I am incredibly disappointed with Pendas Law. My wife has had several poor encounters at the tampa location. After having left a low score review on google for the firm, the attorney working her case called her many times to remove the post (mind you no one had been in touch regarding her recent accident for about 2 months!!! They didnt even know they were no longer working her case because of the negligence!!) At no point did she say she would remove her post, but they responded to her post on google stating that they appreciate her willingness to remove the post and claimed that she indicated it was an over reaction. I can attest that this was no over reaction. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. The last time they called us in they were rude, unapologetic for making us wait a long time for a photo copy and honestly just a HUGE disappointment in customer service. They have someone responsible for anyone who has issues with communicating to their case rep...they give you a brightly colored paper with the contacts information....THIS should have been our warning that this firm has definite ISSUES.

They are the worst but have a great marketing scheme to get you. I have had a simple case where I wasn't even driving but a pick up truck hit me while I was walking and they've dragged this out way too long. They NEVER update me on my case even though I've requested weekly updates, a call or an email SOMETHING!!, but no one ever gets back to me. I've been transferred to numerous paralegals and they NEVER notify me, I always find out by my own account from when I do have the time to call them. BEWARE do not get sucked into their firm by the great publicity they have among the Hispanic community. I would NEVER recommend them. Even calling the supervisor does nothing. Save your case for a better firm that is actually working hard on your personal case and doesn't just handle you like one of their hundreds of files they store in the back of their filing cabinets.

My case settled on December 22, 2017. Is March 16, 2018 and neither my wife and I have received any money. By the way, every time you call you have to leave a message, I’m still waiting for them to call me back. You be the judge. Update: Is April 18, 2018 and nothing yet. The insurance company pay them the date the case was settled. The same excuse over and over, waiting for papers. Really??? Second Update: Is June 12, 2018 and STIIILLL nothing yet. It gets even better I had to find all the paper work requierd because the closing agent Siomara Mercado didnt have any clue how to get them. Just terrible service. SIX MONTHS with our money ( my wife and I ) and they still holding it. And just like before MRS. Mercado dont answers my calls and dont return my voicemails. My advice for future clients is simple, STAY AWAY.

Going good at first and eventually attorneys and paralegals stop being helpful. We got to a point where my husband and I would show up to the office location and the attorney would refuse to see us, they were too busy for us. Never updated us on anything and the documents they wanted us to sign were very vague. They include brightly colored complaint sheets in your welcome package (that we didn’t notice right away hence the reason we moved forward with them). These complaint sheets were clear evidence that they are constantly doing something wrong since they have a line to call just to file complaints you are having with your service or treatment. Just awful service. No one really cares about you just the money they can get from you.

My experience with The Pendas Law Firm was exceptional. They took care of EVERY SINGLE THING, I did not have to worry about calling healthcare providers, insurance companies, or any of the legal matters. I was able to focus strictly on my recovery and The Pendas Law Firm was there to assist in any way possible. I must say that I am overly impressed with my case manager Laudye Pagan, she went above and beyond to attend to my every concern, to throughly explain all the paperwork, and to always keep me informed with what the next step would be. Worst experience ever!! I got run over by an Uber driver when exiting the vehicle! They put me into physical rehab then told me I shouldn’t be doing that cause my injury then said if I didn’t show to rehab I wouldn’t be able to prove I was injured in court... I never meet the lawyer once in person !! Spoke to a different person every time I talked to them over the phone... don’t make the worst situation of your life even worse by going here trust me!! You’ll talk to them 1 time a year and then 3 years later you want it to end so they throw a number of cash at you and you say fine get it over with this all sucks... they are worse then the lady who left me for dead, no lie!

After nearly 8 months of waiting (with an absolute winning case, in my opinion), The Pendas Law Firm decided to drop my case. They did not provide any reason whatsoever, except that the attorney had decided to drop it. In three different attempts, I was told that the attorney would call me back to explain why. On all three occasions I would wait for the phone call at the scheduled time, and the attorney would not call. These people are quite unprofessional.

The reviews from Samantha G. and Gloria Vega are amazing. I worked for this firm a few years ago and we never had a client by the name of Samantha G. or Gloria Vega. I wonder if these individuals understand what defamation of character is and what the consequences are for posting unfounded negative reviews for companies. On May 25th 2018 my boyfriend was injure, since them we have been in a not finish situation with the attorney Danilo Cruz, here we are in the month of March of 2019 and the case has not been resolved and we get the same answer that we receive on January and speak with some one at this place is harder then request to speak with Donald Trump on the White House, very disrespectful and disappointing of a big name with small results.

Horrible experience! Took my case sat on it for over a year. After a year the time limit expire and the law firm never did proper paper work. I call many times during the year did not respond. I had to call 5 times at a time to get the person in charge of my law suit to talk to me. I was told to wait and after 15 months they told me the time is over. I lost my compensation. Do not use them!

Was very happy with the services provided by Lou Pendas and the auto accident law firm. A good friends son moved down to Tampa, Florida and we had a day trip to Clearwater beach. On the way back our friend was hit by a driver in a honda civic. They had to go to basic rehab and thanks to the help of pendas law they were able to recover damages and get compensated for all of their lost wages.

I don't remember ever meeting the actual attorney in person, kept changing paralegals/attorneys, never actually knew who was in charge of case because it was someone different several times, always had to make appointments to speak about case with attorney. We were asked to do plenty of legwork, yet their firm collected a nice amount after it was all done. Don't recommend.

Condesending, patronizing, it seems the only work for their 30% of their fees, and to thier partners. They are agresive when it comes to get your business. Once they got it. If you don't call, they won't call. They won't even ask to see if you are ok. They love the Spanish community. Is naive and easy to gain their trust.

I'm not one of those sue everybody types, but I got hurt really bad when a teenager driver broadsided me. My lawyer was Danny Cruz and he was awesome- patient and helpful to me and fighting the other side every step of the way to get my car replaced and to compensate me for my injuries. Go with Danny, you won't be sorry!!
