I've been around to most of the major wing spots around San Antonio and when the wings are good I still usually run into both of these problems. 1. The hottest sauce is underwhelming in heat and/or just tastes gross. 2. The wings get soggy after being sauced. However, this wasn't the case here. I had the HTH wings tonight, and while I wouldn't call them face melting they thankfully packed a bigger heat punch than what I can usually find around town and where just an all around great bite. The HTH sauce is ghost pepper based which I was leery about because I usually don't like the smoky flavor of ghost peppers, but the smoky-ness of the ghost pepper was toned down in the wings and made for a great well rounded spicy flavor profile. On top of that, it's rare that I can find a sauced wing that is still crispy. At almost everywhere else you have to just get the sauce on the side to dip in, or just be ok with a soggy wing. Not here, not this time. I finally got wings that were still crispy from first bite to last after being sauced. The staff is warm and friendly, they make the whole place feel very much like a 'Cheers' a part of the neighborhood. Great local vibe. Highly recommend a visit.

Great neighborhood bar and grill with really good food and great drinks. I was in the establishment at around 6pm with my girlfriend who was wanting to meet because we were going through a bump in the road in our relationship and it was a neutral place to meet ... we talked a couple of hours and made up the next night at her place ... I feel that The Lost Bar kinda help save our relationship because it was cozy and a chill atmosphere to really communicate in. And the Long Island Ice Tea's weren't bad either at 6.00 each. I would highly recommend this local watering hole to anyone in that area. Go in and say "BigMike sent ya" ... Enjoy the drinks and grill food as you chill out in a relaxed place.

Everything was great till the girl with the short hair told me I had 5 minutes to drink my beer. I placed a timer on my phone for 5 minutes. Next thing you know 2 minutes later she comes up to me saying I need to get out cause she’s tired. Gave her my beer, accidentally tipped over and she said I threw it at all. One I didn’t throw it all you, it spilled on the table. It was an accident, then she blabbed about me throwing it at her. What kind of person in the service industry does that?? You’re tired? Seriously? No respect for her guest or their time. Worst service at the end

This is a fun place to go. If you tell the bartender you know "Jimmy 9 toes" they will usually give you a little extra when you order a drink. Also, they don't advertise it but Wednesdays are theme nights. It switches from midevel on the odd number months to grease (the movie) themed on the even number months. It's not an Italian place but the lasagna is some of the best I ever had. You have to know them to get it because the owner makes it from scratch and it's off the menu 1st come 1st served (an added bonus to knowing "Jimmy 9 toes").

First time I came to this place and I truly LOVED IT! I swear people need to start coming here more often. They make due by retaining a lot of their regulars, but it's a very trendy place. They have TVs to show sports, they have beer pong set up, corn hole, a place to sit outside AND they have Mario Karts! Well they have a Nintendo 64 hooked up with a few options, but I truly enjoyed playing Mario Carts after 13 years! I will definitely be coming here again!!

Crazy loud on a Saturday afternoon, went there with about five friends to enjoy a meal and a game, maybe some cocktails - the bar was staffed by a single individual so swamped she wasn't able to turn down the music to a reasonable level, I doubt the kitchen was even open. We left without ordering anything. Would have been a perfect place for our activities had it been a reasonable noise level with easy access to food and drinks.

Walked in on Wednesday they were blasting karaoke really loud. It really sucks that a bar that has so much potential is lacking an exceptional customer service. Don't get me wrong, the customer service wasn't bad but it wasn't anything amazing to talk about. Buffalo don't count on people walking up to your table to get you a drink anytime soon. You have to walk your butt to the bar so you don't have to inconvenience people.

How long has this place been here? As we entered we were greeted by regular customers and immediately felt comfortable. First time to drop in for dinner and service was great. The atmosphere was very friendly and food was hot and good. Definitely will return to enjoy ourselves again!

If you want good/ well-mixed drinks this is the place to go! My friend (who’s new to town) and I (visiting from Miami) wanted to have a girls night out and this was our last hope as the last bar we went to right before was so bad. But luckily the bartenders here know what they are doing and were super nice, so we stayed for 2 hours. Shout out to Chance for making amazing drinks! We will be back!

Going into Lost Bar just feels like a familiar place. The staff is very polite and pleasant to speak to. If you get the chance to talk to Ryan or Chance they're really magnificent people! They always make me feel right at home! I think Donna, one of the owners, has done a FANTASTIC job at creating such an inviting and fun atmosphere. If you're in the area do not miss out on going to this bar!

This bar could be so much better for the neighborhood than what it is. If you’re from outside the area it’s fine, I guess. But for the distance it is from the neighborhoods, you’d expect a bit more local, friendly feel but I’ve never gotten that regardless of how hard I’ve tried over my multiple times there. If they ever get new management, hope they see the opportunity they have

Clean venue with friendly service. Was pleasantly surprised that they carry 512 Pecan Porter. I will be back to visit again soon. Went back today and ordered lunch. They serve some really good crispy tacos! All of the other patrons were eating as well and their food disappeared just like my tacos.

First time here and we fell in love with the atmosphere, the staff, and the drinks! They have a Nintendo 64 (N64) setup, corn hole, darts, and a beer pong table. The drinks weren't super expensive and they do have food to snack on as you drink. It's a super chill place to hang out with friends or take your girl out for some drinks! Would definitely recommend!

Stopped by randomly for a brew and some grub on a Friday. Burger is seasoned well and they actually have a legit cook who makes it medium rare Fries were good as well as the atmosphere. Definitely stopping by again

I love the little place. The owner Buddy and Donna are really nice people. Very friendly and down to earth. The staff is always courteous and helpful. The bar tenders are awesome and Allex the cook will take good care of your hunger needs. Karaoke on friday nights brings a packed house. Nice decor and sports memorabilia give the place a nice feel.

Cute bar. Staff was helpful and friendly. Patrons are either friendly or keep to themselves. Karaoke was fun with lots of great singers and the KJ was super nice. Prices could be better. Patio could be better. It's crowded with over sized Furnature and the umberalls were in the way after dark, creating a cloud of smoke that could not escape.

The drinks were solid but the service was terrible unless you were buying the bartender drinks. Update - Adding a few stars. The owner of the bar reached out and apologized for the service. It does show they actually care about their customers experience.

Came here to celebrate a work achievement. As far as bar & grills go, it has everything you need, but not much more. Drinks seemed watered down. The space is small but cool. Service was a little slow. I was impressed with a burger that incorporates not 1, but 2 grilled cheeses. A perfectly ok place to go on a Saturday.

Great place to socialize and have a few drinks. This place had a cozy atmosphere without the blaring music of most bars. They have regular tables and chairs where ur feet touch the ground comfortably. I highly recommend this place.

Jackie is an awesome bartender and really makes this place welcoming. Alex cooks some great food. You gotta order from the secret menu (only with Alex). The food is good and drinks are great. There is a chill welcoming environment. There are many regulars that make this place fun and lively.

A little bit ghetto in this place but I guess you can't control that. The specials aren't that special and the atmosphere for some reason felt very apprehensive. Customer service is not all that and the bartenders just gave me the feel that they were only looking out for themselves.

Always a good time with great drinks. You'll often see the owners just hanging out, enjoying karaoke night or watching a game. Ryan at the bar is the best and everything is reasonably priced. My favorite watering hole! (Oh and Chopin is on the happy hour menu. Need I say more??)

Friendly place. Pool table, corn hole and of course big screens with sports on. I hear it's a Detroit Lions and Michigan state bar. Normally they have a grill but we were ther Christmas eve so they bought pizzas and offered them to guests for no charge. We'll be back.

The food here is so delicious and the staff was awesome. We got here a little before 1pm on a Saturday and ordered the lost bar nachos, the texas cheese steak and the lost bar chef salad. 10 out of 10!!! 100% coming again!
