The courts kept continuing my case since Nov 2021, and my lawyers kept telling me dude.. it's going to be ok. 91 in a 70, Charlotte, NC. Secondary ticket reckless driving to endanger. A year later, today.... All charges dismissed. Also, they coached me through another ticket I got in Atl 3 years prior that NC tried to suspend my license on this June 2022. I was able to get advice on how to obtain a hearing that is scheduled for Jan 2023. I could have lost my license for 30 days but they kept me straight thru and thru. Timothy Pavonne, has to be one of the best attorneys to represent those with traffic citations. I had an extremely unusual situation. Somehow, (NC DMV told me what probably happened, was the highway patrol officer accidentally typed in the wrong driver's license number) I received a traffic violation, issued in my name, but actually someone else physically received it. The only way I knew about the ticket was, I received numerous letters from attorneys requesting to represent me in my traffic citation. This caused me to look into this situation, and learned there was a traffic citation in my name. Mr Pavonne and his staff worked diligently to get my case dismissed.
