I went into Jimmy Johns for the first time. My husband wanted a tuna sandwich from there. I sat in the parking lot and called to place my order because I was going to run in the store next door and then pick up my call in order. The manager Jenna answered and was being very rude. She first couldn’t hear me then she said if I don’t know what I wanted she doesn’t have time for me she was very busy and hung up. So I got down and went inside to place my order and there was not one person ordering. A man walked in after me. So I asked for the supervisor and Jenna said she was the manager. She went out into the parking lot arguing with some one in the car and came in upset and complaining. I asked her for her bosses name and #, she said she couldn’t give me that information. So I called another store to get info on contacting an owner and the supervisor at the other store was very kind and gave the instructions on how to report the bad experience.

This place will always hold a sad memory for my my family two real life angels were takin back to heaven we only had them for 16 and 17 years to mario salgado and alexia rael I will miss the bothe of you and we were blessed to have two real life angels apart of our family r i.p. loves truly beautiful will always hold a place in my heart. Went to Staples for book format article. Christine was efficient & professional. Affordable and Staples is clean. Pet Smart was disaster. Extremely exoensive, way over top. Can order pet needs on line or Walmart for fraction of Pet Smart costs. Wow! Shocked to find people who pay $18.00 for plastic kitty litter scoop when you can get one for $2.00 at Walmart, same item.

I stop by Men's Warehouse looking for a shirt, the costumers service associate who assisted me was courageous and helpful. I walked out of there with 3 shirts for the price of one, plus information and prices for a future suits purchase. It was a great shopping experience, would I be back for other shopping? Yes I would be back.

Shopping in a mall that is slowly bleeding out, a nice movie theater with reclining seats, and restaurants galore. Anything from steak houses to red robin, and buffalo wild wings. Fast food court in the mall. Its really a decent place, but the economy killed the businesses in the mall, so it's pretty dead there most of the time.

Not many interesting stores here - not like a cool place to hang out. If u come here, it's most likely because you need to go to one of the stores in this tiny plaza. I went to the Men's Warehouse for some blazers and had good service. This specific store respected my Second Amendment rights &consequently got my business.

I have never actually shopped here, I have dropped clients off and picked them up while driving for Uber and Lyft. They have been doing construction in the area for quite some time so I hope it improves upon what they had previously, obviously I can not determine that as I have never gone inside this location ever.

Very mad at customer service because took my things back I bought from here & I know I had my receipt when the worker was looking into the bag it wasn't there I don't know what happened to it & all we wanted to do was a even exchange? I won't be buying my party things from here every again!!

Love the Keva Juice. Pet Smart is nice with helpful staff, but can't get your wi fi to work inside store. Have to watch traffic, this is part of several shopping areas hooked together essentially by one large parking lot and short straight a ways to get from one area to next.

pretty much an average shopping center with some of the standard stores make sure you look into what stores are there before you go there. The Walgreens on the corner attracts beggars and homeless and various other characters that are not customers at the store.

Went up Petsmart for Christmas gifts for our four legged kiddos. They have peanut butter in a xanax for dogs that our girls just go crazy for. Usually use their e-mail service at Chewy for food, but always go in for the peanut butter fir their bones

Been going to Cottonwood Smiles for over 3 years and have always had very positive experience. The staff from the front to the back as well the Dr. are always the sweetest. I cannot say enough good things about this dental place.

Great helpful staff, this place has the laptop charger I needed. Found me what I needed right away. I paid more for it then I really wanted too. But they had it and it actually works better then the cord that came with laptop.

Plaza at Cottonwood shares the parking lot with Home Depot and Walmart and contains Petsmart, Staples, Party City, Men's Warehouse, Jimmy Johns, Lane Bryant, Great Clips, Kava Juice, and a couple more. Plenty of parkiing.

Went to the Petsmart here for my dog's specialty air dried beef by Only Natural Pet. Also was able to take advantage of a great sale to get a gift catd for every $50 spent. I am glad the people there are so awesome!

Easily accessible. Ambience is uplifting. Products for purchase are displayed, minus the not-so-subtle pressure of subliminal messaging. Covid 19 precautions were nice to experience. Overall, good place to shop.

The men's warehouse place is a little on the pricey side, but the people working there were nice. They were patient with everyone with the fittings of the suits. No one that I know of left in a bad mood.

We went to PetSmart to get a cat tree for a large cat. Found one that our cat enjoys. Otherwise we rarely go to this shopping strip mostly because of collection or variety of stores. Good parking.

Nice clean plaza with huge parking lot, never too packed, I usually go to petsmart, Jimmy John's, keva juice and almost always have a good experience.parking lot sometimes have pet adoption days.

Nice and quiet most of the time. Even though Starbucks left. The wells Fargo atm machine is not positioned correctly on google maps. It is in front of party city. Not inside the Jimmy John's.

I go to Great Clips to get my hair cut. I love that you can check in on App. Not having to sit in the shop to wait for a patron to cut hair. They let you know where you are online.

There are a lot of great shops in this plaza. I usually shop at PetSmart or Party City. But this particular day was for the hubby, so we went to his favorite military boot store.

Between pet supplies and Staples this is a helpful place to shop. It's also located near many other shopping options in the area. It's good to have this place in the mix.

There's a lot of different shops and restaurants. It's always kept clean. There's plenty of parking space. Everything is spread out so plan on doing some walking!

Lots of variety. Customer service is great at all the places I've visited. Very clean and taken care of. There's even a Wells Fargo ATM in front of Party City.

Large clean property with a diverse selection of tenants. Plenty of parking and easily navigated. I visited a hobby, clothing, and grocery store on my visit.

Has a little bit of everything. I have been in the petsmart, staples, and walmart. No complaints. Parking is good and i have never had to "hunt" for a spot.

finally was able to shop after 14 months of going nowhere, we got fully vaccinated and 2 weeks later I went shopping it was great to be out and about

Not much difference over the years stopping by going shopping at the plaza. If anything, crime has unfortunately has increased around the area.

Place was really busy, thanks to Ballon fest, but service and food were great. They got people in and out in a hurry. Keep up the good work.

PetsMart is excellent. The reason I gave a low score is that the parking lot asphalt really needs the deep holes/cracks repaired.

Just go to PetSmart and they've built one closer now so haven't been in awhile. When I went service was pleasant and fast.

Parking is hard, but the new Blaze Pizza is great. I drive all the way to Albuquerque to get pizza with vegan cheese. Yum!
