Wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the fine quality of service from all the staff and management during my 2 week stay in NM. I was visiting longtime friends this past September 2020. They took me here almost every night and introduced me to their friends (regulars at The Office). I felt so comfortable that I even went in alone for lunch one weekday while they were at work, cause I knew I'd know someone there or the staff would chat me up. Matter of fact, Natalie DID that day...she's so sweet! Thank you! Not only were our servers attentive and quick, but they were all working as a team...clearing plates and removing trash from our table even though it was not theirs. Shot out to Lexi, she waited on me multiple times and is a "rock star." Rudy! Rudy is such a gem, so hospitable and genuine, even after I had a few and was probably a chatty Cathy. Lol. A huge tent was set up outside to accommodate the influx of business. Police officers were even present at night, which made me feel safe. Outside and inside seating was available. I enjoyed the "garage doors" that open up to the patio, giving an indoor/outdoor vibe. The music at night was right up my alley...I was looking for the dance floor! I don't watch sports but I can't remember the last time I was in a place that had such an abundance of and well place flat-screen TV's. The food was always delicious, hot and fresh! Those food runners definitely busted their butts. It was so great to be able to get out of the house (and Miami) and socialize in such a safely managed location. As a Wedding and Event Planner and former restaurant and banquet manager, I always notice areas of improvement when other guests might not even pick up on it.. I also notice a great team and a well managed establishment when I see it. Far too often, people are quick to "review" when things AREN'T up to par (hahaha, golf joke). So when I get the chance to acknowledge excellent service and hospitality I do! On my last night, bartenders Derrick and Savanah along with the MOD helped me out with some last minute souvenirs. I was able to score two scotch glasses with the PH logo! Thanks again Rudy and to your fabulous team! I wish you all the best and hopefully they throw you a nice Holiday party this year! You guys were/are working very hard!

This was my first time here with my brother and our experience was poor. We walked in and didn't know how it worked and were greeted well. We then sat down and waited a little while but were understanding of the current situation of the restaurant. After awhile we moved across an isle to another empty table to see if maybe it just wasn't busy for right there and waited even longer at the other table. Meanwhile the staff walked by us constantly and no one bothered to see if we had been helped. We were finally helped by a waitress and she seemed rude and curt to us even though we had waited awhile. We ordered our drinks and appetizers and were still being treated rudely it felt like. A couple sat across from us at the original table we were at and were helped within a minute (we timed it) by three of the staff. Overall my brother and I felt like we weren't worthy of this restaurant and it felt pretty defeating. Arianna was our waitress and I didn't like this experience. I'm going to come again to see if maybe it was just a bad day and will update in the future.

To start we waited 15mins. Before the server approached our table, we placed our order, took 30 minutes for the food to come out, when I first got my plate I had ask to give me onion rings and came out with fries, I told the server and she told us she will take off the onion rings not even offered to fix it. I asked for green chile and guacamole on my burger with pepper jack cheese, they didn't add the guacamole or the green chile and had yellow cheese, waited another 20 minutes to get my food right, the Manager didn't show up to apologize, Our server was on her phone all the time having fun with other employees, the Manager knew about it because he took my plate off her hands and avoided us. Worst experience I ever had at this place, this people doesn't care for service, after my complain about the food the server had bad actitud with us, so we got up an left, The management at this place has the worst skills and work ethics, the employees do what he allows.

Have lived here for many years and had never been to the Office. Our niece, works there as a server, invited us to join her for lunch. We were nicely surprised. Kristine was our awesome server. Very sweet and attentive from beginning to the end of our meal. Co-workers we were introduced to were nice as well. Portions were huge, except my French fries weren't very hot. The place was hoping for a Thursday afternoon, 230 p.m., and for this reason I'll give it a pass.

This has been our go to spot for a few years now. They carried us through the "plandemic" and we'll never forget that. We have all our gatherings here now including our daughters 21st celebration. Rudy and his team are amazing. Security is solid and servers are on point. Food is always great... haven't found anything we don't like about this place. SUPPORT!!

A casual watering hole. The impression I got was that the clientele are all regulars and everyone knows your name Plenty of flat screens around the room with a wide range of options to watch. I watched 'The Sandlot' when I wasn't people watching. The bar is well stocked with a varied selection of spirits beyond the standard fare. The menu is pretty extensive so you should be able to find something to your taste and budget. The Office is no more expensive than the rest of the bars in the area and I think their menu and bar are among the top. My only complaints, and they are just mine, is it is hard to find and there is no free WiFi. In today's climate free WiFi is a must. Nonetheless, I will be returning, albeit with my GPS.

I went to this place for the first time this morning... For breakfast. I ordered the 9th hole breakfast meal.. (or something sounding close to that)... The meal was supposed to consist of a smothered burrito with a side of beans and a side of hash browns. I ended up being served just a plain burrito. The burrito was pretty good. I was of course charged for the full breakfast meal price... So, in short The food was good.. service was fast.. atmosphere was very nice but I did not get exactly what I was expecting.

I had the ocean water cocktail. It was great. Not too strong and perfectly mixed. Great Bar Tender! Come ready to eat because the portions are HUGE! The atmosphere is pretty chill but still nice. Great music playing! For dinner, I had the The Fade Shrimp and Green Chile Alfredo. It was a good balance of flavor with a twist. It was a bit too saucy for me, but it was still great. My husband had the tortilla burger. He liked it but wasn't a huge fan and said he wouldn't have it again plus the fries were dry.

I don’t live too far from here, so I thought I would stop in see if this would be a good neighborhood hangout place. But I don’t think I will be back, even though the waitress and bartender were very good. As a woman, sitting alone at the bar is not a signal that I’m looking for company. But one guy who had several drinks thought it was and the bartender served him again even though it was obvious he was going under. I wasn’t rude. I just gave him short short answers, but it made me rush through my meal. The chicken tacos were good and you get 3. The beans were kind of East Coast style, vinegary. Not for everyone.

Best hidden gem in all of ABQ. This place is so good in every way that I don't want to expose it because we see too many places like this get too popular and get ruined by knuckleheads. Just left at 8:48am. Asked for coffee at 8 never got it. Ordered food and asked the waitress if she'd put in our order and she said no so we left. The waitress was not interested in taking care of us at all. It was very slow at 8 am so not sure what her problem was . Then one us asked for a second time for a tortilla right away because she has diabetes and was shaking ...so waitress says " well I better get that right away in case she dies"....wow. That waitress was just very strange and not a good waitress at all. Been to Office many times so this is the first time for bad service but probably won't go in the early morning again.

Went here for karaoke, the waitstaff was uber friendly, and the food was delicious. I had their nachos, highly recommend. Karaoke, however, I won't be going for that again. That KJ needs a lesson in karaoke etiquette... I would say it's kid friendly, but I'm from the East Coast (Boston), and I'm not used to nor do I support kids in a bar type atmosphere. Some things need to remain just for adults...

Very dissatisfied with the environment of this restaurant. We started off with water which was accidentally spilt all over the table and on 2 of our group members. The food itself was decent besides the super salted bread that came with the green chili shrimp Alfredo. But thats not the worst part. What was is the insane amount of flies swarming the restaurant. There must have been 5-10 flies circling our table at once, we couldn’t even eat for 5 seconds without having to swat at them. Super dissatisfied

My first time here. We stoped by for lunch, the place was packed. First thought it would take a long time to get our food. Boy was I wrong it was on our table less than 5 min. Second thought, food wasn't going to be that good because they rushed it, man was I wrong again, food was so delicious, on top of that had the best service and friendly people. Had to take a quick Zoom call, our waitress showed me a spot that I could take my call. Hope the staff know that your hard work matters I've been telling everyone about this place and can't wait to go back. Well done.

Don’t bother! Went last weekend for breakfast and it’s microwaved food made the day before. Went again today (it was busy due to Father’s Day and you seat yourself) and sat at the only open table which was dirty from previous guests. Waited 20 minutes, not one waitress even acknowledged us even though 3-4 walked by multiple times to check on other tables. Outdoor seating was great, service was nonexistent!! We live on the golf course and will not be back nor be recommending to others.

I have eaten here several times. It depends on what time of day you go. I have noticed if you go for lunch the wait staff seems to be a bunch of bitter old ladies. Try to avoid this time of day. The bar tender (Sarina) didn't even notice me for like 10 minuets and then she was kind of rude to boot. I have been here later in the day and the wait staff is younger and more attentive.

Came here because of all the great reviews. I did not experience any of it. Came in for breakfast seated for 15 minutes without any service what so ever, girls at the bar backs turned and actively serving the few regulars they had and golfers who needed ice and beer anyone who sat down after me got served right away. The office bar and grill is very nice. I have pretty good food. The waitress was very attentive to their customers. The restaurant and bar area was very clean. They also had security at the doors and out in the golf course making sure nobody takes pictures of the waitresses. This is a very safe place to go have cocktails or beer and food. The restrooms were very clean. I would definitely go back to this bar and grill again.

A great sports bar experience. The atmosphere was fun. UFC was on TV and a local fighter was in one of the matches. The place was packed and service was great. Food was hot and tasty. Anytime a bar has Buffalo Trace and Blanton’s they immediately score points. I would love to be here when the weather is warmer and be out on the patio.

This place is an absolute vibe. Great crows, great staff, and the food is absolutely not your average "bar food". The pozole is by far some of the best in the city. This is a wonderful place I greatly recommend it. Watch football as you waiting for your favorite movie. Great flavor beers fresh from the “oven” Spacious, VERY Clean. Servers inside the theater are amazingly courteous in my experience this is a place to be if you are alone or accompany. By the way watch The Super while you waiting for your great Movie and eat delicious chicken wings!!!

Very good. Autumn B was our server and she was great. The restaurant was short staffed and she came up to me after the meal and apologized for not being around as much as she would have liked. She did nothing wrong and here professionalism was above and beyond. I can't remember the last time I had a server like her. She's a keeper! Will be back!!! Thank you again Autumn B!!

Rudy, the manager is helpful, accommodating and pleasant and most of the staff is great.. The menu has options for everyone and the full bar is fantastic. This is a great place to go close to my home, it is not smoky but can get very loud in the late afternoon and evening. If I were to make a suggestion it would be to add some more sound proofing to help calm the noise.

What a hidden gem!! Lived in ABQ most of my life and never knew about this place until a friend introduced me! Don’t worry if you don’t golf, The Office has great, fun, atmosphere, and an incredible patio with views!!! The menu is extensive, something for everyone. The service was excellent. Look beyond golf and check this place out for a fun dining experience.

We had never heard or been to this place, now we've been there twice. Where have we been?! This place is awesome! Great music with live bands, amazing food with decent prices, awesome atmosphere. Really sub-par food. Been there at least 4 times to watch football and each time we returned one or more of our orders. Don't order the chicken wings, they are always cold or sometimes under cooked. Table service is sometimes lacking. We've decided to just go somewhere else for gameday fun.

I've eaten here 3 times. I had the burgers the first time. It was big, and a little dry. 3/5. Second time I had the habanero wings, amazing. 5/5. Third time I had the turkey sandwich. It was ok. 4/5. UPDATE: Had the burger again. Confirmed it was a 3/5. I would try something else next time.
