This place has the potential to be very good….but currently really isn’t and I wouldn’t go back as it stands. We booked a bowling package on Groupon which included drinks, nachos and donuts. I called to book our date and time…I was told it had been booked I just need to call back later in the afternoon to get my details in the computer. When I called back someone answered then said hold on a minute and seemingly walked away from the phone. I waited for 2 minutes with no one speaking to me then I ended the call and tried to call back immediately. After that the line was engaged for 3 hours!!! Obviously they hadn’t hung up at their end throughout that whole time. On arrival my booking wasn’t registered, and initially I was told I couldn’t bowl. In fairness their was one member I staff…a young man at the front desk….who did his best to accommodate us. We waited for approximately 20 mins then he found us a bowling lane. Finally after we stayed bowling we were told they do not have nachos available so we could have walkers crisps or chocolate bar instead. During our bowling the screen view was lost due to an error message and it took a long time to fix. Generally any thing that we requested (like the bowling assistant ramp for my 5 year old) or food we ordered was slow to come and required multiple prompts to the members of staff. Overall the staff were young and seemed out of their depth. They didn’t seem to have a good grasp of what customer service is and how to move with some degree of urgency to ensure your clientele feel happy and looked after. The simple fact that you are selling a package which included nachos and then you don’t have them at Kemi’s questionable to me. Surely you should say that as we arrive and not wait until we start to order our food when we are hungry. Overall this place has then potential to be a really fun venue but right now I wouldn’t return. Customer service needs to form part of the motivating ethos of this business because currently it is not. They need to train their staff how to be more organised and purposeful. They need to sort out their booking system. They need to sort out their food or don’t offer it. I hope other potential customers and the business find this constructive.

DISAPPOINTING!!! BE AWARE AS YOUR BOOKING WILL NOT BE HONOURED. I had called this place a MONTH in advance to book private bowling with the PS5 and pool table, the guy on the phone was clueless about what time they open, this was already the first red flag. I still went ahead as I was told that my booking would be confirmed for 1pm-3pm. So the evening before my booking I decided to call to confirm the booking was still going ahead, which they confirmed it was. Due to the lack of professionalism on the phone, I decided to call up at 12:15 (45 mins) before my booking, to my astonishment they informed me that my booking has been cancelled and moved to 2-4. I queried if I did not call up what they would have done? The guy again couldn’t give me an answer, so in the end I dealt with the owner called Akthar who was the only helpful one, as he did in the end give me 1 hour for free. Now the set up itself isn’t too bad and a really good concept, however the staff and the way it is run lets it down massively. When we were there, they didn’t serve any food which again I was unaware of, as food only gets served after 4pm which I was told there and then. The staff were miserable, I’m not sure if it was because I initially complained or they just don’t know proper customer service etiquettes. All in all, such a shambles BUT due to Akthar it gets two star

Came here from leicester with a couple of my boys, got the miami room for 2 hours, room was nice and clean, seating was comfortable, LED lighting was great with remote to control to change colours and brightness, pool table was great, PS5 was great and had lots of games, asked for extra controller and was given which was nice, massive 120 inch screen. Only complaint would the room was pretty cold, a staff member did switch the heating on for us and it did come on, however the room stayed cold and after 2 hours the heating was just slightly warm to touch. Played 3 games of bowling, nice and private compared to usual bowling alleys with tonnes of people around. The staff member let us play our own music on a loud speaker which was nice. only complaints would be I had to go back after every game and ask them to restart it and that the score was not accurate twice. Decor, atmosphere & music in reception and desert lounge area was great. Customer service from all staff members was great. Prices for rooms and bowling are really good, however got charged a bit more than what was advertised but minor because was only a few quid. Didn’t manage to get the guy who works there’s name, but he took care of us the whole 4 hours or so we where there, big thanks to him. Defos coming back soon I.A

Visited here as a family for the bowling. Was a fantastic experience, the venue itself was well layed out and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and despite my 100 questions were happy to show me all the rooms no problems. Were were very impressed with the quality of drinks we purchased. The Ferrero milkshakes were lush for my boys and the mocktails were great for us adults. We decided to book my son's birthday party here for March, and although we did have a little miscommunication on the package we booked the owner very quickly sorted it for us and there was no fuss. Having read some comments I was initially put off but I can honestly say we had a great experience and it's great they cater for family's to participate in things like this. I cant comment on what it would be like later of a night on evenings but we've joined the membership scheme that has great offers on and intend on being regular visitors. There's not alot around for value for money but I'm happy with the price you pay to the experience you get. The suits are also a great addition. At £20 a hr for your own personal pods for 6to8 people it's a no brainer.

Called before coming here and reception says all good, see you in an hour! Reached there the new reception lady says we only have 1 slot left for 45 mins bowling playtime instead of the usual hour. I said No problem since my son was really looking forward to bowling and we came from far and planned our whole day around this location. She takes us upstairs for bowling and theres no bowling balls in sight! 5 minutes later she comes back with two ridiculous balls in her hand (no 11 and no 14). Says we only have these two balls so enjoy. I was really hoping this is some sort of a joke. But nope thats it, she left us with two balls. A 6 yr old is supposed to do bowling with such heavy balls. Id have likef to have our number 8 or no 10 even. But then the worsr thing happens.... we used the first two balls and thats it. They knocked the pins down and NO balls came rolling back! How ridiculous is this!!!!!! I go back to reception and ask my money back and leave the premises. Honestly they cant call themselves a bowling place, it looked like a very shady place to me. DO NOT go there with your kids if you dont want them disappointed.

5+1 star service and experience provided by Saqib and Akhtar during our stay in this lovely but slightly hidden place in Birmingham for our first date. Felt like staying in VIP on the bowling lane as we had our own private little area and seats (we even got 3 welcome doughnuts which my girl eaten most of it). Music is great and the design of the place has such a unique touch to it with the neon colours and paintings on the wall, it truly makes it an outstanding experience. Had a private tour in the building (we felt just like a celebrities) and being shown all of the game rooms available to rent for a group of friends or as a staff day out. Such a warm welcome from all of the staff members, with high quality equipment throughout the building. Little hint for the boiis, it's the perfect first date place to go!

Went to executive lounge, got so much help from Awais, he was so patient with all my enquires, very understanding helpful and knowledgeable. Put all my worries at ease for an upcoming booking I’ve made. Helped me as best as he could. Alongside Zain, who gave me a tour, and took time out of his day to show me how the speakers work, and the lights. Again, making me feel my upcoming booking will be an easier process. Amazing friendly staff, that deserve the praise. Great experience thanks to these two. Loads of effort on both of their behalf’s. Highly recommend any of the rooms, as they’re spacious and entertaining.

Had a presidential suite with pool table, table tennis and huge 100 inch TV with PlayStation and massive 8 seater sofa, what an amazing experience the young men were so polite and welcoming so good with my children we came late but they still accomdating to our needs, showed me around the whole place so I could see all room sizes they are great for various financial budgets. Food is inside here, milkshakes donuts sweets it's a great safe place to hang out, or host parties they also have bowling, and a private bowling ally room definitely highly recommend you check this place out. Especially as schools out.

My recent visit to the table tennis room in the executive area was incredibly disappointing. The room was very dark, making it impossible to see the balls properly, and the lights were not working. Additionally, despite paying £22 for the Spacex room, which included a PlayStation, the room was excessively hot with an ineffective air conditioning system set at an uncomfortable 23 degrees Celsius. This was the worst table tennis experience I've had, and I would not recommend this place if you want to play table tennis. Improvement is needed in terms of lighting and temperature control.

Just celebrated my sons 10th Birthday at the Executive Lounge and it was enjoyed by all. Akhtar and Saqib were very helpful prior to the even and even on the day. They communicated well and assisted with everything - from the music in the room, additional controllers, organising the driving simulators for the 12 children and the bowling. We had two rooms, the Miami and the Executive Suite which were amazing. The nachos and donuts also went down a treat. Thank you executive Lounge for a wonderful experience for my son and his friends.

Amazing place I booked this for my sons 12th birthday from start to finish the staff were amazing thank you Saqib, Akta and charlie. Each and every room has its own vibe and well presented. Lovely place for anyone who enjoys pool, table tennis and bowling. Each room even had its own ps5 with big screens to play on. Not to forget to mention the delicious doughnuts. Thank you for making my sons day special will defo visit again. Oh and just a suggestion how about a only ladies room?

Decent venue but let down by poor customer service The booking was incorrect on the companies system which had us have to dig through and find our booking confirmation to let the staff know that we had a 2 hour time slot instead of 1. The promise of having ‘extra time to remedy the mistake’ was not held and the minute our time was up we had then been approached by a member of staff who seems to need conflict management training to rush us to leave and cut off the bowling alley.

Really disappointed with this one! They charged the price more than what was listed, with the usual excuse 'the pricelists are old and not updated'. The bowling lanes are half the size of Tenpin yet they charge 1.5 times what Tenpin does. They labelled free live sports at the bowling arcade but when done with the game, the staff asked us to get out and it was very visible that they don't give no heed to customer experiences. Awful management, even worse are the services!

This place is really really awesome!!! Came with my two sons for their joint birthday! They were really kind and the space was exactly as described!!! A highlight for me was all the gamers having a lovely old time playing street fighter in the dark at 500 decibels! So cool! Nacho Bar left me feeling completely cheesed out! An amazing, trendy modern club with such a large variety of rooms you can choose from. All rooms are clean and come with projectors or speakers you can play your own music on for a personal experience. All the staff are legendary, giving a tour of the place and where to find everything (and how to connect to the speakers), our guide was the amazing Saqib who was so down to earth and gave the best customer service :) Would 100% recommend for all ages, a hidden gem.

Cheap and cheerful. everything was ok, but 'unpolished'. Pool table wasn't in the best condition, the bowling lane sometimes was inaccurate with your score, the sim racing setup was good but the races were short and the pedals being too high made it uncomfortable. The staff were friendly, can't fault them. I'd say good place to go for the start of a night out, not somewhere to go if your group are competitive and are serious about it.

Has the makings to be an epic venue. Problem is the private room have no privacy or locks. Had multiple people walking into our suite randomly to have a look around. When I told the staff, they told me it's okay because they were looking at the cameras upstairs. Even though the reception area is downstairs. Silly really. Really ruined our experience. Once these issues or management is fixed. Will be a venue for the ages.

Amazing place we came as a large group of over 60 people.The staff are so friendly and there is so much to do and explore. It has amazing decoration and so many rooms to choose from. The most amazing was the bowling and the big snooker table. Saqib made us very welcome and was very helpful. Thank you it was worth travelling to Birmingham to meet everyone and enjoy the day. Will definitely come back again.

Went here last Sunday to set up for a charity event this was my first visit. The staff & management team were soo friendly and helpful. Especially Saqib Taj, he ensured we were well looked after whilst we were there. He also went out his way and shown us around which made us feel welcomed. I will definitely be visiting again. Overall it’s such a cool place to visit with a chilled vibe. Highly recommend.

We had a big family party booked out on Sunday 8th May 2023, service was incredible the VIP room was perfect everything was in great condition. Really enjoyed the bowling and pool table and all the kids were over the moon, we really appreciate the hospitality and service provided by the staff at the lounge would definitely recommend if you want a good time with the family or friends!!!!

We held our event here and it’s such a great place for kids and adults. The gaming rooms are well equipped with snooker tables, widescreens, ping pong tables and PS5’s! The cafe has the best milkshakes and desserts are yummy too! Thank you to Saqib and Akhtar and all the staff that made sure our event ran smoothly.. definitely recommend this place for parties , group do’s ❤️

This place is amazing came here last Sunday and the Manager Saqib was so pleasant. Accommodated my 2 teenage boys and nephews, throughly explained everything. Customer service was great and Saqib showed us around and made sure we were following all social sites and membership card was mentioned too. Would highly recommend this place and we will definitely return x

Attended a private charity event at this venue and it was amazing. So much space and so many rooms with pool tables/table tennis/gaming and bowling. Definitely an entertainment venue that caters for all topped with the service that Saqib provided. He was very helpful and polite and made sure everyone was looked after really well. Thank you!

Amazing place, came down with my friends and we got the bowling suites. it was such a vibe. And a big thank you to Rehan for sorting us out and letting us play our own music. Only one problem lane 1 balls was not coming back but the boy told us not to worry about it and sorted it out. Highly recommend this place to come with your friends :)

Booked the spaceX room… was quite disappointing. The room was too dark so had to use my phones flashlight whilst playing table tennis. The ps5 had only 2 available games with all the other games not updated or requiring a cd which the receptionist himself did not have. Not worth 40 quid.

I booked the executive lounge for my son’s 10th birthday. It was an amazing venue! Perfect for a group of boys who like bowling, gaming, table tennis etc. The staff we so friendly and helpful, it really made the day special for him. Would recommend! The food downstairs was amazing too!

10/10. Unmatched vibes, super cosy private rooms & friendly staff with quality service. All private rooms are unique in their own way. Best spot for Fifa tournaments, rooms have snooker/Ping Pong tables too. Elite spot, you just can’t go wrong. Loved it and we’ll be back.

Booked the bowling alley and didn't call or text to say it was not working. Required a deposit on the bowling alley and asked for a refund. They told me I'd get a refund and someone will contact me about this. No refund given, will be opening a chargeback with my bank.

We had a great time here for my sons 16th birthday party. Worked great with 16 teenagers in toe. We had the rooms booked for 3 hours and they were entertained all evening. Saqib and jasmine were great making sure we were happy and needed anything all evening.

Went here for my partners birthday! Really fun and cool inside they have different lounges! We paid for two bowling games and they even let us have the third three! For someone who doesn’t drink mocktails they were the best mocktails I’ve had

What an absolute fantastic venue!! Doesn’t do alcohol but neither do I! Booked for a 16th party at a massive value for what we get, I wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for a teen party or even just a fun evening with adults before a night

I came across The Executive Lounge on Groupon whilst planning some half term/birthday activities. The photos looked super cool, with edgy decor, fancy mocktails and delicious looking doughnuts! I was sold!

Extremely welcoming staff completed with an experience like no other. A wide variety of activities for a chill night out. Had great fun using the bowling alley especially. Would definitely recommend.

Nice place but its over priced, star city is a better option, if it's meant to be a family friendly place, why does it stink of marijuana and the private rooms ain't all that. Service is also decent

I was served by a gentlemen called Sham amazing customer service great food and had provided a 10/10 job. Very very happy about this place had just about everything also nice for families.

Really nice place we went bowling and it was cool to do in low light with neons all around, the bowling alleys are also very private so good for couples who want to chill.
