I am very disappointed! I called during the week to see if they had the Cadbury football Easter eggs! Or if they were getting them in. The woman told me two had just arrived in their order! I asked could she put them on hold till Saturday as I live quite far —absolutely she said she took my name and phone number and said she had put them in the back for me! I was very excited! This morning I called to make sure they were still there! The girl checked for me —nothing! No product! Never received the football Easter eggs in their shipment. Very strange, very disappointing! Very happy that I called first!

Make sure to call before picking up any orders!!! Yes this happened Christmas Eve, the worst customer service I have ever experienced I’m my life. British Pride Bakery located at 451 Guelph Line saved my Christmas Eve, check them out! “Hi Janet, this is Caroline the owner. I want to sincerely apologize about the miscommunication with your order. When submitting the orders this one was missed, our apologies. We are reviewing our procedures for ordering via social media to ensure this doesn’t happen again.”

I have been craving some sausage, black pudding and potatoscones for quite some time now (pregnant as well) Went in with my Mum last night and was very surprised at all the goodies they’ve got. Crisps, sweets, baked goods... but what surprised me the most was the lovely staff, I am not sure if it was the owner that I was speaking with but she was so friendly and pleasant!!!! I will be back for sure... I need to try their steak pies.. thank you again

We received our 1st order in recored time, but unfortunately there was a slight discrepancy. I phoned the store and spoke to Caroline, who ended up driving the 40 mins to our house, to swap the items, and even gifted me some choccies by way of an apology. All the items we received were in perfect condition, really well packaged, and we will definitely be shopping here again! Thanks Caroline :-)

Such a lovely store with a great selection of products from the UK. Staff are always super friendly and helpful, they never make you feel like a burden for being there and above all they aren’t rude like the other british shop in Burlington. I love to come in every time I am in Burlington to grab snacks and baked goods (which are delicious by the way). Can’t recommend this place enough.

It is the staff that make this place, it feels like visiting friends whenever I pop in. They have been keeping me supplied with the essential Mark's ans Sparks Extra Strong tea since they ppened (along with the occasional chocolate bar and packet of biscuits of course ). There are some great independent stores in Eastway Plaza who deserve your business, please shop local.

This fantastic shop has helped me with an amazing gift basket for my Aunt to bring back fond memories of her home. They have done this twice for me over the past couple of years and both times I've been so impressed with what they've put together. Caroline and Moira were so helpful to me in helping to find the best items for my Aunt. Highly, highly recommended!

I went looking for a specific product to surprise my wife with. I found exactly what I sought and more. The availability of locally produced baked goods and frozen items made my trip more expensive than I had planned, but only because I couldn't say NO to some items I hadn't seen in years. Will return soon.

Nothing but wonderful things to say about this shop. Have only used through online and over telephone from Guelph. Cadbury's Easter eggs are now thankfully an Easter tradition we can carry on with ease. Have also made personalized secret Santa gifts with items from here for the perfect British bit of love.

I was in yesterday and purchased 6 beef sausage rolls. I am very disappointed in the quality of them as there was hardly any beef filling inside some of them. One was full ay one end and hollow in the middle. The price goes up but the product goes down. Won't be buying anymore of these in your store.

This nice and bright store has great variety and is well stocked with British favourites. The staff are very helpful in making sure I find what I am looking for. I also love how the store showcases Scottish apparel in addition to food. Enjoy exploring and purchasing new things every time I visit.

I love this store! The ladies are so sweet it makes it an even better experience. All the yumminess reminds me of going to my grandma and poppas house!! I now send care packages to my boyfriend in the US as they don't have anything even close to this! Sausage rolls are delicious!

You can get British, Irish, and Scottish biscuits, teas, chocolates, crisps, meat pies, and desserts here along with jewelry and souvenir type things. All the ladies are so lovely & helpful here. I was pleased to get my Irish tea here after a trip to Ireland got me hooked on it!

I placed an online order for delivery. The ladies there were very helpful. I needed to add a couple of items that were not on their website. The order took a couple of days to arrive. It was well packed and it arrived perfectly. I will certainly use the service again. Great job

Pretty good nostalgic and eclectic offering of British faves. I came in for a specific tea, which they had! Of course I needed a few other snacks to go with it. I visited the old location first, not knowing they had moved. Glad the new location was close and easy to find.

MY FIRST VISIT WILL NOT BE MY LAST...THERE WAS LOTS OF STUFF THERE THAT I LIKE AND THE LADY THAT WORKS THERE SEEMS TO BE VERY WELCOMING AND FRIENDLY AND I AM GRATEFUL FOR THAT BECAUSE WITH THE WAY I LOOK I DO NOT GET THAT FRIENDLINESS OFTEN SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH

A very cool little shop with plenty of British snacks and souvenirs. I enjoy their DVD rack as well. It can be a bit crowded at times, but the amount of stuff crammed onto the shelves makes up for that. Give the meat pies and potato scones a shot if you stop by.

Excellent customer service! We visit when we are down from Sudbury, we order gift cards over the phone and my parents who live in Burlington also love it. They are so welcoming and so very helpful! Would highly recommend. Julie

Nice new location helps them display a wider variety of interesting products from all of the British Isles (not just England). Helpful staff are always there to aid in your search. Great place for those unique foods and gifts.
