Нас просили оставить отзыв на русском, поэтому не будем отказывать владельцу заведения в этой просьбе. Мы с супругой были здесь на винной дегустации и нам безумно всё понравилось. Была очень приятная, доброжелательная атмосфера. У ведущего мероприятия (и владельца заведения) была отличная подача материала: было много интерактива, теория часто разбавлялась легкими шутками, чтобы никто не заскучал. Сам владелец очень приветливый, и дружелюбный. Чувствуется, что он безумно любит свое дело и никогда не устает говорить о нем. Для дегустации были подобраны очень разные вина, которые было интересно сравнивать. Для человека, который только начинает погружаться в винную культуру, это то, что нужно. Для тех же, кто уже в теме, был достаточный уровень теоретического погружения. Само место тоже очень приятное: просторное, светлое и чистое. Находится в центре города. Обязательно зайдем ещё.

This place is without a doubt worth a 5 star rating from me. It is not always an easy task choosing a bottle of wine, but here you dont just have to read the label on the bottle and hope for the best. This shop has a Mark, someone who can explain all you need to know about the wine you wish to purchase. From the aromatic notes, to the grape varieties to how the wine is made Mark can give you every little detail there is to know to help you find what you are looking for. He also theaches WSET courses and does so very well. The ability to help you understand all the concepts and make every class enjoyable is something very few teachers have. Not to mention you get to taste and compare different wines wich is a cracking way to start your monday mornings. Only bad thing i can say is how damn hard It is to find a parking spot.

Given the solid 5 star reviews, my wife and I decided to give this place a try. Mark patiently assessed our wine awareness and then provided great suggestions of local wines. His dialog was warm and filled with interesting wine and local wine tidbits. The harder feat of matching our preferences based upon our limited knowledge was also successfully accomplished--we thoroughly enjoyed the selections. We highly recommend Mark and his shop. You will enjoy the dialog, learn something, and take home some excellent appropriate wine. We also returned to participate in a wine tasting focused on Portuguese vs Spanish wine. Also very informative and worth the time and money. We not only experienced the wine with expert guidance, but had a slide show to augment the education around the regions and vineyards.

Szukaliśmy wina na prezent i trafiliśmy do The Wine Place. Dodam,. że chcieliśmy kupić wino raczej spoza Hiszpanii lub takie, które trudno znaleźć w osiedlowym markecie. Okazało się, że w sklepie jest duży wybór win z różnych części świata. Sprzedawca doskonale zna się na winach, potrafi doradzić. Prowadzi też szkolenia dla osób chcących zgłębić tajniki win. Będziecie mieć trochę czasu to polecam :) Ostatecznie wybraliśmy niemieckiego rieslinga, a sklep dostarczył wino kurierem do Alicante :) Sklep realizuje przesyłki do innych krajów, Polski również. Skończą się nam nasze zapasy to skorzystamy.:))

We went inside just wanted to grab a nice wine for the night. At the moment we entered Mark approached us and gave us an passionate explanation about what he thinks can be a fit to our drinking style. At first he explained about “Mute” which is their homemade wine, and it was so tasty. The second wine I don’t remember the name exactly but I wish I had another chance to meet Mark and chat with him a bit, as he is a very interesting person which you enjoy to have a conversation with. Hopefully we will meet again soon!

Hacía falta un lugar así en Valencia. The Wine Place es un sitio para amantes del vino. Puedes comprar vinos poco conocidos en Valencia para sorprender a tu pareja, invitados o a ti mismo. También se hacen catas muy interesantes con bastante frecuencia. Finalmente, también es un centro reconocido para obtener la certificación de WineSet (de experto en vinos). En cualquier caso, Mark te podrá aconsejar en cualquier faceta relacionada con el mundo de los vinos. Enhorabuena y a seguir así!

I'm going to be honest, I was expecting some hoity toity place where I'd be pushed to buy some crazy expensive wine. Happy to admit I was 100% incorrect. Irish expat Mark was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and very passionate. Listened to this wine novice and suggested some stellar wines. He explained everything succinctly and clearly loves what he does. Very happy to recommend this lovely shop and apologies to Mark for judging a book by its cover

Ein toller Laden. Der Lehrer hat sich für uns die Zeit genommen, obwohl wir mitten im Geschäft gestört haben, uns die Basics über die Region Valencia etc. zu erklären. Fachlich sehr kompetent. Des Weiteren bietet der Wine Place die Möglichkeit Weine zu kaufen. Die Beratung hierfür war sehr kompetent und hilfreich. Wir haben einen Garagen Wein von der Rebsorte Verdejo gekauft. Every review is 5 stars so I can't contribute to the average but there is a reason for that which will be abundantly clear if you visit. The wine selection is diverse and informed by very deep knowledge and expertise which is provided in the most gracious manner so for me it was a highly educational and enjoyable visit to sample some bottles and attend a tasting. Greatly appreciated!

Superbe boutique que je recommande vivement pour acheter son vin. La personne qui s'est occupée de moi était adorable, de bon conseil et m'a donné de super informations très complètes. La boutique a un excellent choix de vin venant du monde entier avec un choix particulièrement sympa dans les vins français. Ils proposent également d'autres activités qui ont l'air très bien.

Best place for wine in Valencia! I started as a regular costumer, buying the off bottle of French and new world wines. Now years later I also enrolled to the weset courses and it has literally changed the way I taste wine! Highly recommended! The knowledge of the owner is outstanding. Relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Ha nem csak a szokásos dolgokra vagy kíváncsi a borokról, akkor térj be ide, amikor Valenciaban vagy. Angol és spanyol nyelvű előadások és kurzusok Mike-tól, széles spanyol és nemzetközi borkínálat (Tokaji Aszú is, ha honvágyad lenne). Barátságos hangulat, nem nagyüzemi turizmus.

I had a fabulous time at the recent wine tasting at The Wine Place. It was very informative, a relaxed atmosphere and throughly enjoyable. I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to build on their knowledge of wines. You can also buy bottles here and seek advice.

Een fantastische wijnwinkel met niet alleen wijnen uit Spanje maar ook een mooi assortiment daarbuiten. Ze doen ook wijnproeverijen en WSET cursussen. Heel aardige mensen die je in het Engels of Spaans kunnen helpen bij het uitkiezen van de perfecte wijn voor jou!
