Really bad service, I bought a Corner Sofa set but they gave 2 pieces the same side and missing the other the Corner piece, then I Emailed and the photos where the piece missing but Rachael the customer service girl screaming at me on the phone for 3 times i rang and tried to explain as she said there was nothing wrong with it except missing a pillow and told me don’t ring her back again, OMG! 30 minutes later they emailed me and sai im right it was true missing a piece of Corner one and told me to bring the other one back to swap over for the right one instead they had to send their men and the right one to me and pick up theirs back, unbelievable.

We bought a king bed around 2 years ago, and the bed legs broke. Apparently, it is an imported one and since it is outside the warranty, the staff has redirected to Bunnings and emailed the head office (still no reply). I am unable to find replacement bed legs as nothing matches this particular bed. If you import your products from overseas then you should have spare parts available to purchase too. They still sell that bed on their website. We are with a broken bed and no accountability from the seller.

Do not purchase from here. I purchased a couch 10 months ago within the first few months the couch started piling and feathers started coming out of it and they don't want nothing to do it with it. My couch is a cream colour wich now looks black and looks about 15years old. They just say it's fair ware and tear. I'm so disappointed as I spent alot of $$$ material is shocking. If I had known this I wouldn't have purchased this rubbish. The customer service team are absolutely useless !!

I would give a 5 star to these guys ! I ordered a high end beautiful coffee table on a weekend midnight and I got the delivery to be picked up right the next day ! In these days where we have to wait for more than 10 weeks to get something , these guys out power every one ! Their usp is they assemble the products if they small like a coffee table . I Loved the quality of the table btw ! Would definitely buy again

Bought a buffet and had it delivered to Canberra. Communication from their social media and website is a bit poor but then I rang and got a direct email address. Process was very quick from there on, the delivery driver was extremely nice and professional. He helped carried the buffet upstairs. The buffet itself is perfect!! Just as in the online image, really good quality. I'm a very happy customer, thank you!
