I called to see if a part was in - they said yes, I get there and they say sorry our stock must be wrong. I asked when will you get more in, the guy answered I don't know - the stock has to go to zero. Wow not in the least bit helpful. If you know your stock is not accurate -go look for the item before saying it is in stock

We purchased fixtures for our renovation and were extremely pleased with the help that Jessica L. provided. There was a mixup on one of the orders and material was missing. Jessica quickly assisted us in getting the missing material. Strongly recommend visiting Jessica if you need help designing your bathroom or kitchen.

Very impressed with their customer service. They were jam packed with customers but still managed to find the part for my tube heater and check me out within a few minutes. Everyone was friendly and made sure someone was helping me find what I needed. Would definitely recommend if you need parts.

This is my place of choice for all my plumbing/gas fitting needs. They are always cheerful and willing to help. I find other suppliers just tell you "yes" or "no" answers. Emco goes above and beyond to get you part numbers and info on how to solve your needs if they are unable to help.
