Terrible experience and customer service. Visited today and asked about sales because I needed to purchase 24 pairs of socks for an event. Actually could have purchased 50 pairs of socks but decided against it. Basically, we asked for some level of discount for purchasing a large qty and the ladies refused saying the regular price is all that’s available. We asked to speak to mgmt but none was on duty. We requested the staff to contact mgmt to see if we could get even a 1% discount. They emphatically said “no!” In retail, we all know the price is marked up 350% or greater than actual costs. Retail offers sales or discounts for large purchases. As result, we will never shop here again. The sock retail concept is an opportunity for a young entrepreneur with a keen since for customer service. The inability to make deals on large purchases reflects the inept business strategy within this small shop. Hopefully this review awakens their mindset on paying attention to customers and not allowing large customers to walk out the door. This poor decision is an opportunity loss for bigger investments. When your line staff are insensitive to customers, your business will not survive.

Don't buy online from Sock Market! I placed an order in November 2020 as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. A shipping label was created but the socks were never sent to the Post Office. I have tried several times to contact the site but NO response. I patiently waited, because of Covid delays, but a recent investigation by the Post Office confirmed the socks were not sent. Another email to the company has gone unanswered. Now I have to dispute the situation with my bank. Never again! Don't bother! Cute socks but not worth the hassle!

This is a nice store. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I walked into this store and looked around at all of the socks for sale. There are many, many, many unique designs of socks in here, but they’re pretty expensive. I saw a pair of long socks with Spongebob on them, but they were $15! After seeing that, I left because I already looked through the whole store. I gave this sock store four stars because they have lots of socks with different cool designs, but they’re pretty expensive.

The store itself in terms of the sock selection was awesome! Definitely recommend visiting if you're a sock fiend. :) However, maybe they should consider talking to their one employee who was working last night and was very unfriendly. So I rated them lower based on customer service (that's important!). But great socks!

Great little shop for fun and unique socks! A huge variety from pets, names, food, wine, dragons, pizza and even Donald Trump socks that have hair. They were so bizarre it made them cool. They are bit pricey on average $10 a pair. Bit they are unique so I get it.

This is the best place to buy socks! They have the biggest selection of knee high, over the knee socks and tights that I have found in San Francisco. They are qlways very well stocked and very neat. Employees are helpful and not intrusive. I love this place

Unbelievable amount of cool and fun socks in this store. The three workers there could not have been any nicer and new just about every sock they had and where it was located. Looking for something different to buy I would check them out.
