Amazing lil shop in the heart of Leeds. Always worth checking out! I recently ordered from the online store (the plant was too big to carry home), and despite delivery stating it would take a number of days to arrive (which I have no issue with), I got a text the very next day making sure I was happy with the plant that had been chosen. I was even sent a video which pointed out some imperfections on the plant and I was asked if I was still happy to have it. Its a perfectly healthy and beautiful plant, I was more than happy to have it, but I really appreciate the heads up, the customer care, and a little reduction in price because of the imperfections. That's the kind of customer service you get from an amazing little local business like this one. I cannot recommend enough!!!

Plant Point did not disappoint and I will be shopping there again. I purchased a small peace Lilly plant, potting soil and some bits and bobs to help kick start my plant parent journey They did a perfect job at notifying me of items that were out of stock or delayed in transit and even gave me a fern to apologize for the inconvenience. Items were perfectly packaged to make sure they’re in great condition on delivery. This place is AMAZING, it’s like walking into a Jungle. You have to walk around a few times before you can take it all in. The shop is small, but it’s full to the brim, a great place if you like plants, and if you don’t, it’s a great place for an unusual present. I bought a couple plants for myself and a jar with plants in for a present. I ended up keeping it all. It is expensive, but you pay for the care and knowledge of the staff there. I was there for almost half an hour talking about cat safe plants and sharing pictures.

Overall a really nice little plant shop full of plants from common to rare, my only complaint is how they pot the plants, especially the vines as every plant i have bought has needed repotting due to it being planted/buried way too deep and at risk of serious rot and the soil they use is so fine and compact i’m sure the only reason they aren’t rotting is because they’re always dried out. It’s not a huge problem as you’re likely to report them regardless but it just sets the tone and doesn’t fill me with confidence.

This place is AMAZING. If you love your house plants as much as I do you have to check out this place if you’re in Leeds. The plants are really well looked after, the staff really know their stuff and offer advice on looking after your new plants if you purchase any. They’re also super friendly and easy to talk to. They also stock the infamous Thai constellation monstera, it’s a shame they don’t offer cuttings but I imagine they’d struggle to keep stock if they did. So it summarise, if you’re in Leeds VISIT!

Never visited the store in person, but ordered online through them. DPD completely mucked up the delivery (I don't think anyone knows where the original parcel went), but Toby was very helpful and offered a few options on how to resolve the problem including a full refund, but eventually a replacement order was sent out (with extra goodies to boot). Overall, they've gone above and beyond to make sure my order was sorted, and I'll likely be ordering from them again tha is to the customer service!

Autistic people like myself be aware that the staff are really unpleasant and insensitive and not very thoughtful. The women spent more time Ignoring me on her phone then responding to questions about her plants. It an shame as plants are one of my favourite things and was inquisitive about a few more. Good points Very good selection of plants and various bits and bobs. Came away with a very beautiful catus that makes it number 65.

Don't expect you'll walk out empty handed - with selection of plants like this it's impossible . The owner is so friendly and you can tell she's very passionate about what she's doing. I feel like I'll be a regular at this store! Prices are also very reasonable which is a huge bonus. All the best for your business from me and my lovely plant friends I bought today!! See you soon!

Amazing place with enormous variety and extremely skilled, knowledgeable and friendly owners. We also did the terrarium class, in which you are shown how to make a terrarium. All the equipment and plants are included, you get to keep the tools and it comes with a glass of Prosecco and a discount on their other wares - really fun and exceptional value.

Lovely little shop upstairs in the corner exchange. The member of staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Bought some gifts for family. Good selection of well cared for plants and some I hadn't seen before. They will look after purchases for a few days so you don't have to carry them around and can collect when more convenient.

Very gorgeous store! Perfect place to go if you're looking for a unique gift or something to spice up your desk at work or home. They mostly specialise in smaller plants like succulents and air plants but they also have some larger leafy types available. They also have some plant food and a pots selection.

Was bought a terrarium building experience by my partner as a birthday present. I'm not really good with plants but really wanted something for my home office. It turned out great and was a really chill evening! The hosts were very approachable and the group size was ideal.

Had a slight problem with an Alocasia I picked up, but the team were able to sort things really quickly, were very understanding and incredibly helpful. It's worth a trip, even if you're only passing by Leeds. l couldn't recommended this beautiful little shop more!

Beautiful plants, really well priced. The owners are lovley and give lots of advice on the care requirements. It is family run, independent shop on the top floor of the corn exchange. If you like plants - this is a must to add to your collection.

Fantastic shop! I'm not usually interested in plants but these guys present them so well. Have had really good friendly advice on two visits now - the last one today where I bought three teraniums and a plant.

A really small shop full to the brim of plants. Can be a squeeze to get past people but well worth it. All the plants look healthy and the staff seem friendly and always seem happy to help and give advice.

Wonderful shop in the Corn Exchange staffed by amazing people who really know their stuff, and you really get the impression they care about their customers and also their plants. Couldn’t recommend more!

Staff talk down to us whenever we go in and the times we’ve bought plants they were “just repotted” - two were root bound, one had root rot and another infected and killed some of our other plants
