Guys were quite rude and intimidating. I wanted a mini valet they struggled to let me know where to go to park up and tried to take my keys from me as I got out of my car. The guy said 'i park it', absolutely not, not having any stranger drive my car, where would they have stood if they damaged or crashed my car? The guy was offended I wouldnt let him drive my car! The guys then kept staring at me whilst valeting my car. Still charged me £15 even though I told them not to bother cleaning the boot as it was full of shopping. Won't be going back worst car valet experience I've ever had.

Extremely disappointed!!! The guy that cleaned the inside used the hoover on the plastics leaving awful scratches behind. They then applied oil to make them shiny and not easy to spot. When the boss came over he treated us in the most unprofessional way, telling us that we are being crazy, the car is old (5 years old car) and we shouldn't ever come back there. They didn't even refund us. Please do yourself a favor and don't spend your money in there.

I use my car for dog walking. It's filthy most of the time. I clean it myself every week but every 6 months I bring my car to hear for a full complete valet and they make it beautiful. The dog hair is gone, the seats are back to their colour grey and the dog smell is gone. They are worth every penny. I will be using them again and again. Thank you guys for the great service. Their quality is very low , expensive and unfair your service get it rather you money paid !!! If you pay cash , they don’t ask you they allow to take tips or not !!!! And when you back home you should clean your car again specially stain on the windows!!!!! Just a positive point their big smile on their face to you ! But quality, responsibility about their job are weak .

I’ve been going to the car wash for over 4 years it has always been £7 for a mini wallet I went today and a female charged me £15 for a mini valet having a argument with her she still charged me £15 DO NOT! Recommend this place to anyone

The guys a Kirkstall Hand Carwash Are Great I use them for not only my work minibuses which come out great but my own car as well and recently my courtesy car after i had a car crash and the fleet guy commented on how clean it was!!

Great place. They take the time to make sure things are properly clean, and don't charge more to do so. Managed to get Christmas tree needles out of the carpet which isn't easy! And did so with a smile on their face.

Happy with actual car wash & valet until I noticed my sunglasses had disappeared. Went back to question them and obviously they denied it. Very disappointing and annoying. Won’t be going back here now.
