My wife is a long time customer and yesterday will be her last visit. Her favorite stylist and shampoo lady were great as usual, and my wife was having a great experience. But afterwards the experience soured badly, as a sales lady tried too hard to sell her the 25,000 bht package and was too aggressive. She also did not honor the price decided upon before my wife started her treatments, and charged her 5000 bht instead of the 3900 bht “internet price” for a perm. My wife has always called in her booking and never used the internet booking, so this treatment of a long term customer is completely unacceptable. This saloon does great work but the after sales is deplorable.

I booked via line earlier, but once I arrived the staff super confused about my booking. And her manner was bad too. Definitely not recommend anyone here i was unfortunately bought the membership package, can’t refund earlier. If anyone want to try can contact me. It’s with the 25% off all package. But to be honest with this price and location. The service should be better….. (who gonna buy my voucher when i got so bad experience like this ) but the salesperson and admin in line also doesn’t know about promotion they didn’t even give the same answer when i asked.

Unwelcoming Atmosphere: When I entered the salon, the staff appeared disinterested and unwelcoming. It felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I believe a friendly and welcoming atmosphere is crucial for any service-oriented business. Lack of Professionalism: It was noticeable that some of the staff were just sitting idly without attending to any customers. This gave the impression of a lack of professionalism and a disregard for customers' needs.

I came to this place for a hair - perm & hair detox+treatment. Service was very good and the quality of the perm is exceptional. I did my perm in July 2021 and it still last til May 2022. I came back to cut my hair, get another hair perm and now sign up for a membership :)

มาตัดผมที่ร้านนี้เป็นประจำ ช่างทำผมบริการดี ใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์คุณภาพดี มีการเช็คสภาพหนังศีรษะให้อีกด้วยค่ะ ใช้บริการทั้งตัดผมผู้ชาย ส่วนตัวเองก็ดัดผมร้านนี้ค่ะ ราคาอาจจะแพงหน้อยแต่ถ้าเทียบกับร้านในบริเวณเดียวกันก็ราคานี้ค่ะ

บริการดี เอาใจใส่ลูกค้า อันนี้เป็นเรื่องปกติสำหรับร้านทำผม แต่สำหรับคนที่ไม่ค่อยมีเวลา set ผมอย่างเรา ที่นี่พิเศษกว่าที่อื่นตรงที่ กลับบ้านไปสระผมก็ยังเป็นทรงสวยเหมือนตอนออกจากร้าน ไม่ลีบ ไม่เป็นเป็ดดีค่ะ love love

Went there to perm my hair. Khun Nong and Khun Jib were my hairstylists. They are so experienced. They know what they are doing. I am so happy with the result. I will definitely go back there again.

I m the membership at this place, professional service, hairdresser and assistance. Quite busy during weekend need to book in advance (call only, application booking never work).

The service is very bad . And the skill is also terrible . Some of the staff are super impolite. I perm my hair for more than 10,000 and can only keep for 3 months
