Absolutely shocking treatment and service, took my dog here 4 times over a 5 month period for the same skin condition. Different reason given for why she had the condition given every time but provided the same treatment. Went back again on the 22/12/21 and the vet said the treatment should never have been stopped and she will need it for the rest ofvher life. Not a problem as money is not important when it comes to a member of your own family. I call back on the 11/1/22 for this months treatment was advised I was only getting 14 days worth of treatment as they wanted to make sure it was working! At this point I had spent over £1500 and to be now told by the receptionist that they was still working out what treatment to use after giving the same treatment 5 times now was unacceptable. After asking questions and requesting to speak to the vet the Receptionist got very rude and stuck up. She put the phone down and when I called back said I was banned and head office would be in touch. Take my advise and do not trust these cowboys with your pets

We have had really good experiences recently with this vet. Especially our last 2 visits. Receptionist/nurses were friendly. But moreover the vet we saw (her name begins with an A, I am so sorry sorry I cannot remember more) was incredible. Takes her time, does a full review. Explains everything. Engaged my 9 year old son with the process. Makes you and the pet feel at ease. I rescued a cat at 3 weeks old and she has today at 5.15 given her her first vaccines as she is now 8 weeks old, we think. The vet was so friendly, I couldn’t ask for me. I wish they were all like her. A lovely person all round. You’ve got a good one there and I hope you retain her. Please pass this compliment on.

We use the vets at Hawthorn Road/Dyas Road but needed an urgent appointment for our dog and they saw us here. I was just about able to get in and out in my wheelchair ♿️ as there is a bit of a drop after the door way. I could also get into the examining room, which is small but was doable. The vet and the nurses are all lovely, explained everything and gave us lots of affordable alternatives and choices according to budget. We asked lots of wuestions which they answered and wrote down for us. We went for severe food type allergy, and felt in control of what was happening and fully informed. Would thoroughly recommend

Staff were very friendly yet professional. My dog was well cared for and came away with the treatment necessary for his recurrent ear infection. However I was taken aback to be charged £18 for 30ml of Hibiscrub when I could buy 500ml for £8.99. When the vet mentioned trying it for my dog's feet I thought she was giving me some from their bottle to try not charging such a fee for a tiny amount!! Doing this regularly they could get around £300 for a 500ml bottle! That is daylight robbery.

Since my cats been in an accident. They’ve been taking advantage and not saying that he should have an x ray first. I had an appointment booked on Thursday after a whole week of going there. They didn’t even phone up and ask why we didn’t even attend. Like it’s like the don’t care about the animals at all and just wants to take our money. I was in a pretty vulnerable state. And they will take advantage of that. They couldnt diagnose completely what was wrong with my kitten.

We’ve been going to our local vet for our 13 years old Labrador. Recently he was diagnosed with cancer. Firstly, all staff members at this clinic were friendly and helpful. We also saw vet Zdena who provided highly professional and comprehensive assessment with excellent bed side manner. She explained the diagnosis and options. This was amazing delivery of holistic care to our dog. Thank you everyone for providing first class services

My cat was very poorly with cancer & northside vets were amazing & very sympathetic. They helped me make the right choice & they were available around the clock when I needed them. They helped me choose my cats casket too as at the time I was distraught. I recommend for emergencies, no wait times, no appointments & very understanding

Happy with the clinic, went there to get pet passport and vaccination done for my cat. Great experience and happened so that I mixed up the clinics and was late, but they were understanding and did not have issue with me being late

My nearest practice is Aldridge. But they have no vet so had no joice. Vet was good but the company needs to employ more vets

Small clinic but that means the waiting time is also less. Speedy treatment for my dog and he recovers quickly.
