sometimes you don't notice something when it's been right in front of your face for some time....thats how i feel about the dry cleaning factory. i live in a downtown condo and for years stressed about schlepping my clothes to the nearest dry cleaner and then having to go pick them up. that was two errand runs a week that were a complete pain in the butt. then someone told me about drycleaning factory.....free pick up and delivery...all i had to do was drop my bag off at the front desk and-voilla!-the clothes come back in a few days. so i tried it and i will never go back! thanks dry cleaning factory...you've taken a major hassle out of my life and given me a service i can count on!

The couriers do a great job of meeting you for pick-up and drop-off, and the next-day wash and fold is convenient and done well. Will be using this service exclusively when I'm in Miami. Update: 2nd try was very different from 1st. Scheduled a pickup the night before, and reached out to them on the day of to see when they were coming. They responded that the following day would be better, which I couldn't do. Scheduling in advance served no purpose, basically. Now I'm forced to taxi to a coin-op place so I can have clothes available. 5 Star + 1 Star = current 3 Star rating.

I'm not one to write reviews but I only find it fair to write one for The Dry Cleaning Factory. Ive been using the service for well over a year and I would recommend them. I've had 1 issue throughout the entire time. They were really prompt and helpful in resolving the issue (nothing major, honestly). I appreciate they pickup and do deliveries. I wouldnt know about pricing as I have not done any comparison anywhere else and Im sure there are places that are less expensive, but there goes that saying; "you get what you paid for." give them a try, nothing to lose

I have sent my clothes to The Dry Cleaning Factory for years, first at work and then at home when I started working from home. I have never had a problem. My dry cleaning gets picked up and delivered timely, the clothes are professionally clean and the price is reasonable. I send them even items of clothing that discourage dry cleaning and they still do a great job. Thanks to them my clothes look like new after years of use and that means a lot in an inflationary economy.

If you need dry cleaning you need to use “The Dry Cleaning Factory” absolutely fantastic service and amazing cost. If you live in Brickell Heights the service is amazing you just leave your dry cleaning bag in the stairwell and within a couple days they return your clothing on a rack in the stair well. Such a great service for the cost and their website is fantastic, they track your wardrobe so you never have to worry about your clothes when it’s in their hands!

Only 4 stars as rarely give 5 as that would be a perfect and whilst they were great with customer service and service in general they charged my card incorrectly but did promptly refund once I’d queried it - and I had to ask them to redo the dry clean - which they came and collected and are redoing. So actually no complaints at all - they were really great at rectifying anything and will definitely use again. Actually some of the best service I’ve had in Miami.
