Such poor customer service and a scary trip for my family and I. I use this location all of the time and have had no issues. This past weekend I flew back home from Cleveland and it was such an unpleasant experience with this company. There was longer wait than usual so I called the location and the young man that answered wasn't the friendliest, but assured me a shuttle was close. 10 minutes later it arrives, no biggie. The driver stood at the top of the stairs and reached for my bags. I told my family to get on and I gathered the bags. When I turned around the driver started helping others even though I was waiting first, but still, no biggie. Finally, it was my turn and the driver reached for my stroller and I handed it to him. As I turned my back to grab more bags, the stroller hit me in my back it it hurt so bad. I looked at the driver and he started fussing at me, "Hey that was your fault, you did not make sure I had a good hold on it". WHAT? Really? I didn't even say any thing and instead of asking me if I was okay, he blames me. So, I grab my bags and bring them all in myself because I don't trust him. As I put my bag up, this man yells at me in my ear and states, "NO, NO, YOU CANNOT THROW THINGS YOU ARE CAUSING PROBLEMS AND MAKING ISSUES" I did not throw anything. My bag was heavy so I had to sling it up on the top rack. The driver was not helping at all. My hands were full, my kids are sitting alone. The driver is choosing to create conflict instead of showing hospitality and could not prove competent enough to even load a stroller, but felt the need to escalate things. He is hovering over me yelling at me. I am a tall woman, but this man is bigger than me and yelling at me in front of my 4 small children. I am so scared and embarrassed. My youngest daughter and my son start to cry. The other passengers tell the man to calm down and one man stands up and tells him to back up. This was an unsafe situation. I felt threatened and scared and had it not been for the other passengers I don't know what could have happened. The driver went ahead and continued to ride, I chose to stay on because we had been traveling so long and I just needed to get my kids home. I should have just gotten off and stayed at the airport and called my husband to come. When we arrived at my car, one of the other passengers and his wife helped me get my bags down and helped my kids and I off of the shuttle. The driver attempted to apologize and said "Hey sister no hard feelings, it was a misunderstanding". I guess he was calling me sister because I am black, but he was not black so I took offense. We are not related, please don't call me 'sister'. This was an awful trip. I would rather pay $40 a day at Sky Harbor that to patron such a horrible business. My family's safety is more valuable and I will never put then at risk again.

Anthony R. Was disrespectful to customer and talked bad about other drivers that they were crybabies and making claims he was the only driver that put bags in cars. We use this location regularly and our experience is that the other drivers are better and we have experinced other drivers putting bags in our car. Anthony R claims he has been doing this for 46 years and just does it for fun ... he is not fun, polite, or honest. Maybe the company should find someone who needs a job and can be polite. Go elswhere ... plus he says rates were $58 a day over Thanksgiving... that some lady had to write a check (although i have never seen them take a check there!) and he said they would hike rates to take advantage of the consumer again during next holiday season if you don't prepay. Said the company made a pretty penny. He was over the top rude.

I've used this location many times in the past without issue. After my most recent trip. I was picked up from the airport by Pat F. At first everything seemed normal, then I noticed he was cursing to himself and seemed agitated after dropping off customers at their vehicles. Then when he dropped me off at my vehicle (I was the last person), he seemed to be agitated and started swearing and then crumbled up the card that lists my parking spot location. I then noticed that he angrily threw the crumbled up card at the wall of the bus as I exited. This behavior made me feel uncomfortable and it's important for the company to know how their employees are conducting themselves. Unfortunately, I was unable to find a "contact us" option with an email address on their website otherwise I would have given them this information there.

First time using this! Easy process to reserve our spot. I was also reminded several times with the QR code in my email. I downloaded the QR to my Apple wallet. Upon arrival, it was late and I was getting ready to get out of my vehicle to scan the code but the clerk quickly came out and did it for us. The shuttle was getting ready to leave but circled around and met us at our vehicle. Very nice man, helped my wife with her suitcase. He gave us a card to give to our returning driver. When we returned, driver helped my wife again and another customer. We had a full shuttle from every walk of life. After a long flight or multiple flights, the last thing you want to do is socialize but it felt very welcoming. The shuttle drops everyone off at their vehicle. Scan the QR and you’re on your way home.

Fast and efficient. Our driver took us right to our car. We always use Parking Spot when we need to leave our car at the airport for a few days. I strongly recommend that you make reservations online. That way all you have to do is show your barcode and you can go right in. If you haven't used the service before just keep in mind that there are multiple lots and the shuttle buses are specific for each particular lot. Be sure to use a shuttle bus that corresponds to your lot. It would be nice if the polka dotted shuttle buses were different colors corresponding to the different lots, but as it is, you have to look for the number or the "S"on the side of the shuttle bus to be sure you're getting on the correct one. There's parking spot 1, parking spot 2, and parking spot South.

I always get rather stressed out when I have to figure out transportation plans when I fly out of PHX. This turned out to be so convenient. When we got there, parking was not an issue. The shuttle picked us up from our very spot, after waiting a few minutes, and our driver Danny was very pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was as easy as possible. He dropped us off at our appropriate gate depending on our airlines. He reminded us to keep our tickets so we remember where we’re parked. Getting back, all we had to do was get on our shuttle, let them know where we were parked, and they dropped us off. No hassle at all. Glad I was able to find this spot, definitely using it again the next time I travel.

Their prices have skyrocketed in the past few years - $24.95 a day for covered where Sky Harbor parking is still $13.95 a day for covered - and it is much closer to the airport. I was very happy with them years ago when their prices were competitive, but paying $129 for Wednesday at 9 PM to Monday at 5:45 AM is just outrageous. The people are nice, but the pricing is now outrageous.

It was easy to reserve online and cheapest of all the parking companies when pre-paying (nonrefundable after a certain time). The app and qr code made it easy to get picked up quickly on returning, entering and leaving. The drive to and from airport was quick. Parking lot was gated and our car did not have any issues during the 11 days we were on travel.

Service is great but invariably it's impossible to get info on where to pick up the shuttle bus at Sky Harbor. I use different airlines and every time I have to call to find out what door they pick up on. It's not on the website or my reservations. I'm not down loading your app for occasional use. What's so hard about including pick up info?

Love this company. They have reasonably priced covered parking, friendly, attendance and drivers, and the shuttle picks you up right at your car. They also have frequent shuttles arriving at the airport which means I don’t have to wait outside in the heat for any length of time to catch the shuttle back to my car when I arrive home.

The Parking Spot 2 is great. The whole process from check in, parking and check out is quick and easy. The shuttle picks you up at your car and on return drops you off at your car. So convenient and very affordable. Only minutes away from the airport and you are dropped off at the doorstep of your airline.

Buses always immediately available any time of the day or night at the parking lot. Pickup from airport is also very efficient and very often quick. Prices for parking almost always beat other competitors. Occasionally, however, is the a/c on the buses sometimes is not very great.
