Mac is a true professional & provided awesome service at a decent price. He showed up to my place quickly and was able to unlock my car in less than 30 mins. Prior to him, I had 2 other guys from different towing companies attempt to unlock my car but they both failed. So I was surprised how efficiently Mac was able to do the job. If I ever get locked out again, I’ll reach out to Theo Locksmith.

2 tow trucks came and said they can't unlock the 2017 Ford transit. I even called CAA and they said this truck they don't do either. I found theo on Google. He came to my shop within 30 minutes. Most horrible experience. These other reviews must be lies. Asked these guys for help they outsource to another company (Susie locksmith) horrible customer service. that only wasted my time. They never showed up. Kept telling me they are on their way. Waited from 8 to 11. Still no show can't even give a proper estimate time of arrival.

Horrible customer service and a waste of time. Kept saying they were on their way in 20 mins for over 2 hours and never showed. Also very rude when I called to follow up saying I interrupted them from programming when they were told in advance what time to come at.

The technician was super nice and very respectful he didn't mind answering question and was very understanding of our frustration the dispatcher left a little to be desired however. All in all would recommend just not perfect overall 4 stars.
