He is pretty young and thus may look like not having the experience, but you will get to know that you are mistaken when you start working with him. Just closed on a property in Tampa, FL and unfortunately had to work with Jason. Jason has been by all standards, extremely unprofessional throughout the entire process. From the very start, the communication with the agent was terrible. The Agent was rude and he did not respond in a timely manner. Every conversation felt extremely transactional, and you could just feel that all he cared about was receiving his commissions and moving onto the next deal. When we finally ended up closing on the property, the agent for some reason took the lock box with the home keys with him into the office. When we asked him to drop off the keys, instead of apologizing and bringing the keys to us, he just decided to leave them in the mailbox. If you get the chance to work with Jason, turn around and run the other way.
