I will never go back to this store again, 2 yrs ago, 2 occurances of them hitting on my wife, stayed away from yalls shop for just a bit over a year, go back the other day giving yall a chance, I was sold a XL cake for $39, after getting home, doing what I needed to do, came to realize, that the disposable vape that I have doesn't say XL on the device; on the XL models, it is printed "cake" on one side and on the other "XL" and is about an inch taller, a bit thicker and wider... so for that, you guys have actually lost a customer, I will go to "lit smoke shop" they're way cheaper, with better service QUALITY. And for all yall who think this is the best shop in town/state, yall are dumb... this place charges $20 to $30 more than what you can get online, I can get a 3.5g 3000mg cake ($24+ free shipping) for cheaper than "the hubs" cake XL ($39+tax=$42).. The hub also charges $10 to $15 more than any other shop in the general area of 100 miles. I hope yall reply, because I have a dried out cake XL, I WILL come to that shop and show yall I was juked, but for yalls publicity, yall deflect and deny.

Honestly just popped in here because I went to the W**d store next to it. I was able to purchase what I needed. Being from a different state, I'm completely flabbergasted by the pricing for things here. I only needed a downstem... I broke mine as I was cleaning it a few months ago. I bought one from Amazon and it was too big, so I just left it. Seeing their door open and having all the glass pieces they do, I walked in, in hopes I'd find one. They didn't have very many in the length I needed and the only 2 they did was FORTY DOLLARS. For a $5 piece!? Oof. The lady who was helping me saw my face when she said the price and was able to point me in a cheaper direction with a silicone downstem. After breaking my 10-year-old piece, I'll take silicone. Knowing the shop is there and close to my home, I'll likely be back to see what else they have; I was on a time crunch to get my son. The store is FILLED with stuff to look at

I love shopping at The Hub!!!!! As someone who went above and beyond for my country as a soldier, I enjoy seeing people who take pride in their work as much as I do. The employees of the Hub are just that, they are above and beyond helping their customers in every way possible. No question isn't answered without first a smile being shared and a friendly "yea bro I can totally help you with that!" The employees are the best part about the place besides the amazing pieces they sale. I've shopped here for over a year now and do all my major must haves with them. Good prices better people I send all my friends to The Hub.

This place is amazing as well the service! I especially got to Thank Alberto for always giving the best service! He is so kind and always does a great job! I like the different types of things the hub has to sell! Especially this location, the hub on north oak and the hub 2 both don’t have the VAPMOD vapes but at this location they certainly do and have a lot of flavors and some that you can only find online, so that it great! You guys should definitely check this location out if you haven’t already! And remember Alberto give the best service when I’m there, he is just very nice and does his job very well!

Went in the other day for some cleaner and ended up with a new piece. Was told 300 which was fine, however once we got home the sticker on the piece priced it at 250. When I called it felt like all i got was backtracking into it being "someone new" making a mistake, how the clerk asked about matching the price but couldn't. And how they conveniently forgot to tell us before we left. I have bought from here multiple times and enjoy the service, however this experience makes me question either their pricing, or their sales tactics.

Was in this location today , and they refused to give a lady the item she purchased because they’re not cash app savvy they took her money from her card the owner was using terrible profanity towards this lady. Nor was he trying to listen to what her complaint was but yet I understood perfectly what she was saying will never shop at another hub again disgusting customer service on the owners part and his name last I checked was Eddie he needs to be shut down !!!

I had an amazing experience here and received great customer service. Scott helped present variables to make sure I got exactly what I would want and didn't try to just sell me something. Then I interacted with Steele who was very kind and positive, I think his goal was to make sure I left with a smile and he accomplished it. I would come back just because it's nice to see people who like and enjoy their job.

Jessica and John are the best!!! I came in for the first time to pick up a new piece and had the pleasure of meeting them both. Hidden gem for sure; they’re knowledgeable, attentive and welcoming. Went to three different stores to find specific wraps and had no luck, my boyfriend pointed out The Hub while we were on Vivion, so we stopped in and we were greeted by the staff immediately, the atmosphere was welcoming and we were given the best deals. Needless to say we walked out with what we needed but now we’ve got two new additions to our Happy Time collection lol

This store has a whole lot of variety ranging from glass to vaporizers and everything else you could want. Also got some great customer service from Alberto who was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions and sent me home with exactly what I was looking for and for a great price! They have always been super helpful when we stop by! Everyone does a great job and explaining everything and what they do. Bethany was awesome and super helpful. This place seems so shady when you walk in The prices are always in flux you never know what you're going to pay for anything. And then when you walk out they're like hey hey how much do you want to pay for this. And their prices are always way over everyone else. And it looks like they have a kid working behind the counter.

Just bought this Vape from the store The owner opened it and said he primed it give it another minute minute got down the road and It does not work I called the store he tells me I should have tried it at the store and there's nothing he can do for me I will never buy another product from that store again

From the moment I walked in the store I was made to feel welcome. Zach did a great job at listening to what I was looking for and finding just the right items. If you go in there and tell them, "I only want a _____, and I only have $20 for this. " They'll try to upsell you like crazy. The majority of items are behind the counter, so you have to deal with someone trying to convince you to look at some Rick and Morty themed that's $50. Kind of ridiculous.

It was my first time at this place and I felt very welcome, Hamza was very kind and knowledgeable, he introduced me to new products I had never seen before and gave me a great deal, after I checked out he let me spin a wheel and get a free prize, it was the most fun I've ever had at a smoke shop.

Nothing is priced to move. No pricing listed anywhere on anything. I asked about a few items but left them where they sit. The pricing here is absurd. Their $50 dugouts can be purchased on amazon for $15 as an example. I'll shop online for much better deals than here
