Be aware when applying for apartments in this apartment complex. Firstly, Nancy, the property manager, rejected my application by lying that I had late payments from my previous place where I used to live. When I told that I investigate it and would prove that it was mistake, she apologized and told it’s reply for another person and gave me one day to provide written confirmation from property managers where I lived, regarding my rental history. They allegedly could not get through to them. I contacted with the property managers of the buildings where I used to live and asked them to send email to the manager of Embassy Apartments. Next day before noon John, who accepts applications and make showing the apartments, called me and told that they still didn’t get a reply and didn’t get a additional confirmation from my job, despite I provided paystubs and bank statements, as it was required by application and they gonna reject my application. I asked them to wait only one hour because managers from my previous place where I lived, told they were preparing documents for sending by email and I warned them that I would open a case at Department of Fair Employment and Housing. The same day they got reply from both property where I used to live, also confirmation from my employer and the next day they called me and told you are approved ‍♂️. Since the approval was very difficult and confusing, I changed my mind to sign the lease agreement and asked to cancel my application.

In my search for apartments, it was clear that this apartment building was a rare find. The area is one of the safest in Los Angeles, and the property manager thoroughly vets prospective tenants, ensuring that the community continues to feel safe. The apartments themselves are cozy and modern, with all amenities necessary. And the community manager, John, was the highlight of my time here. John cares about his tenants, as he made himself available whenever there was an issue, and promptly remedied the situation. He also made sure to check on me if he hadn’t seen me alive for a prolonged period, which I appreciate as a woman living alone. And be sure to ask him about his art! If you get the opportunity to live here, take it.

I've lived here for over a year and have to say I really enjoy it. The apartment is located in great proximity to shopping and all the major freeways. John, the apartment manager, is extremely attentive, and handles any request in a very timely manner. It's great having him on the property!

I called the Embassy today to inquire about a unit, and I spoke to John, who was extremely helpful. I really appreciate speaking with a live person who has a great attitude and personality, and John was all that. The owners have an awesome manager at the Embassy Apartments!
