Worst administrative support ever... Paid degree certificate payments more than 7 months ago, still didn't get the certificate. When I ask "when I can get the certificate?" the answer is "Next week or the End of the month." I guess I'm living in a parallel universe because that next week never comes. Oh and the mail, I think now those are going to a blackhole, because I never got a reply for one single recent mail. I guess I need to get some legal or authority support very recently.

Worst ever staff + management. Never answer a query of a student. Never been helpful. They take ages to give the degree certificate and the take big money for convocation and still not giving degree certificate or transcript. Please do not start any type of education with ICBM campus.

The management is really friendly. Unlike most of the places they respond quite quickly without any hesitations. Learning and lectures were also done in a very convenient way which is stress free. Highly recommended.
