First of all I’m only giving them 1 ⭐️ because I did purchase two good vehicles which are all paid off. Back in 2012 when they were little and eager, they had great service! I never had an issue. The. I go back to give them my business in 2017 and it was about the absolute worst service ever! As a repeat customer who once considered them 5 , they have dropped drastically. They finance people did not work with us when it came down to the down payment and kept telling us “we out so much money into the vehicle” and that is why we need “X” amount of dollars. For both of our vehicles that we purchased we have them well over $4k and over the course of 5 years with interest we have given them close to 80k if not more. We expected to be treated better and not rushed into a vehicle that had issues with tires, alignment, and check engine light. Yet they wanted a huge down payment again, considering we were coming back for a third vehicle they did not honor us the way she should have been. The last thing I said to the finance manager was that they will never be able to gain my business again once I left that day and I meant it. I am now driving an Audi I purchased from another dealership in Austin hassle and haggle free. The big disappointment was that they only saw dollar signs and did not honor a relationship we had established with them. Had they treated us better, we would have been repeat customers for life. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Again the one ⭐️ was for the two good purchases we made. Although one had high mileage, with proper maintenance and care the vehicle still drives new. We ended up being so disappointed that we ended up selling the vehicles because we no longer wanted the memories associated with the vehicles.

I just called 10 minutes ago and they did not even answer the phone they automatically put me on hold with the Third Coast Auto song that I've been listening to for now an hour. The person I can vouch for would be Johnny the manager and the automotive mechanics he is amazing and I would wish him the best to get out of this company before he will be ruined by the company this company needs Improvement tremendously let's start by getting all the bad apples out can't wait to pay this car off to be completely done with them. Will be trying to figure out how I can invest my money somewhere else. Again not a mad customer at all just in shock about how I'm professional this company can be

Just traded in my car a week ago and got a newer car that had 5k more miles on it then my car I traded in. Yesterday (5/31/14) I was going to leave work and guess what MY CAR WOULDNT START. So I immediately phoned in and not only was I rushed on the phone like the person on the other line didnt want to hear it, but I was given a day to come in for 4days after. Mind you I still have to get to and from work for the next few days and manage to drive out there in hopes they will fix it. I am VERY UPSET at the moment, hopefully they can fix it in a timely matter despite what these other reviews say....We shall see. Oh yes, failed to mention that I was late to work this morning...guess why..MY CAR WOULDNT START.... :/ My major concern is that I have a child whom I travel with and I cannot be stranded anywhere or have some type of malfunction when I am driving.... The only good thing is when I was in the office, the lady who helped me was really nice. That was a plus....so until my car is back working PROPERLY....this dealership will have 1 star from me! Signed, I need this car to be fixed properly!

We made plans with Fernanda to come in later during the week to view the car and purchase, had an appointment set and everything. We came in, Fernanda wasn't even there to begin with, somebody else had to help, just to tell us they sold the car after being told they would not. Coincidence she wasn't there to tell us either. Very unprofessional to 1.) not communicate with your customer to reschedule the appointment nor communicate amongst the dealerships. And 2.) make promises they can't keep. Oh and the few cars we test drived had problems like no headlights working, etc. Personally, the people I spoke to were unprofessional, no apology, no clarity, and simply didn't care about the customer. So I have no clue as to how they got hired there or even have their jobs with the professionalism they didn't carry.

First of all if there was a 0 star I would have given it. My kinsmanson purchase a car from them ,had it a week and motor went out stranded with no way to work. Went to office to see if we could get down payment back to go else where cause we had no trust in them after the lemon.When time for first payment they wanted their money,yet still without transportation to work. When you call no one answers call, leave message no return call. Went to office in person to see if he could get another vehicle,showed us one vehicle with baby tires on it,which when started up sounded like a motorcycle.With no other choice they said they would replace with new motor. About week or two later call to let us know it was ready for pickup. No paper work showing work done ,no warranty. We dont know what they did(probably just put something to hold up til warranty on car ends.This place is very unprofessio al,cant be trusted all about the money. Place should be under investigation for such horrible business.I will not recommend anyone to go here

Absolutely awful customer service. I heard about their "we pay $750 more than Carmax" deal, and decided to reach out with some questions. The first time I called, they transfered me to someone that didn't answer the phone, so I left a message. Didn't receive anything for a few hours, so I called back, as I don't want to waste time with this carmax offer if it's not going to work out with this company. When I called again, I was hung up on. I then called back and was placed on a long hold, then transfered to someone that didn't answer. I decided not to call back again, until the next day. Called today and asked to speak with the general manager. They hung up on me again, and after calling throughout the morning got hung up on 2 more times, and no one able to answer my questions other than the GM. I went down to the location after finally getting an answer and then they decide not to give me an offer. Huge waste of time, with awful customer service

If I could give negative stars I would. Rick is the main one as he was rude & would not help. A vehicle that is registered to them was drove by a 13 yr old girl who ran a stop sign & totaled our vehicle & he told me he can run the business how they want & can give cars to whoever they want. That's not how you run a business & treat customers who was hit with y'all's vehicle & refuse to take responsibility. He tells me that their insurance only covers their vehicle... WTH so they get to drive without a license & take off running after damn near seriously injuring the other party which had 2 babies in the car, & you tell me they get their vehicle fixed but I dont?? That's a serious problem. Don't buy here. Their rude & disrespectful & this is not the end...THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED & THE STATE NEEDS TO STEP IN TO CHECK THIS BUSINESS OUT!! THEY ARE JUST HANDING CARS OUT IF THEY HAVE THE MONEY.. NO LICENSE, NO NOTHING.

The owner a money grubbing irresponsible man who talks in circles. Gas lighting and talking over other makes you look stupid and is not business savvy you sir and your business are a joke. You pray on the pour and rake them over the coals. We are low income at the moment and we’re treated as tho we don’t matter once they stole our vehicle from us and gave us a check that they promised was good at there bank the dealership did not even know that the bank would not give us the money. Bad business to know know your business partners (or the people you choose to do business with and force your customers to do business with is your responsibility as a dealership to know. Very bad experience. If my home is take due to west coat auto I will be taking legal action since they intimidate my wife and take food from my child’s mouth. Shame on you and your facility sir bad business. Please try anywhere else.

If there was a zero star I would put it. My family has gotten two cars from this place under desperate circumstances and have been let down twice. Our first car we got had bad spark plugs and started bouncing within the first WEEK we had it. They refused to fix it and we ended up fixing it on our own. This most recent time, we have had this car for less than a month. We just made the first payment today, and what a surprise we were got with right after. The battery died after we drove it to the store and could not get it to start. After we got it jumped, it worked. But then on the drive home the vehicle stopped in the middle of the road. This dealership sells you a car at a high price monthly and doesn’t even think to check the car’s current state. Don’t buy from this dealership unless you want a car that will stop or start bouncing in the middle of the road without any warning lights or signs.

Undeserving of even A star! These people are the most incompetent business owners I have ever come across. I have never purchased a vehicle from this dealership nor have we ever done business with them. And yet they still came and "Repossessed" a vehicle they still thought they still owned! I purchased a vehicle that turned out USED to be theirs. And they were convinced that it was STILL theirs. Even though I have the title in my name and all paperwork showing the vehicle is mine. These people are incapable of understanding their own business. I would warn anyone who purchases a vehicle from them. If I have never used their dealership nor will I ever. Their are a lot of reputable dealerships in the Austin area. But Third coast is not one of them! Be cautious doing business with this dealership. They might just come pick up your car you buy from them and say it still theirs! BUYER BE WARE!

What a waste of a day. I was notified both through email and I received a phone call informing me that I was approved and that the down payment I was going to put down was sufficient. I confirmed with the representative so it's just a matter of picking a car, signing paperwork and providing my insurance information. However, it wound up being just the complete opposite. When I arrived, I had to refill out an application, I was told my down payment was not enough, and when I asked about the information I was told through email any phone calls I received, I was given a gutless and BS response. Don't waste your time at this place, I wound up going to reputable dealership where there was no headache, I had to put down less that I originally anticipated and drove off with a vehicle with a fantastic warranty.

I have been buying cars from Third Coast Auto Group for almost 20 years and I have never had a bad experience! Yesterday it was time to pay off another car ( yay!) So I called and ask to speak to someone in Billing and was connected to a woman named Kathryn. She was professional. She was polite. She had a great sense of humor, and was absolutely effervescent on my behalf for paying off this vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about this woman's work ethic or her customer service!!! During the course of our conversation yesterday there was a technical glitch with their new payment system and she bent over backwards to make it right and help me get this car paid off! It's because of people like Kathryn that I will absolutely be a Third Coast Auto customer for the rest of my life time in Austin!

So don't expect to get the vehicle you're looking for here. Bait and switch is all you're going to get. I called interested in a certain make and model. Upon arrival I was told to test drive a different vehicle. Begrudgingly I tested it. Once I explained i didn't appreciate trying to being sold a different vehicle. They then tried to get me into another totally different one. I then became upset and explained I didn't like the game they were playing. I was given some bullspit story about how I have to start small being though my credit is not good. Funny considering I had taken and paid for two vehicles prior already. One being from them. No customer care whatsoever. All I can suggest that if you do come to buy from here. Bring some bread with you. Because they are full of bologna!

OMG!! This it’s the best place ever!! I was trying to get a car for awhile and for one thing or another it was difficult ! But thanks God I went ti here and I find out the best people , incredible customer service , everyone was so friendly and they made me feel so welcome, it’s a great team the people are working here ! I can said something ... when we are trying to get a car or a house or whatever we want or we need we do really would love to everything can go smoothly and not with so many complications, if this it’s the case for you I 100 % recommend this place! They will make everything easy for you! And I meet my Favorite sales man , I really recommend DARYN SAVAS He dedication and excellent customer service will made you experience in this place the best ever! :)

Worst dealer ever, horrible communication, and broke my trucks dash while under there care. I’ve called to get the problem fixed and they never get back to me. But as soon as I was going to make a payment the took my call right away. I’ve asked for the records of my payments and how much is left to pay and refused to give them to me. They came to my house to pick up the truck while I was out of town and they attempted to brake my lock on my gate and enter the property. As soon as the 6 month warranty was up the alternator went out and the starter that I had to pay out of my pocket, easy $1,000 in repairs. The truck has front end damage that they did not make me aware of when I first picked up the truck. The truck was way over priced by $10,000 from the blue book price

I bought 2 vehicles from this crooked dealership and they completely dragged their feet on getting my registration done so that I could get my Honorably Discharged United States Army Veteran plates placed on the vehicles. I even called after my wife passed away and they still refused to take the time to make it so I could go to the Texas DMV and get my custom plates. I had to spend the time I should have been spending making the final preparations for my wife dealing with the fact that my temporary plates are going to expire before they decide to get off their lazy butts and do their jobs. I served my country proudly and so has my entire family but then crooked people like this who are NOT Americans think this is their third world country!

My mom brought car to months ago within 2 wees engine light comes but goes off after refueling takes it to AutoZone prior to light going off call third coast Never get repair guy . Guy refuses to return calls. Light goes off stays off couple weeks and comes back on. Calls no return call goes in get to speak with guy, checks are for codes and it's the cataylist converters. Now the the 30 day grace period has expired. She is held responsible for repairs. Also just traded in a car with converter issues but that car would have been paid for in 3 months. The guy ask if I wanted him to just turn the light off untill it brought in for repairs. We said no, because that's what you did when you soldi it to us. SMH... No referrals from us.

Horrible car lot, this place is cheap, unreliable and sells broken cars! Got a 2011 Chevy Cruze, worked fine for about a month until it started turning off WHILE THE CAR WAS IN MOTION! The steering wheel would also lock up while turning, honestly I'm lucky to be alive. We had a warranty and sent it be back to get "fixed" for an entire week (was carless that entire week as well) and it came back in the same condition that it was before! We were asking if we could switch out the vehicle but they wanted another $1000 down, why? Our warranty just ran out so now we're stuck with a broken Chevy Cruze and robbed a down payment. We will be returning this garbage car back to the dump that it belongs to, third coast auto group.

Would give zero stars but one is the lowest. I got a truck and had a problem 10 minutes after leaving the dealership. I tried to return it but was told I couldn’t and I had to fix the problem myself. Two weeks later there’s a ticking sound out of nowhere and breaks down on the highway and had to tow it to my house and turns out the engine had a problem and yes I checked the oil and everything was fine so I dropped it off at their shop and get it back almost 2 weeks later. Not even 3 days later the same problem happened and was stranded on the toll road and paid to get it towed to their shop. Basically threw away 6k on a piece of junk truck that I was rushed to get by one of the salesman there. ❗️DO NOT COME HERE❗️

I tried to keep my car note open by trading in the first SUV . This one is the second -This place only cares about the money they make, Gustavo Manager, Joe Assistant Manager and now Mary Ann, they all are very rude And will argue with you till the end. They will say you put wear and tear on their broken vehicle and have you take care of the repairs ,,, even if you just got the car you have to pay for parts and labor .If you go back you will waste your time trying to explain your self to them they don’t care . So if you want a good running vehicle please look somewhere else. I don’t trust them anymore at all they had me back and forth fixing a broke car I had just got . More than 5 trips to their mechanic ..

If you don't have a DL and need something to get around in then I would say yeah as a LAST resort. There customer service sucks! I've had my car for a year... paid my payments on time. Just 1 quick example, I actually lost my wallet, so I made partial payment my last at that. They came and repo'd my car the day after I was scheduled to make the rest of my payment because I didn't make it in time to pay. I just don't think that was right amongst other stuff throughout the year as well as fat as stuff wrong with my vehicle.... only Go with Third Coast if it's the LAST resort. If you heard of Texas Auto, they are just as bad.Only reason I still have this car is because it's just that my last resort.

I never had an issue with this place for over a year. I make my payments late sometimes I will admit.But never later then a week late. One of the ladies that works in the payment department is VERY VERY RUDE!!!Her name is Anna. I am only 2 days late. I told her I would be late paying my car payment because I was sick and missed a week of work and having to buy school cloths. She did NOT care. She told me that I made a promise to pay. Which is a lie because this was the first time she spoke to me. I asked to speak to the manager but he was not there. I am very very disappointed with this place. Needless to say I've sent family to them for buisness. Needless to say that they are not understanding.

They sell unreliable cars you take them back to be fixed they find nothing wrong with the cars my car makes noise stops on me need a front end alignment they told me that and they wont fix it ans when it rains it smells like mildew who wants a car like that....but they rush you to buy after you give them your money they have nothing more to say to you and are rude but they call you for payments and also lie about payments especially if you do deferred they change dates tell you it can be extended and it really so they say....I hope people read this and dont go to this place never seen or talk to so many unprofessional people in my life... They will F... You out your money for sure.

I recently bought a vehicle here, and it was about the easiest/smoothest/quickest transaction I could imagine for buying a car. Ken was the person with whom I worked. Price negotiation was quick and friendly. They let me have a mechanic look at it, and then agreed to fix a few issues that were found (some brake work, oil change, and an electrical issue) without giving me a hard time or trying to charge me more. Also, the battery seemed a little low, and they put in writing that they would replace it up to 6 months after the sale if there was an issue. They handled all of the paperwork and it was a breeze. Overall an A+ experience - highly recommended!!

I bought an 04 honda accord from this place The car was a lemon ...ac leak, head gasket, cloudy smoke from muffler, bad radiator overheating extremely high...i had the car 3 months it seemed the longer i had it the more problems it was having took it to my mechanic he said they should of known better than to of sold this car...on top of that theres an agreement plan where they will fix vehicle up to 6,000 miles. All i had to do was drop vehicle off to get fixed but once i arrived i kept calling and no one answered ...i finally just let the car go ...i wouldn't recommend this place because. They do not check maintenance of vehicle the way they should

This place needs to be shut down. Nick the manager is rude and fraudulent. He sold one of his trucks to a non license holder. Their 14 year old daughter hit and almost killed me and my family. Third coast has the insurance on vehicle and won’t give info. A probation officer is working on this. Are. Nick cursed out my wife and told her to get a lawyer. Which we have the incident and conversation with Rick recorded on phone. I heard about this place no wonder they have 2 stars. They giving cars to unlicensed immigrants but we are on this ASAP. If possible avoid this place.

Keep away from this place. They will tell you after a year you can trade in your car to get a better one. Which is true you can trade it in still pay a 3000 down payment your trade in is basically worthless. They will charge you every month for their insurance even if you have your own. They will tell you to send copies of your insurance and they will take it off but they don't. They never answer the phones when you call because they know they are screwing people over they will try to repo you for being 3 days late. Avoid avoid avoid unless you like throwing money away

I don’t recommend Keyon the guy by the door when you walk in he will take advantage of referral. Now before you referral anyone make sure they send the link. He is real sneaky to get more commission money. I will now go to any other see someone else as salesman. They guy in the picture is the one you shouldn’t go see unless you want to get taken advantage of he is a smooth talker and gets you confortable and the does everything in the paper work so once you try to do something it’s to late. But it’s just my experience I never had a problem with referrals in the past.

Worst business in the country. Sales reps have attitudes, customer service is atrocious, long holds, longs mutes, nobody at this company does their job. I can’t wait until I’m done paying this car off! I would never recommend anyone to buy are car from this dealership. They won’t take payments over the phone so they can repo your car. Most unprofessional business ever. A complete joke and hope they go out of business at some point. I wish there was a 0 or negative star rating you could leave. If I could rate negative stars I absolutely would!! I’m never one to write reviews but this company is legitimately the worst ever to purchase a vehicle from. The customer service is BEYOND rude. You’re one day late and they are quick to put a repo on your vehicle yet they make a convenient online payment un optional. I even had a MANAGER text me personally threatening to repo my car. I full heartedly regret purchasing through third coast and wouldn’t recommend it even to my worst enemy. Please do yourself a favor and go anywhere else to purchase!

Do NOT buy a car from here . I have had my since 5/31/ 17 I’ve have had major issues since then . First I was told my warranty was for 1 year or if I reached a certain amount of miles. My transmission is slipping . Power of stirring has a leak . My ac/ heater doesn’t work unless I’m actually driving . I called and took my car in to get it fixed and now they are telling me my warranty was only for 6 months. It’s easy to get a car but all of their cars are lemons. BELIEVE the reviews . I should have listened.

Yea i read the reviews and tried them anyways, they made a whole fool of me. Told me one price up and down then when i came in they magically sold that car within the time of me arriving. Then tried to sell me a car that was a certain discussed price.. Upon asking questions, i found out the car was close to twice the cost. I was so upset and taken back by the audacity i had to just leave. Btw they will sell you a lemon and act like they dont know its not a suitable car. Skip these lying scammers

Being a returning customer.. Hoping they wouldn't ask for outrageous down payment and they did..all my Payments we're up to date..Paid off truck and they Still gave me a very high interest rate and they don't report to credit bureau. When I received my truck .. The back tires were worn.. Don't know how it passed inspection. Cracked dash board. Dent in front right fender. Missing passenger side handle to recline seat.. .. Not a happy camper Overall they suck

Poor service!!! Don’t go before they close because it’s an inconvenience for them! The website says they have down payments from $500-$1000 but when I got there Hugo said their lowest down payment is 1000 and that there usual down payments start at 2000 especially during income tax season because ppl have their taxes to spend. So much for looking for good deal. This place purposely increases their down payments because of tax season yeah that’s a no for me!

Love my car! However, it has been 2 months since I purchased it & I STILL don't have my tag! I asked Cesar if they're gonna pay for a ticket for an expired paper tag. His response yesterday was, "Working in it". He's a nice guy, but I've been blown off repeatedly & have no clue why I have no tag. I have gotten no answer to that. As another review said, gaslighting comes to mind here, too. Crossing my fingers as I have to work tomorrow.

I went to the Lamar location and right away the check engine light came on. I had it checked and it was apparent that it was an o2 censer. I brought it in waited two days for it to be fixed. The a/c works but they never checked anything else now i have low coolant no washer fluid and the o2 censer is still not fixed so the check engine light is still on and this car has more miles than my trade in. I don't know if it will even last 36 months.

Purchased a 2008 nissan sentra had issues with the car the day I bought it. Then a week later the brakes started squeeking and the car needed a wheel alignment. Took it back to them to get fixed and not only were they going to charge me if their was something wrong with it.They had their mechanic check the car and said nothing was wrong and to just spray wd 40 so the brakes will stop squeeking. I will not purchase another car from them.

Horrible service, everytime I needed something repaired I would have to come out of pocket and didn't have the car long at all so it was still suppose to be under warranty. Stereo was already broken so we were sent to a flea market to get a boot leg one done. Tail light stopped working so a sales lady just pulled one out of another vehicle and put it in ours. if i could 0 stars i would! worse place to EVER get a car. they constantly harass you, you can never get in touch with them. they lie about everything just to get money out of you! there’s no way i have to pay 800 a month on a car that is barely worth 2,000! such a scam and very unprofessional. i feel like everyone here that have them low ratings should be calling the better business bureau! come money i definitely will be.

DARYN Savas was amazing we needed a car and he put us in one that day . He and his coworkers stayed 2 hours after they closed so we could drive home that night , and got us in something better than we hoped for . If you need a car they will help you out and work with you. I highly recommend to go see Daryn, Friendly honest guy or his buddy Joseph . this was the most stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had .

These people are just down right trash. How they are able to still be in business is beyond me. The car I purchased almost killed me the first night driving it. The customer service is so rude and after getting all of my money stolen from my bank accounts which I had to close and open new ones they would not never work with me. They are ripping off people and and don’t care what happens to them along the way.

Really never had a good experience with this place in the year and a half ive had my truck ,literally 2 days after buying it it was in the shop with motor issues that they said wasnt warranted ,honestly have had issues with this certified lemon since i got it, now they have a new worker linda who doesnt know how to talk to people with respect ,will definitely be using someone else next time

The most unprofessional people I’ve ever met. Car payment was supposed to be a certain amount went to do the first payment and find Pitt they are charging almos 100$ more, tried calling sales lady she was rude af tried calling their financial department and they kept hanging up on me. Go elsewhere this place is not the same that it was once. And dint get me started with their mechanic shop

Scam city. Just walk away! No way in hades will you get upfront pricing. They have sales post prices on various places, and “call for price “ on their website. Yet there are 4 different prices? I spelled out my options (paying cash) still gave me a finance quote with down payment? Won’t give me a carfax or history report. It’s almost like they don’t want to sell a car. Morons!

So far they've been pleasant yes this is where I purchase my car at so I could be able to get around and have more hours doing Uber eats I didn't have my own transportation I was boring other person car which needed his car to go to work so I was only able to work within his car for a few hours then take it back to him on his job site but now I have my own and no Uber eats wow

Please keep away from Third Coast Autos as a whole !!! They will help you in the beginning with getting a vehicle but after that THEY DON’T HELP AT ALL. If they ever tell you after 6 months it’ll go to a once a month payment, THEY ARE LYING. I’m about to hit my 9th month with them and I’m still getting charged every two weeks. They’re a bunch of snakes please stay away !

I regret buying a vehicle from this place. Unfortunately I still have to keep paying for it because I am not a crook like them. I have spent so much to replace all the broken parts on it. I called and no one answered their phone. I left messages for them to call me back and never received a phone call. I suggest anyone who wants to buy a car to please go somewhere else.

These folks were a huge help getting us into the vehicle we were looking for. Both my husband and I didn't have great credit, but they still worked with us. We brought a down payment and a trade in, and left in exactly what we were looking to buy. Every one there has been so helpful and friendly. I would DEFINITELY refer them to friends and family. This place doesn't even deserve one star had my car for less then 90 days it starts to break down and they charge me to fix it even though it came with a warranty. Then after having the car fixed the engine light came back on. I got the worst service there I've ever had. They knowingly sell crap cars and expect payments. Please I advise people to never buy from here.

DO NOT buy with this unprofessional business , they sold me a truck , they lie about everything , they truck was in very bad condition, tires were damage , transmission was damage , motor was dirty. , the cruise control was damege too , now they are fixing it. , is been almost 2 weeks and they haven’t contacted me and they refuse to change the truck for another one.

High interest , Rude as hell, They dont value loyal customers & they dont report to credit that your making payments on your vehicle noe that you paid off a vehicle but will report a repossession. Overall they just want your money. Theyre not a good option. Save yourself. Im on my second vehicle with them and I cant wait to get them out of my life. Lesson learned.

Would not recommend to come to this dealership. All their vehicles have a rate of 20% mileage over 100k Purchased a Tundra drove it out the dealership a day later the engine light came up a day after the purchased. I called to speak to sales man see if they can help me in some way. They refuse to help me & informed to contact my insurance provider for assistance.

I would not suggest this dealership to my worst enemy. After a year of perfect payments I was less then 30 days past due with payment to be made in 3 days and they repossessed it. Heartless greedy scoundrels!!!! They dont mind taking your money, but dont expect leniency if you fall on hard times. Terrible place. Please spend your money with a better place.

Paid my car off since September and still waiting on my title and the ladies that work are the most ignorant yet will not be recommending this dealership ever… they said it would take a month to get here it’s been almost 2 and nothing yet and then they try to ignore your phone calls please don’t get played!!!! Jessica from collections is not professional at all… she threatens and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. I’ve never had problems with anybody but her. I pay my truck and because the auto pay doesn’t take my cpi.. which I pay once they call but she calls and threatens even tho my account is always good.. be aware of Jessica from collections

I don’t own a vehicle through them but had someone knocked on my door at 7:15 am and then duct taped a notice of a past due account on my front door. I’ve called at least 30 times today and either no one has answered or they transferred me to a line that never connects with someone. I feel sorry for anyone who actually financed through them.

Their advertisement for beating Carmax by $750 is a scam. They promote this to have an opportunity to look at your car before you sell it to Carmax, but it’s far from the truth. Wouldn’t even look at my car and told me to just sell it to Carmax. No one picks up the phone when you call either and no one welcomes you when you walk in.

third Austo Group sells vehicle that will have transmission 8 months after purchase and will tell you that you dont have a warranty you need to spend 3000 $ on a new transmission. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Everybody should be boycotting it and they should close instead of scamming innocent people

Warranty requires vehicle be brought back to dealership. I recently purchased a Dodge Ram "Lemon" that ran for two days. Absolutely unbelievable that I would have to cover my own towing & expenses returning the vehicle. Warranty means nothing. I'll be requesting legal advice & submitting an official BBB complaint.

If you’re not Hispanic, expect the worse service you’ve ever received. When you drive up, they don’t even want you to get out of the car. They will give you a ridiculous requirement for a down payment, for cars that are over 10 years old, all high mileage and so are the down payments. This place is a joke.

Went there today to sell a friends van. Very easy process and they gave a fair offer. Their offer was more than $750 over the carmax offer without showing them the carmax offer. Highly recommend them for selling your car to them. Have not purchased from them so I can't comment on that side of the house.

He said he would keep the vehicle in the Corpus Christi area for 2 to 3 days. he lied to me the vehicle had already been transferred back to Austin. I was only 15 days late on my payment. These people are con artists.

They do not honor the $750 over any Carmax offer. The sign says ANY Carmax offer. Guy took my keys walked outside and came back in five minutes later and said “we are going to pass”. This place does not advertise the truth on their sign, how can they make car deals in an honest manner.

Bought a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500, thought it would be a good truck. Had to replace a tire, ac went out, check engine light started coming on, headlight burned out. All this happend in less than a year. Only if you are desperate for a car and don't be late one day, they will be calling you.
