It can became really discouraging with homes selling so quickly and with so many people offering on each home. This home had many features we were looking for so it meant a lot to us. There were many bids on this home and Savannah guided us on our bidding so we were able to be the ones to get it. Savannah helped us in so many ways. She first found out what we were looking for in a home and checked every day to see what was available. Any time she found one she thought we would be interested in, she sent us the link to see if it was one we would like to see. She was quick to arrange appointments for us which was important, since homes were selling within days of their being placed on the market. She was patient with the many, many homes we were wanting to see, and understanding if it wasn’t quite what we wanted. She answered our concerns but was never pushy, quietly allowing us to form our own opinions as to whether a home was right for us. One thing we especially appreciated was her positive attitude about our finding the right home for us. She assured us often that we would be able to find the right home which helped carry us through the times we wondered. Savannah is kind, understanding, thorough, organized, watchful and encouraging. She is sincerely interested in her clients and works hard to assist them in any way possible. She followed through, worked well with other realtors and was respectful of the homes and owners of the homes we went through. My experience with the Michael Perry group has been subpar - they lack what it takes to be a successful business. To begin, they did not do their due diligence when prepping to sell my home and dove right into listing. Now that my home is listed, I've had little to no communication with the group. As their client, I feel neglected and the sentiment is that they are only interested in collecting their paycheck. It took a contract-cancellation attempt from me to finally grab the team's attention. Interest in my home has been non-existent which is alarming because the Perry Group confirmed that we are still in a "hot market" with less than 3k homes listed in Utah. They claim to have the best marketing strategies but the buyer turnout isn't supporting their claim. Bold assumptions were made about me by Michael, leading to the worst lack of communication I have ever experienced with a professional team/business. There is friction, lack of trust, and no desire to continue working with the team. After voicing my concerns and deciding to take my business elsewhere, they will not honor my request to cancel my contract. Save yourself the headache and go with an experienced and professional team.

As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about the house buying process. In addition to that, I had been suddenly relocated to a city where I knew absolutely no one and needed a house FAST. My brother's realtor reached out to the Perry Group in SLC and they recommended Jennifer who sent a variety of different houses to consider right away. Because of her responsiveness and diligence, I was able to buy and close on the perfect home that met all of my major checklist items (location, square feet, budget, bedrooms) before I had to the leave NM. Jennifer was a great recommendation and I truly can't say enough amazing things about her. She helped me every step of the way and constantly went out of her way to help me find contact information for different inspections and projects I needed to do. She was patient, kind, and to this day still reaches out to me to make sure my transition to Salt Lake has gone well. I HIGHLY recommend Jennifer.
