The service at this lounge, particularly at reception, is absolutely shocking. Immediately upon arrival I encountered a problem, as the receptionist had absolutely no idea how to allow me access to the loungue using the QR code provided to me via the airline, and in the end, it took about 15 minutes for her to figure it out and grant me access, all because she did not know how to enter this type of booking into the system. This in and of itself would not be a problem; systems change, routines are updated, and so on and so forth, and I am more than happy to wait while these problems are worked out. What is a problem however, is how the receptionist deemed fit to conduct herself during this process. Myself and my partner were treat like peasents; naught but dirt on the sole of her shoe. Here are some highlights of that encounter: - She implied that me and my partner were scummy people simply trying to sneak our way into the lounge free of charge. - She happily declared that she would only grant us access to the lounge if their weren't higher paying customers she could enter instead. - She time and time again, and very rudely, implied that the ongoing issue (which proved to be the consequence of her own ignorance) was our fault, and that we must have done something incorrectly. - Worst of all, she declared all of this loudly and proudly, and encouraged the long line forming behind us to join in with her classist tirade. Eventually however, the foul reincarnation of Hyacinth Bucket before us was pushed aside by another member of staff, one blessed with the apparently most illusive skill of computer literacy, and we were finally admited to the lounge. And what waited for us after that ordeal I hear you cry? Was it a facility so rife with luxury and oppulence that the great stress of entry remained as naught but an unpleasent fever dream? Well, if your idea of luxury and oppulence is a limited range of breakfast stuff's befitting of a medieval roadside inn, then yes! If however, you are a creature of the 21st century, then the small selection of burnt and flavourless options will likely prove dissapointing. What I find most perplexing of all, is that judging by the other reviews submitted these issues are hardly new. How does such a facility remain profitable when it has such horrendous offerings? Is it because of people such as myself, who assume a certain level of quality with all airport lounges, so do not bother to check the reviews until it is too late? Whatever the reason, I emplore you to give this place a miss. It simply is not worth it.

If I could give Zero I would. Twice this year we have wasted one of our Dragon pass lives on this place. Both times it was disgusting. February we were due to fly at 1000 and were told there would not be much food because they were closing early as we were the last flight out that morning. Nothing to eat apart from a cold sandwich that you had to order, if you could find a member of staff. The tables had not been cleared and there was food waste on the food counter. Second time 20 June 23 our flight was 0700. Went to lounge at 0530. Took ages to log us in then told long wait for food as they were so busy.. Went in. there were 8 (EIGHT) other people in . No one serving drinks, ONE dish of cold baked beans. One half empty dish of something that looked like tinned tomatoes. 3 pain o cholate, cold. NO tea, No coffee, No milk. NO STAFF. only 4 more people came in before we left and the amount on offer went DOWN not UP. NO MORE FOOD ARRIVED AT ALL. This is disgusting service. I can see many others had similar treatment and yet NO ONE FROM THE LOUNGE has bothered to make any comment. DON't WASTE YOUR MONEY I have reported this to the Dragon Pass providers and they have promised to look into it. I hope they do!!!

After reading past reviews about the lounge staff been rude and unhelpful, and the food choice been very limited and quality poor, I wasn’t expecting great things and very nearly didn’t bother going in. We asked at the reception desk what food they had on and if they can cater for dairy and gluten free - the lady was really helpful and confirmed they can make fresh food for my daughters allergies. The lounge was very clean, comfy, food selection was great and the fresh food they prepared my daughter was fantastic. It was a great way to start our holiday. I will go back again next time we are travelling. If anyone from the management team is reading these reviews there is such a difference between the ratings given, maybe you’ve got an issue with staff at certain times or days. We visited on the 7th of May at around lunch time and it was great, but I’ve visited at breakfast times before and had similar poor experiences to others at your lounge. An example was having to wait 30 minutes for six hot sandwiches to be brought out for a busy lounge with lots of travellers. The quality of food and customer service should not be vastly different.

I take no pleasure in this. Like most of this airport, it's a neglected, under-invested cash-cow. The staff seem harassed and low in morale, and the multitude of poor reviews here evidences this, they're always in the firing line. Notwithstanding this, I've seen better organised school dinners; the food is incomplete, patchy, inadequate and poorly replenished in the 2 hours we spent here (toasters toasting with no bread, no cheese for crackers, etc.) It's not difficult, we've been to lounges at Manchester, Teesside, Istanbul, Bangkok and Newcastle and this is the poorest by a considerable margin. As one reviewer says: "laughably poor". PLUS the heating was broken. In December. Only the British would put up with this rubbish. Images were of empty food containers which were empty when we arrived and like that for 20-30 minutes, a fair chunk of your time in the lounge. +++ I'll update this review with news of whether I manage to get a refund or not +++

I booked for a relaxing time before my flight on 23/03/2023. To say I was disappointed and underwhelmed is an understatement. Firstly the food on offer was well below par, for what I would of expected after paying £30.00. It was either pasta, some bland chicken curry, or a jacket potato. Secondly on the website it states that they do not accept bookings of groups of people over 8. I counted 13 men all together laughing and joking in raised voices, apparently all going away to play golf in a big gang (you couldn't help overhearing. Raucous behavior for being in an airport environment in my opinion. This behavior was not challenged by any staff, and they were not asked to settle or tone it down, for the benefit of other patrons. Its true they may of all booked separately, even so. I will not be using this lounge, nor probably any other in future. After being in there for 20 minutes, I left. What a waste of money.

Staff friendly enough. Filthy floor despite at least five staff on and only four customers. Food unappetising, had been laying out for many hours, dried up pizza broken hot dogs, dry buns, dried up chicken dish. Serving tongs left under direct heat of lamps making lifting them without asbestos hands somewhat challenging; I moved them to a more sensible place to the side of the heat lamps. Staff spent most of the time chatting among themselves, three of them outside the entrance and others conspicuous by their absence. Nit one of them thought to clean the floor. Zero atmosphere, no background music, just passing commentary on the rugby by one of the staff. They need to take a trip over to Belfast City Airport to see how to run a good lounge.

After reading the reviews after booking I seriously didn't know what to expect, I was almost dreading it. But we were really pleasantly surprised. Yes the food isn't amazing, but there was plenty of choice (hot dogs, curry, pasta, meatballs) as well as a selection of cakes donuts which were all replenished multiple times throughout our visit. The lounge was busy, but not as busy as the main terminal was and it was such a relief to be able to sit down and watch the planes with a 2 year old. We found the staff very pleasant and polite. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and the bar staff was also nice. We would defo book again especially to avoid having to walk round the busy terminal with a young child trying to find somewhere to sit/eat.

The lounge was not clean at all. Even at 4am the chairs had debris on them. The staff were however friendly and enthusiastic. The food options were average with some items such as the egg being lukewarm. The toaster was not in working order and one machine for hot drinks was out of order. The bar had a good selection of drinks. Overall it is your average lounge and has working plugs and overall comfortable against the rest of the terminal. It was not as bad as others have made out to be. Toilets are outside however in the main area and this lounge does not have dedicated toilets as such. You get good runway views from here. Dragon Pass was accepted with no issue. I would likely visit here again.

Sat here whilst writing this review, what a bloody miserable bunch they are!!! Food choice shocking and constantly needs asking to top up, limited variety and any hot food is very cool!. Management must be dire cos all employees walking about with faces like slapped arses. Matthew seemed to be the only person working. Defo avoid!! Although the rose is nice. P.s don't book a time cos it is irrelevant, you can check in 3 hours prior to flight, but you need to give 45 minutes to get to your gate and board. CHERYL on reception who is rude, miserable will make a point of saying you are a minute early, but she will give you.permission to enter. Needs a full staff shake up. Eat in airport or your local hospital as the food will be better and the morgue if you want atmosphere!!!

Honestly would have benefitted more from burning my cash straight out. The choice of food was Hot Dog with (frozen/slightly defrosted) buns, frozen pizza and overcooked rice. Drinks wise, cheap and unbranded lager, vodka or basic gin, no Prosecco or flavoured ciders, definitely no basic cocktails. It was laughably terrible. Of the lounges I’ve visited, this is the absolute worst. Don’t waste your money. It’s overcrowded, not too clean, minimal service and the most restricted menu known to man. Given the overcrowding and services, you could easily have three drinks and a meal in The Saltaire Bar for the same or cheaper. We left after an hour, to purchase decent food and drink elsewhere.

Booked this as a treat at the start of our holiday, thinking we would be able to relax, enjoy a glass of wine or two, away from the hustle, bustle and queuing in the airport terminal. We paid £70, but oh no, we could have got a better experience in the terminal itself☹️. Food on offer was a spoonful of dried up curry, boiled rice, a bit of salad and a couple of hot dog sausages. Two scones as a sweet, but thankfully coffee from machine was fine. At one stage there were ten people queued up to order a drink, that's after queuing to get in. No toilets, you have to go out into the terminal to spend a penny!!! Save your money, don't bother.

This is the worst airport lounge I have ever been in. Woman on reception very rude and unhelpful and needs training in customer service. This shouldn’t be the way a holiday is started. The food is awful, and the staff inside did not know how to use the coffee machine. It had run out of milk so unable to make a cappuccino, but when we told the staff, she just kept putting more coffee beans in, instead of refilling the milk. We left the lounge after 20 minutes, to which the rude woman on reception said well that was hardly worth it! Anyone would think she was the one paying for our visit. Would not return to this lounge and I advise you all to give it a miss, and order elsewhere in the airport.

Thursday 14th December 8.30am .Paid for 2 friends to go into the lounge with me and my wife.. No heating , tables filthy , No staff , No bread rolls for a bacon sarnie ! .. Waited at the bar for drinks.. 1 lady came pushing a trolley full of washing up.. I waited patiently as she proceeded to load the dish washer.. asked excuse me but could I get a drinks.. she said wait until I have loaded the dishwasher , I'm by myself !! politely asked then for bread rolls.. again wait.. (came out 15 minutes later !) .. .. She then told me if I don't like it go to the front desk and get a refund !! Absolutely appalling customer service.. Avoid !!!

Despite paying for a priority card it’s very rare that they have room for walk ups. It is rammed with package holiday makers given free access by the tour company. So if you are unfortunate to be allowed access you’ll find it extremely full and always with some very drunk individuals. It’s scruffy, badly managed and nothing special. Best avoided despite paying for the privilege….this is no privilege. LBA has gone down the plug hole in recent years, more shops, bars and fast food rather than intelligent layout and relaxing space for travellers to wait. It’s more like a city centre bar crawl on a Friday night vibe.

Worst lounge I have ever visited and I've been in a fair few! As soon as we entered at 5.10pm, was told by the lady on the bar that she finishes in 5 minutes and the manager will have to take over as lots more people had come in at same time as me. Food was very dry. Went for a drink at 7.15pm and was told we couldn't have any more drinks as our flight allocation time was due to come on the screen at 7.30pm and not allowed any more drinks 15 minutes before that...1st time I've ever known that to be the case!? The manager finished work at 7pm and no one else to cover the bar seemed more like the real reason to me and when I looked, it is supposed to close at 5pm!

  • David Newstead

This lounge is not fit for purpose and is run very poorly. Please don’t waste your money in this so called executive lounge look at other reviews. We were told on arrival that it was full as usual. 4th time this has happened we did manage to gain entry when the lady on reception was helping serving in the lounge ??? When we got in there was around 3 families in there that’s it.. I suppose the less people you let in the less work you have to do. The lounge is very small the food is poor..This airport is the biggest ripoff ever 6£ to drop people off absolute nightmare.we use other airports now even though this is our local rather drive to Manchester.

  • G Richardson

The cold food was OK but the hot food took so long to come out that when it did it was gone in 5 minutes . There was no larger available so only option was dry wine IPA or cider none of which I drink so had to drink single spirits drowned with the mixer to the point I might as well been drinking coke! The new location only has 1 window viewing the airfield and that window has 1 table infront of it, so don't hold your breath on getting any views! I think next time I'll just spend my £35 in burgerking Staff were attentive and the tables were cleaned regularly through

Didn't actually get in so this review is for the really poor customer service received at the front desk. We were asked if we had pre-booked (which you can't do if you are using a lounge pass style card). We were informed that the maximum group size was 6 if not pre-booked. This is contradictory to all the info on their own website which states 8. We were told that we were wrong when we questioned this. (We were a group of 4 adults, 3 children and an infant). All in all we were made to feel unwanted so chose to walk away. I would expect better of somewhere claiming to offer a premium experience

  • Tom Dale

Absolutely vile. The place is filthy. I don’t think I saw staff clean a single table in the hour I was there; they clear the plates away, but just leave the food and drink residue for the next occupants. Most of the serving areas were devoid of food for the whole time I was there. This is basically a drinking den, evidenced by the fight that almost broke out between some drunk guy and a women he was being rude to. Sadly it was just about the only place I could find to sit in the otherwise heaving airport.

O yes! This definitely was not my favour place to wait for a flight. Poor food selection displayed in a very un-appetite way, even not properly clean glasses. Carpet - o my God, do you really cannot clean or just replace. I was lucky to have some cheaper entry but still no value for the money. And the most surprising thing ever - you need to leave lounge to go to the terminal toilet - what this is!!! I worked most of the time and ignored some of the things around but this was not a good place for relax.

Expensive visit - poor quality food with a limited selection (cereal, bread, bacon and beans). For 32 pounds per person (that’s 64 pounds for the two of us!!) we could of had a full meal in one of the airport restaurants. Coffee machine out of order. The lounge is only worth a visit if you intend to drink, though you would have to drink a lot, bearing in mind only basic alcohol is free, to make it worthwhile. Didn’t even get a goodbye when we left as the person on reception was on her mobile phone and didn’t even look up when we passed. Won’t be paying to visit again.

  • iajaz khan

Bad service from the start. I was waiting in queue for ages because customer in front us was having issues with his account, and there was only one member of staff on reception, anyway after 15+ we got in, I wish I hadn’t bothered. No cups for coffee, one machine wasn’t working, no milk in the jar , baked beans tub empty, fgs it’s not that hard. If you are paying £20 for guest to come with you, it’s cheaper to go to Starbucks and get better food and good service.

Ok place to chill out if it’s quiet but not always the case and when it’s packed it’s no better than the regular airport lounge. Food and drink choices are shockingly poor with bacon sausage butties and toast being the only hot food items available. They do a vegetarian alternative that is not advertised if you ask but it will take a while to prepare. Coffee is either the instant variety or through a machine which is hit and miss. Shocking lack of veggie or halal choices for an airport lounge where you are paying good money. Please sort this out.

  • Ryan Welch

Genuine experience here. And I'm not usually complacent. Not worth it! £70 for a couple to sit and be told to wait for plates and snacks to be refilled and yet, no place to sit. In short... poor value. Food was not stocked, the bar had 1 person serving who was struggling to rememeber my order. (2 glasses of white wine). Loud, uncomfortable, expensive and a crechè (so parents just let their kids run amock!) I could have had the same experience for less out in the main terminal! Won't go again!

Can honestly say this is the worst airport lounge I've ever been to (and I've been to a LOT over the years, everywhere between Leeds & Hong Kong). The seating was uncomfortable, and the food selection was like yesterdays party leftovers. Bland tasteless pasta, some crisps in a pot, and a few cookies. Coffee and tea were ok, but some drinks were chargeable at the bar. We had a Burger King in the airport before coming here. Glad we did, as food, comfort and service were better at Burger King. If you do go, avoid this place like the plague.

  • Dillon

Rude staff make you feel very unwelcome. Horrific food selection with jams and butters but nothing to put on it. Strange curry available with poor rice. Made priority pass members wait extra time and front desk staff were extremely rude, looking down on us. No vegetarian options bar rice or lettuce at the salad bar. There was one nice bar member who was a young woman who was the only member of staff who made me feel welcome. Would not recommend to anyone to visit. Visited 25/07/23

Kate, on reception, was unwelcoming and rude.We were told that there was no space for us and we would have to wait outside the doors for 20 mins.We did not choose to wait outside the door, there were no other customers.Of course, passengers come and go all the time so within 5 minutes she was able to check us in. Please, Yorkshire Lounge, employ people who enjoy contact with other people and inform customers POLITELY that as soon as a table becomes available, they will be able to go in Food very limited but ok.Not a great experience.

Me and my partner and friend booked into the VIP lounge, Kate and Elaine where absolutely fantastic with us they both went above and beyond their job rolls by offering us items that meant to finish at 11am which was a special touch! Great team members to the hospitality side. Keep up the good work and hope to travel from Leeds again! Very chatty with all the social distance in place. Dont retired just yet you do an amazing job! The booking was under Christie Devlin. Thanks once again for catering for us as a young couple.

  • Garry Fawley

Of all the lounges I have been in, this has to be the worst. Family of 6, lots of money and it was just bad. The food choices were very poor to say the least, couldn't even have a full English, no sausage. Had to ask for a vegetarian menu for daughter. The smallest of plates to eat from, queue up to get a drink, even soft drinks. Really poor. Never again here.

Save your money unless you are a massive drinker and like weak beer or wine , Far too long yet again in queue to get in to the lounge, very slow process to get through the door , all intended to limit your time in the lounge, food ok , coffee drinkable, need more coffee machines no flat white , toilet very scruffy , and only one male and female toilet, again waiting and queuing to have a leak , less time using facilities, last time for us in here .

We are currently in the Yorkshire Lounge at LBA. At best it’s mediocre. The food choice is totally without any imagination whatsoever and incredibly bland. However, to have somewhere civilised to sit and relax and not have to queue for a drink is a selling point I guess. What has moved me to write this review was the totally unwelcoming greeting from Helen on reception. My God, if she likes the job she does, she needs to have a word with her face. Miserable and blunt. Hospitality is not for you Helen!

Tried using my dragon pass for the second time at this airport, as didnt think it could be as bad as last year. Totally shocking service. Couldn't pre book and was told no room, when queried told come back later which I did several times. I honestly wish I hadn't wasted my passes now.... rude staff, no food left, and tiny bits being sent out, long queues at the bar, overall didnt appear to have much staff and staff there were not interested.

This used to be a really good lounge (pre COVID) but it has completely gone down hill, probably the worst lounge we’ve ever been in. Long wait to get in, miserable, unhelpful staff, dirty lounge, barely any food (cereal, yoghurt and bacon). Toaster and coffee machine don’t work. Long wait just to get a drink. Only reason to come in is to avoid the crowds in the other bars/restaurants. Leeds used to be such a great airport, prefer to travel from Teesside and Newcastle if we can now.

  • Christopher Foster

We didn't want to book ahead in case security took so long as to make it pointless. Had we not had fast track we would still be in the queue now. An Ok range of food, with sausage or bacon barms and some pastries. There is a bar. Usual tea, coffee and juice. Staff are friendly. A very "worth it" oasis in a very busy and chaotic airport. Although there was no space if you try to book online, we just walked in and paid at the desk. Feels one of the better lounges we have used.

I thought I had to leave a review, I paid a little more to be in the Yorkshire rose suite, what a disappointment! I’ve actually gone out and picked up a meal deal to eat in here. Was promised branded beers, with a Stella logo on the page, cheap unbranded larger and a very poor range of food . Don’t waste your money , and Cheryl, Jesus ! Your lounge manager? Id be unhappy leaving you in charge of the conveniences and the state of the toilets?

Just sat in the lounge now and can honestly say, I can’t believe that this place hasn’t closed down. I have never reviewed anything before, but when you pay £60 for two people to hopefully chill before your holiday, with some food and a drink and find that the food (what there is of it)is all dried up and not replenished at all, in the hour and a half were there. Coffee machine broken. Bar has very few drinks (prosecco is extra)I could go on …

Terrible value for money. Paid £70 for 2 adults. No lager at all either on draught or in bottles just disgusting IPA. Hot breakfast selection disappointing. At the moment there is NOTHING available. Every time I have visited the lounges, I have not been greeted with a smile. The first question is “have you booked”; waiting for the chance to say to Priority Pass holders, sorry we’re full - it’s as if they get a smug feeling of happiness saying no. The lounges are overbooked, lack in cleanliness, have very poor food selection and have no atmosphere. Front of house needs some energy, not grumpy, frosty personalities.

  • mary haines

I arrived at the lounge and encountered a lady who was down right rude took us to our seat stuck a post it note on the table. The food was disgusting at best. Stale pastry there was nothing there worth eating at all . Some bacon , sausage rolls, if your a drinker great stuff if not £30 for a cup of tea and stale pastry. I asked a worker there to report it he looked at me stupid. It needs an overhaul and better staff.

  • Albert King

Rejected from entry after waiting 10 minutes. Asked if 'alright'. We said no, we had been waiting 10 minutes. She, Sarah Ellison manageress said that was rude. My wife said we only want to come in. In that case you're not coming in she said. I asked for her name and she demanded mine to report me to Dragon Pass. Life's too short. Why do all the bad things happen at LBA? No-one cares or understands customer service!

  • Andreas Siglreithmaier

This lounge is among the worst lounges in the world. Breakfast offer is a joke. Refill of the few items they have is slow and there is no effort from the staff. Not even to mention the quality. It is just a cash cow. If you have free access - fine - use it as a waiting room. If you need to pay for access - spend your money elsewhere in the terminal. Everything is better than in this lounge.

  • Kieran Woods

Poor service from reception attempted to visit at 6:30pm 30/03 and was basically told there was no hot food and they were closing soon 8pm.. Our flight didn’t leave for a few hours so asked to use for the hour and a half with an abrupt no. Don’t rely on this lounge and if you do be prepared for unfriendly and unwelcome service won’t bother trying again.

All the staff at reception are full blown Karen’s. We fly around 15 times a year and Leeds Bradford lounge is where we always have issues with going though on my pass. Usually we have had our baby and they still create a fuss and completely unnecessary hassle. When you do eventually get through the food is 2/10. I recommend grabbing a Starbucks.

“We don’t do eggs, love” “it’s soya or cows milk” “if you want cold water, get it out of the hot drinks machine!” The smallest plates possible so you can barely eat £5 worth of food, absolutely nothing healthy or green and tinned fruit does not count! The blessing in disguise is you escape the dross lining the corridors drinking pints at 6am!

Poor service. Curt and rude. Told no availability for four hours, though we had tried to book two weeks in advance and the site was down. Watched her colleague then allow people through. We pay for the priority pass, what’s it for if one can’t get in by booking in advance or on the door?

Flying today 14/12/23 the heating has been down for three days in here we have been told and it's like Siberia, food when it's there is poor, drinks served in warm glasses so goes instantly flat, service at the bar terrible, should have been offered money back it's uncomfortable cold.

Nobody on the reception waited a while, so I went in to the lounge to find her and she bluntly told me to go back out and she’d be out soon. Need more polite staff on reception. The gentlemen inside was very welcoming and chatty. The food choice is very bad. But the lounge is still nice to have a chill out & drink before the flight.

  • Harmeet Virk

By far the worst lounge I have been to. No toilet facilities, no spa, poor selection of food, didn't even have any bread! Cutlery was dirty, seats were uncomfortable, only good thing was aircon which leeds airport does not have . Pathetic and shows the difference between the North and South. Stop selling yorkshire short.

  • Gillian Wrightham

Really bad experience here, we had an early flight so arrived around 5.30am. The place was already filthy, had to clear our own table. Food selection was dreadful and of very low quality. £140 for 4 adults (one was 12 years old) Absolutely don’t waste your money !!!!

We used the lounge on 4.6.23, it's just taken me a while to get round to leaving a feedback. All staff were friendly and very professional. The food and drink were great too. When we fly from there again we'll be sure to see you again, thank you regards Sue and Neil.

Set your expectations, this is a small lounge in a small airport. It's not an Emirates lounge in Dubai, it's basic. Coffee was nice, snacks were good and the food was ok. Was good to be in a quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the airport and it's many horrible overpriced food outlets. Staff very polite.

  • Charlotte Freeman

Was just like a canteen, food was cheap hot dogs, meat balls with nothing to go with them! Larger on tap was not working so only wine or spirits available! Tables were filthy! A lot of money that wasn’t worth it!

Absolutely shocking choices of food and lukewarm, personally I don’t like pasta or rice so my only choice was a reheated jacket potato, the aircon was on cold so had to keep leaving to the main area for a warm. No pastries or desserts, definitely will not be wasting my money on a lounge again !

  • Jane Spencer

Extremely poor. No atmosphere, not enough food choices, not enough food, far too busy, the worst lounge I've encountered. Only bonus is it's better sitting in the room than sitting on the floor out in the terminal. The customers around all look astonished at the lack of everything.

  • James Hudson

Waste of money. Food was disgusting, bar service was terrible, took ages to get served and the staff have not been trained I any way. Not their fault £80 would have got us a nice meal and a decent GNT in the other restaurants.

At quiet times, it's fine. Friendly and helpful staff, very good sausage and bacon sandwich, ok seating. At busier times it's too densely packed to be relaxing. It also suffers from the Priority Pass "we're full so you can't come in" problem, which is making PP a bit of a joke

  • Shaun T

Don't waste your money ,food poor and very little choice when it's there. Poor selection of drinks not even any orange juice on at breakfast time ,1 lager on draught (The lounge lager) No Guinness , wouldn't use again .

It is a bland space Staff are great, however the food is medioca, no prosecco unless you're willing to pay, no shorts permitted without a mixer. Manchester Airport lounges are soooo much better Buck up Leeds/Bradford, I love my local airport, try bring it on ❤️ …

  • John Mckillop

Arrived and tried to book at desk ,was told to come back in 30 mins . Went back and was charged £32 for less than 2 hours , Food consisted sausage rolls beans, dried up pasta and a salad bar ,no sandwiches or soup ,large queues for drinks wouldn't recommend this lounge

  • JSPK

Really disappointed, had really good experiences with other lounges but should have looked at reviews about this one Service from manager was appalling Would never visit bc again and would rather stay in airport

The people that run this lounge need to drive over to Doncaster and take a look at what a lounge should look like and operate…..very very dissatisfied Bacon or sausage sandwich that was so overdone plus coffee machines empty and lack of any kind of service…. …

  • Daniela Mitrache

The worst lounge!! First, you need to book your table for having access Second, you pay £32 for eating baked potato, pastas with tomatoes and cheese, and for dessert you have some digestive biscuits. This is a shame, you can't ask £32 for that miserable food.

  • Tim Boende

The lounge is minimal, tiny selection of foods or drinks. But it IS better than being in the regular airport. Not a great lounge at all... But coffee is hot, some edible snacks. Gratefully my flights were short and went to good airport with real lounge after.

  • Dr Emad Abo Ebeid

I don’t thinks i worth it. But is only place available here. No hoot food, no juices. Coffee is OK. If you are going to spend money in this lounge you have to think 5 time. Yo will be disappointed.

Having monzo gets us into the Yorkshire lounge for £20 each. All you can eat what ever food is available and anything from the drinks menu (attached). Hot food today was scrambled egg, beans, tomatoes, bacon, toast. Other none cooked option as well.

  • Heidi Turner

Barely any choice at all for food or drink. Staff were miserable, don’t think they new how to smile. Didn't let it ruin the start of our hol, but it was £200 i would of rather spent on holiday!

I guess my experience was different than most reviews The lady at reception was friendly and the staff were very nice. Not much choice of food but was tasty and fresh. No complaints from me. Good choice of drinks, great service and clean …

  • Lourenço Macedo Sampaio

Tried to get a pint about 20min before their closing time. Told it was not possible, they weren't expecting anyone! Ridiculous. People pay lots of money to access these places and then to get awful service. Just says how sloppy they are.

  • Gez Walsh

A small lounge with decent coffee, nice sausage sandwich and very friendly, personable staff. The lady and gentleman who looked after me were great. Even the chef who brought my sandwich was very friendly. A nice way to relax preflight.

Absolutely thrilled with the Yorkshire lounge at Leeds bradford Airport, wonderful staff (Helen & bernedette), amazing unlimited food & unlimited drinks, will defo come back in next time we fly well done team

What great start to our holiday. A quite, personal environment with a distinct holiday vibe. Covid safe and great service from Elaine W, Elaine D and Kate - thanks for the Gluten free options …

  • OLLY CARNELLY

I pay a monthly fee for a Dragon pass which they will only let in if extra space and can not book in advance, the staff on reception make you feel like I’m begging. Poor experience not recommended.

  • Angie Hardwick

Don't bother. The queues at security mean you pay £25 for a sausage sandwich with 2 sausages or a cold bacon butty which you get to enjoy for 20 minutes before you have to run off for your flight.

  • P G

Always full, you need to book 25hrs in advance but can't with a card and that card won't help on the day. Not that great once you're in, it's only useful because it's so bad (and sweaty) outside.

  • Paul F

Absolutely fantastic service. We were a large group of 6 adults and 5 kids. Everyone was really helpful and the chef was spectacular, really going out of her way to cater for our needs.

  • Leon High

Waste of money, people just stood at bar waiting to be served. Hardly any continental options. Breakfast on way but I'm guessing it will be as terrible as the rest of the experience

  • Rob Lawrie

Dirty. Just not maintained. Too expensive for what it is. Carpets filthy, upholstery filthy. The food is OK but not the best.

Great lounge with Dora, Cheryl & Elaine all smiling and very chatty. Managed to enjoy both breakfast & lunch with a great choice…… real food!!!

  • Tracey Taylor

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Unbranded beer, only lager and cider virtually no choice of food not even red sauce , worst lounge I have ever been in.
