I come here weekly/bi-weekly . I typically do late night laundry in my experience the door has never locked at 10:00pm although that Is what the door says.I was outside at 10:10 pm and was able to step back in. I then again went to grab an item from my car. To my surprise the outcome was not the same. As I stepped outside the door locked at 10:16pm to my surprise. I am now unable to get back in.I called the establishment they answered the phone on 2 separate occasions and offered no help. I was told to come back at 6 am. I was told that there is no possibility of assistance. I even offered to pay $100 for them to come open the door. As I have an early morning shift and would not be able to return at 6 am. I am now saddened as really came to like this establishment. I’ve even utilized their wash and fold service prior to this incident. Now I will have to call into work so that I can come back to re-wash my wet items. I am disheartened by this turn of events. Update : I was told that the doors had to manually be opened as the reason why it couldn’t be unlocked at the time.When I returned I arrived 10 minutes prior to the advised hours of operation. To my surprise the doors were unlocked remotely. The information provided was not accurate. Even if the doors were on a timer this indicates that there was a possibility for the establishment to be opened for me instead of having to call in and return at 6 am.

NEW AND UPDATED MACHINES, NOW WITH ECHO OXIGEN WASH MODE FOR YOUR BIG LOADS, IF YOU'RE USING COLD WATER, SO THAT'S AN EXTRA WAY TO KEEP YOUR CLOTHES CLEANER AND DISINFECTED AT LEAST AS MUCH AS COULD BE. THE CHANGE MACHINES NEVER RUN OUT OF MONEY FOR LAUNDRY, IN TOONIES, LOONIES, AND QUARTERS, ALSO BILLS TO TO CHANGE THEM INTO THE FORMERLY MENTIONED. THE MACHINES ARE HUGE FOR A TRIPLE LOAD AND SIMPLE TO USE WITH DIRECTIONS ARE DISPLAYED ON A HUGE BOARD AS GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS AND ON THE MACHINES THEMSELVES, COSTING $6 FOR THE TRIPLE AND THEY GET CHEAPER AS THE MACHINES GET SMALLER, AS FOR THE DRYERS, THEY'RE YOUR STANDARD INDUSTRIAL TUMBLERS THAT ATE WELL MAINTAINED AT A COST OF 25 CENTS FOR 7 MINUTES IF I REMEMBER. THERE'S ALSO SOAP PRODUCTS, FABRIC SOFTENERS, DRYING SHEETS FOR SAKE ON LICATION, BUT SUGGESTING YOU BRING YOUR OWN AS IT IS WITHOUT SAYING.

I walked in for the first time into the laundromat. Just to see if it was clean. There was an Asian lady standing in front and I asked her if it was self serve and she yap. I look around and decided to use the facility and proceeded to get change. All of a sudden the lady yells out where is your clothes!!. You have to bring clothes and then u get change!! I told her that I was going to wash there and she snapped again. It's ok if that is the rule but her nasty attitude and it was my first time!. I went into York Gate put in my 20 for change no problem. The wash shop lost another customer!!

Doing my laundry here on july 29,2022 the little Asian lady was so rude to me I was so mad about the manner she spoke to me about the dryers she was occupying and was finish drying for over 20 mins yet clothes were left in there and not taken out ... I have seen her behavior to others before however I said nothing but this time it was to me and I found that she is not customer friendly unless it suits her ... overall I like doing my laundry here and the owner needs to caution her on her behavior!

Beautifully cared for laundry shop. All new machines for washing and mostly for drying A true gem the north of Toronto just south of Steeles Avenue Plenty of parking Very pleasant lady on-site keeping the place clean and moving along I like to do my laundry in the clean laundromat. This is a plaza behind a Petro-Canada with a grocery store for shopping. There are multiple useful services in the plaza. Kim is wonderful! The place is so clean and orderly. See u there.

My GF and I had washer problems at home and needed the use of a laundromat. I had used them before and was wonderfully surprised. The prices are good 3.50-7.50 for a wash load depending on the size of the washer. The dryers are .25 per five minutes, I think? Pretty good value, it's not 24 hours and the door locks at 10 but go around 7 - 730 it's pretty dead I've never had to wait and we went every 8 days for a month.

Kim was sweet, she kept my laundry I left safe. Very clean laundry mat and friendly attend. 12/28/23 The person at this location, I thought she was a nice person but she's very rude, not helpful and have alot of attitude. The last time I was there, she got upset with a person doing their laundry and before she help them, she yelled at them and started slamming the the washer doors.

I have to say this laundromat is the cleanest in the region, the machines do an amazing job cleaning the clothes. Kim has always been professional and runs a tight ship - no riff raff. We continue to use this location week after week as the quality is great, we feel safe and our clothes are cleaned and dried well and still look new and fresh!

I can't believe the improvements this shop has had since my last visit. Kim is a sweetheart and very helpful. I highly recommend the wash and fold service, it saved me a bunch of time and I no longer need to sort my own socks! Excited to use their delivery service next time.

I have not folded my own laundry in three years!!!! Since working from home I literally drop off my laundry at on my first break and pick it up on my last break, it's washed and folded and I love them. I even get calls from them to remind me the day before!!!!!

I always love doing my laundry at the wash shop! There is a sweet lady name Kim and she's helpful, friendly and professional. The laundromat is clean, not over crowded and my clothes always comes out perfect. Keep it up …

Great improvement to the laundrymat. The new app makes it easy to use machines without having to worry about having cash or change. Kim has always been a great help. She's very friendly and always has a great attitude.
