Pretty. That's it. That's just what they are. I bought: - Red velvet - Choc Mint - Double Choc - Vanilla Vanilla - Raspberry White Choc - Lemon Vanilla (or something lemon flavoured. It had a meringue on top). There's WAYYYYYYY too much sugar, and the synthetic flavours are so strong and over the top, I may as well have a spoonful of cordial. You can't taste the chocolate. You can't taste the cheese in the cream cheese. You can't experience the butteriness of the cake under the frosting, so it makes me wonder what shortening may have been used. The sugar makes it go from yummy to yucky in 10 seconds. Certainly not recommended for anyone with slightly evolved tastebuds. And most certainly, don't feed this to your kids. $24 for a pack of six? Nope. Coles does these fairy cupcakes in their bakery section. Try those against their Vanilla Vanilla and you'll know what I mean. Sorry guys. Please use this to fix your recipes. Or change your supplier. And taste what your suppliers are giving you before you sign contracts. I'm not saying you're not Queens. Just not Cupcake Queens. Maybe Sugar Queens.

Have been going to cupcake queens for years now however yesterday I was there and the service was terrible!! Firstly we waited 20 minutes for our coffees and cupcakes. Then when the coffee finally came, they were cappuccinos instead of lattes then when they eventually brought the coffees we ordered, they were so milky and horrible I didn’t drink any of it. One of the girls there was very rude, rolling her eyes and plain right disrespectful. Won’t be going there again.

The cupcakes were the best, however due to poor customer service I am giving a one, I couldn’t reach anyone before the birthday event and I called multiple times! I specifically mentioned 5 times prior for the cupcakes to all be vanilla with blue due to our sons birthday theme, yellow and blue, but what we agreed upon wasn't fulfilled, at the end I received chocolate cupcakes and I didn’t want them at all!

Cupcakes look ordinary with piping so juvenile looking but taste good. I couldn't choose other flavours all looking sad and boring. Jazz up ur piping skills it's not that hard. I ordered rocky road the only cupcakes that’s appealing. Lots of inconsistencies with toppings. Check before they bag ur order they will give u a piece or two with bits missing. I was embarrassed as it was a gift to someone.

I love coming to the cupcake queens!! Massive fan of Lemon Delight. It’s light and a beautiful hit of citrus through the sponge. This pop up shop is cute with lots of seating area. The Coffee beans they use aren’t bitter its perfect for me. Customer is great! Definitely recommend. If your not familiar where they are in Watergarden’s Shopping Centre, they are near Jeanswest.

We love the cupcakes from cupcake queens, the last 3 years we have always ordered them for my daughter's birthday. This year aswell as having cupcakes we got the elsa doll cake and it was so good we didnt want to cut it but once we did we absolutely loved it. There so good that we live an hour away and get my parents to pick them up and bring them over.

The staff were great at acknowledging customers, extremely helpful and delicious cupcakes! To the manager, I watched your lovely team assist a challenging customer today with respect and patience. Great teamwork

Wondering if the recipe has changed over the past 2-5 years?today got the vanilla cupcake & daughter got the chocolate honey comb. Both were dry, as if homebrand packet mix (mixed with water) was used! The icing was stale & dry too, no buttericing taste & Not glitter what

I had my doubts due to bad experience with other cupcake places. But I had this ordered and was worried it would turn out dry but in fact it was moist and tasty! My whole family enjoyed. Could do a little more work with the decoration but overall still pretty good :)

Cupcakes were delicious and both staff members were very patient as my two young children took their time choosing flavours. We will definitely come back.

3 stars for the quality of the cupcakes. They are delicious. However, customer service is terrible. Lady that serves me regularly is so rude, like I’m a huge inconvenience to her! Train your staff to smile and actually be nice

Extremely rude just by asking a simple question so I knew who I was dropping an order off too. I won't ever be spending my money there after that rude behavior and I'll be ensuring other people don't go there either

The cupcake queens coffee was on point. Hubby got a medium long black, the girl who made it was so lovely that she double cupped the coffee without as having to ask, legend!!!! My cap was delicious. Thanx girls
