I can't say enough nice things about not just the staff, but the people too. If you're looking for a church, I recommend you stop on by. Our pastors are constantly challenging us to encounter Jesus no matter where we are. We are actively pursuing Him and His will.

They got money to build this big church and pay the pastor salary but they don't have money to help people hypocrite people we try to speak with the pastor they denied he is a God or something like that not right I don't believe a person doesn't have time for people that he's job he got salary but anyways this a wolf dress as a sheep

From the minute you walk in the door, you will encounter God's presence & His love will surround you. Come dressed in jeans or your finest duds. You'll receive the same welcome & the coffee is pretty good, too. …

Came to their Christmas event been here since 4:44pm and the car infront off me and the car behind me cut the line. It's not fair that we are waiting for all this time and people cut. Next time have traffic control ti control all those cutters. It's 7:23 and still waithing to get to the church thanks to all those cutters.

Love the spirit of the Lord is in this place. Love the youth praise team and how they love the Lord. The Pastor message is always delivered with positive and openness. I can't wait for Sunday since I drive from So LA every Sunday now. Can't wait for the new location to open on Barrington. I want to become a member soon.

I'm an occasional visitor to LA but always try to attend this church. I love the commitment to passionate worship, Biblical and practical teaching and a heart to reach the lost. There is a real sense of the presence of God in the place. I look forward to my next visit!

The sermons are great! They get to the point, even with laughter. I love it! It is great to watch more than once, so if you miss something you'll get.

For the last few years I have attended the Good Friday service. Great music, great sermons, uplifting services. The Spirit of the Lord is present.
