Edit: Hoy, he ido otra vez para hacer una revisión y la atención ha sido simplemente espectacular. Al entrar, me dieron gel antiséptico, una mascarilla (no llevaba, no os olvidéis de llevarla!) y fundas desechables para calzado y después me tomaron una radiografía. Las odontólogas fueron super majas como la ultima vez y me consultaron sobre las muelas de juicio y me dieron consejos para prevenir la aparición de manchas bucales. Se acordaron de mí, que vine hace un año, y se nota que se preocupan por sus clientes. En total, tardó unos 30-40 minutos, menos el tiempo de espera que no pasó de 20 minutos. First of all, after contacting several clinics, this was the only one to be concise, direct and helpful with my questions by email. They proposed a time, the process and the price straight away and I was in the chair about 48 hours later. I arrived a bit late(c. 19.15), but they still took me in (the fact that they are central and after work is a plus) and I literally thought I was in a spa. It is super modern, minimalistic, clean and I wish I could buy whatever they use to scent the room. It is cosy and warm and the receptionist as well as the doctors were so gentle but still top professionals. They took an X-ray of my mouth then started off by doing a consultation and gave me thorough advice and suggestions that I can take home with me. It only took about 20 minutes to clean my teeth then they applied a pink paste to prevent staining and the second doctor took another 10 minutes to answer my questions and give me advice. I am being so detailed because in England, I paid about double the price for literally half the service (both private). In England, I didn't get an x-ray, anti-staining paste or such thorough advice. Everything was just PERFECT! And it only costs 55€, when you compare British or American prices (both of which I have paid/experienced before). I am honestly shocked, and I never leave reviews but this was totally necessary. Other clinics should take notes. ESP No sé por dónde empezar. En primer lugar, después de contactar varias clínicas, este fue el único en ser conciso, directo y útil con mis preguntas por correo electrónico. Propusieron una hora, el proceso y el precio de inmediato y estuve en la silla unas 48 horas más tarde. Llegué un poco tarde (15 minutos), pero todavía me recibieron (el hecho de que es muy centrico y que abren después del trabajo es una ventaja) y literalmente pensé que estaba en un spa. Es super moderno, minimalista, limpio y me gustaría poder comprar lo que utilicen para perfumar la sala. Es acogedor, y tanto la recepcionista como los médicos fueron muy amables pero aún así son los mejores profesionales. Tomaron una radiografía bucal, luego hicieron una consulta y me dieron consejos y sugerencias que me servirán. Solo tomó unos 20 minutos limpiar mis dientes, luego me pusieron una pasta para evitar las manchas y el segundo médico tardó otros 10 minutos para responder a mis preguntas y darme consejos. Dejo este comentario tan largo porque en Inglaterra pagué el doble del precio por literalmente la mitad del servicio (ambos privados). En Inglaterra, no me hicieron ni una radiografía, ni me dieron una pasta antimanchas ni consejos tan completos. ¡Todo fue perfecto! Y solo cuesta 55 €, cuando se comparan los precios británicos o estadounidenses (he pagado / experimentado ambos anteriormente). Realmente estoy sorprendida, y nunca dejo reseñas, pero esto fue totalmente necesario. Otras clínicas deben apuntar notas...

I am not too happy with this clinic. The girl at the reception and the hygienists are very nice. I went in for a cleaning consult and mentioned to them that I had a growing gap in my incisors due to gum inflammation. Instead of checking the inflammation, they instead made an appointment for me with their Invisalign specialist and expected me to shell out around 4000 euros for that treatment. I went in the following week for two fillings and told my dentist that I had sensitivity in two of my teeth and she did not bother looking at that either. I left this clinic not feeling heard or listened to at all. And language was not the issue as I speak fluent Spanish. I unfortunately had to visit another clinic two weeks later, who solved the inflammation with a simple scaling treatment.

I came across The Practice by chance, and have to say that I'm glad that I did. It's hard to find a clinic that provides good quality care, reasonable prices, and superb customer service (and all of this in fluent English). I've undergone orthodontic treatment (braces + double jaw surgery), teeth cleaning, implant, and whitening.... and not once have I ever had a problem. In fact, everyone from the clinic has been helpful and supportive to make sure that my care and satisfaction are priority. I highly recommend this place, especially for those who are from abroad.

when you walk in you‘ll be greated more friendly than in any other practice. the treatment is very thorough, they take the necessary time to explain each procedure. are incredibly kind and respectful throughout. most importantly they‘re exceptional at their craft and love the work they do. (needless to say, flawless english across the practice) i‘ve been here 4x now and enjoy coming (kinda surprising for a dentist haha) i can recommend it for invisalign consultation, cleanings, specialized treatment and generally aesthetic treatments too.

They came highly recommended and they didn't disappoint a bit! They all speak very good English, are very kind and the place was spotless and with very modern apparatuses. Gerardo was very nice on the phone and in person, Carolina did my root canal that was extra hard as I have long and curved roots with all the patience in the world and I didn't feel no pain at all during or after the process, and Mariana accommodated me later to get my crown done for the same price. I cannot recommend these guys enough. They are amazing.

I was incredibly impressed with the service received at all points, I felt looked after, accommodated and secure that I was receiving the best attention. Communication prior to making an appointment was super helpful, via email and WhatsApp, I recommend getting in touch with any queries you may have. Everyone I came into contact with at the practice was very welcoming, friendly and professional, the customer experience is evidently a top priority and I will be a loyal customer for many years to come!

I've done a both a cleaning and teeth whitening and I got an amazing experience. The team took great care of me, gave me a lot of tips to improve my dental hygiene. It was just incredible how white my teeth became just after the session at the clinic. Also they provide with the kit to keep doing it at home (with a similar product, that I can use at night). Finally the interior design of the clinic make it extra high end experience. I will come back and definitely recommend it !!

Conocer The Practice ha cambiado totalmente mi experiencia con el hecho de "ir al dentista". Utilizan la última tecnología, son honestas con recomendaciones claras en cuanto a los distintos tratamientos que te pueden ir bien, y tratan al paciente con sumo cuidado y cercanía. Nuestros hijos también son pacientes y van encantados. Son "las odontólogas ¡que no hacen daño"! Personalmente he llevado ortodoncia con ellas y me he hecho un blanqueamiento después y lo recomiendo al 100%.

I cannot recommend The Practice enough! Today has been my third time visiting with them and they make you feel very comfortable, take time to listen and really take you into consideration. They are very thorough in their work, attentive and only do what is necessary. This is very much in line with their approach of slow dentistry that makes the experience much more comfortable for me and one I actually look forward to, as I know that I will be in good hands! I can highly recommend this dental clinic!! When I first arrived I was having a lot of problems with my teeth - as a consequence of a previous bad dentist. Dra. Mariana handled the issue with patience, professionalism and empathy. All the staff members were kind and welcoming. I can now say that my problem is fixed and I couldn't be more grateful. Furthermore, my feeling throughout my whole experience, is that this is a clinic that cares and is not just about the money.

Very pleased with both the dentist work I had done as well as with my Invisalign treatment, the recommended treatment took my personal needs into account and unlike in some other clinics where I had been I didn’t get the impression they were trying to sell me things I don’t need. On top, they have been super understanding and patient with me - or I should say with my super sensitive teeth, which complicate most treatments, but they handle it well.

Had the best experience with this dentist. I am an extremely anxious person and took me 5 months to go to complete the removal of my filling as I was so nervous and it included adding a new filling. The lady was so understanding of my anxiety and helped me the whole way through. To top it off they speak perfect English. Thank you so much. Will defo return in the future

I have recently moved in the area and The Practice has definitely become my “clínica dental” in Barcelona. First I was attracted by the interior design of the premises but then the service was also of a very high standard.They resolved my issue quickly and affordably and most importantly they were super flexible and nice with me , I felt super welcomed !

If you're a tourist looking for a dentist while visiting Barcelona I'd suggest looking elsewhere as these people were unreliable. Messed me around! Twice, I messaged to confirm an appointment for 4pm on the 4th May 2023. The appointment was not booked in for me despite them emailing me back. Terrible service.

I'm sure that I share this sentiment with everyone else who has given this place five stars, namely that five is not enough. If five is the highest, then these people deserve, say, something around six or seven. My only regret is that I don't have any excuse for going back once or twice a week. :-)
