Fews weeks past i haved admited my grandpa and we are in the hospital for two(2) and half (1/2) weeks during our days in Neptune Hospital.their service of the staff nurse are completly awsome very much thankfull to their staff nurse but when it come to their doctor's i would say they really don't care about their patients and most of the time doctor neglect the call from their patient which show that their doctor care only about money. doctor who are in Neptune Hospital must stop or change their behaviour and they must always make their patient first not money. Once again to staff nurse in neptune hospital from my deepest heart very very much thankyou to all of you for your services.God be with you all...Amen!

Absolutely terrible service, dismissive staff and do not cater to the patient’s needs. Rude and inconsiderate. Asked me to leave after I had been wailing sitting in the bed for 10 minutes post a very painful injection of Optineuron. And on the first day, they absolutely butchered and left my entire body completely in pain because of the way the injected me— it was wrong. Staff is also uncooperative, rude, inconsiderate, and ill-taught. Nobody at the hospital other than one person knows how to use a card machine and I, as a patient in post-injection pain was asked to fetch cash from an ATM nearby simply because they do not know how to work a card machine or use gpay.

Dr. DILIP MAKHIJA is the WORST doctor I've ever met. Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior and no focus on treating the patient. Extremely greedy and no desire to work. I'm a post graduate Doctor and in 7 years of my career I've never dealt with any of my patients like this pathetic doctor did. He just wants to complete his daily OPD and doesn't bother to check the patient. Keeps his focus of mask everytime. If COVID 19 is his only concern then he should wear a PPE kit like we do or else he should stay home. He is the worst Doctor and a worst person I've ever seen in my life. Such Doctors should be terminated off their duties.

  • Manas Tarai

It's the most pathetic hospital I have ever seen.Doctors (Dr.Rastogi So called Medicine Specilist)they are after money. If a patient suffering from fever u wrote the medicine and u have taken the fees(RS-600) and tell the patient to Come after 3 days for recheck up to know the status of the health. When the patient comes there for recheck after 3 days u insist same medicine to continue and the doctor charge (600) another time what kind of stupid service is this. You call patient for recheck up and will charge multiple time fees .

This was the second bad experience I had with this hospital. My daughter was vomiting since morning, took an appointment with Dr. Kanwar and she vomited even at the entrance when we reached(was so sick). Some doctors went to chit chat with Dr. Kanwar just before us,when I objected Dr Kanwar himself reacted badly. Making me feel sorry for my concern for my daughter. He said what if I refuse to attend to you where will you go? Was a very horrible experience especially with my sick child.

Dr. Harmeet Kaur is one of the best gynaecologist doctor we have met in Delhi NCR region @ Neptune Hospital. We feel blessed as her guidance has been very important keeping in mind that the history of our case. Before saying that you are an extraordinary doctor, we want to tell you that you are an extraordinary human being. Thanks for showing us so much care and concern. May Lord shower his blessings on you and your family, Best - Payal and Prashant

  • Tarun

Money minded doctor harmit kaur. We waited 2.5 hrs and people who came after us were given first preference becoz they were permanent customers.Receptionist herself said these words. And after 2.5 hrs she says go for test and stand in another que.We went to another gynecologist who is a senior citizen and upon listening the problem she gave the medicine right away no need for test . All young doctors are money minded , beware of them .

I became acquainted with Dr. Makhija in 2006 when he was based at Geetanjali Hospital. Subsequently, the entire staff relocated to Neptune Hospital in Navjivan Vihar. The recently established Neptune Hospital on Africa Ave is also commendable. Dr. Arjun Rastogi and Dr. Dileep Makhija are not only excellent physicians but also remarkably humble individuals. The new hospital is characterized by its cleanliness and advanced facilities.

  • Arun J

Neptune doesnt accepts cashless payment. Insists on cash, especially evening OPD. Moreover, the receptionist isnt helpful. If you seek appointment, she will give time and in few instances Doctor isnt present. Had she been in the habit of jotting down contact nos. of callers, problem of patients might mitigate. But one thing is commendable, the same receptionist collects cash aptly, dont ask her for payment by credit card.

My father's legs are swelling. So we consulted local dr. We did kFT. In that test we got to know urea is increased. Then we went to dr. Rastogi. There he didn't even saw patient properly. He simply told do covid test. But my father isn't having single feature of corona. He told Once you do covid test then I will treat. For this he took ₹1200. Ridiculous. #faliure_neptune_hospital. No management at all pathetic.

  • rakesh ojha

Ok it's become a common practice for hospital to charge exuberant money and Neptune is one of them. I had gone with a head injury and they charged me 5000 Rs just for normal stitches which was not even soluble one. I personally felt like they were just after money. My review is only about my experience alone hence I wouldn't generalise it. But I would suggest to rather go to MAX as the pricing seems the same.

  • Nargis Alvi

The doctors are good especially dr Harmeet...but the infrastructure of the hospital is pathetic...be ready to face the dirtiest washroom ever seen in the hospital...and nobody is around to clean them. Small chunk of soap is there which would make you feel all the more repulsive...i have experienced this every time I go.. I just go there because of the doctor and now, carry the toilet sanitizer everytime.

  • Manpreet Singh Chawla

I hoped that i could give them ZERO STAR but that couldn't happen. There doctors are mindless, almost costed life of my father. They just dont care. X-ray is so bad that my family doctor doctor said burn it. Plus i wanted to get a dressing done they said they won't do it until i shove money in there mouth and show there doctor and get treated by them. They don't accept cards which is worse.

  • Sojan Kurian

Sorry to say it's waste of time going to this hospital. I called the hospital in the morning and got the message that no prior appointment, once I reach there I had to wait for more than one and half hour and still my number was 6. So We have decided to go back home, otherwise I had to wait atleast two hours to meet the doctor. Please my advice don't waste your precious time

  • Namrata Kilpady

I swear by Doctors Rastogi, Kohli and Makhija. Have consulted them in the OPD multiple times and a few times in IPD, and appreciate their proactive yet non-alarmist approach. A rare lot of medical professionals who don't ask for unnecessary medical tests. Nursing staff is courteous. The hospital infrastructure though needs a bit of sprucing up.

  • Sundeep Jauhar

Dr. Dileep Makhija got me up and going after a ten year painful suffering I inherited from an earlier hernia surgery gone wrong at a Gurgaon hospital. He proved to be extremely knowledgeable, patient yet persistent in my treatment for months. He managed the recovery without going in for surgical intervention. Thanks Dr. Makhija & God bless!

  • Sumer Negi

Doctors and friendly and knowledgeable no doubt about it. The only reason i have given 3 star is space. I found it little too congested to call it a hospital. I was surprised to see operation theatre and reception along side and on top of it ICU was just next to it. I’m not sure how that works specially if they have lot of patients.

  • Renu Gupta

I had recently gone to Neptune hospital - they have moved to a new location on Africa Avenue and the facilities and luxuries are incredible. The Doctors and Staff are great as always- extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable .Definately want to call out for Dr Kanwar and Dr Makhija - thanks for being there for us

  • Renuka Mohta

Its bad to see in covid time its not well equiped too. No therometer to check anyones temperature. No sanitisation care. Only hand santiser dont save anyone from getting covid . Its really not safe to go in such place where fees is no less but safety of people is not even taken care of

  • Loknath Virmani

Its just not nice but very very nice experience that I had. I visited Dr Pramod Kohli (Orthoprdic Surgeon) three or four times received a very perfect advice in regard to my Right knee joint as a result I am able to walk perfectly. Thanks to him and Thanks God also.
