Brought a sofa and originally service was good and couldn’t complain. On delivery they ripped our flooring, so we rang the owner Garry who requested pictures. We took pictures to the shop, and was told ‘I’ll try come Saturday after work to look at it’ so already the trip to the shop to show the pictures was pointless, anyway Saturday came and I rang the shop several times after I managed to get through, he told me ‘yes I’ll be there after work’ we waited in and he didn’t turn up. I rang today (Monday-as the shop wasn’t open on Sunday) and told him we waited in, and he didn’t turn up to which he said there was personal reasons but would come tonight - there was no communication on Saturday to let us know he wouldn’t turn up and surprise surprise no show tonight with again no communication. Absolutely disgusting and would not recommend after this experience! Sofa is a corner sofa, which was also not put together properly on delivery - we never complained about this but just a heads up for future buyers!

Purchased a sofa explained how we wanted it built when purchasing. Got a delivery slot of 11-12 no phone call to say they were running late called the shop at 1pm to which they said 20 mins. 20 mins passed I called back no answer was clearly ignoring my phone calls as the next thing the drivers rang my partner and said 20 mins again. Sofa turned up at 3.45 built the complete wrong way called back the shop and the owner said he would be out to amend the sofa after 6pm no apologies for terrible service or it being built the wrong way 3 days later still no sign of him call the shop again says tomorrow after 6 and yet again a no show. Absolutely appalling customer service your sofas are good but your service is extremely poor.

Brought a sofa from here a few months ago, at the time it was delivered the driver had to take the chair legs off to get the sofa in the house. I remember thinking at the time when he put the legs back on, he did it so fast and didn't put the screws in straight. Anyways this morning one of the legs had snapped off, I wish I had said something at the time when the driver was putting the screws in as I thought to myself that is a bit of a bodge job... Very frustrating, sofa now damaged.

I was looking for a decent recliner: found a Kinman recliner here - £250 as opposed to the £500+ it costs elsewhere. The boss was very helpful and friendly, and delivered the chair the same evening! Wonderfully comfortable: a week later and my sciatica is MUCH better. Second time I've bought from the shop: I've always found them helpful and the prices are great. The shop is usually open 10 - 6.

The guy never keeps his word on delivery's. And doesn't have the manners to call to say he won't be coming round, been let down on four occasions. Poor service .phoned this guy as a rail not delivered when rail turned up for wardrobe was a boom handle when I phoned him he said there was no rail I said I'd seen rail with wardrobe. Then he started swearing on the phone

I have bought several items from here over the years. I recently bought a beautiful purple chair that I saw in the window whilst walking past. Lovely piece of furniture. My mother also bought a couple of reclining chairs. These were delivered promptly and assembled with all the packaging removed. Great local service at a very reasonable price.

Got an absolute bargain from here! Really comfortable, ordered at midday, delivered at 4pm, had a slight issue, they were back out and fixed it by 7pm. Can't argue with that service would highly recommend, so glad that I went here instead of buying something from a big chain!!!

They were meant to be delivering a bed yesterday evening but never turned up and I can't get through to them on the phone. There's no information about opening hours or anything online so I don't even know when I'm likely to be able to get hold of them.

Top owner. Don't expect the DFS level of space and light. But if you spend the time you can really find a bargain. We got a really today corner sofa for at least half what we would of paid elsewhere. Free delivery too.

Picked the furniture this morning delivered and set up the same day, highly recommended will definitely use again in the future
