I had collected my travel card from Electronic City Phase-1 branch after i made the payment online after talking to thomas cook customer care. However my experience there was so horrible that now I am regretting my decision of taking a Travel Card from Thomas Cook. To start with, the employees in that branch are not at all cordial. It seems they need some serious lessons in customer interaction. One of them openly challenged to escalate against him when I pointed out that there was a discrepancy in the information provided by Thomas Cook's call centre and what he was saying. I was said that the customer care people are some third-party employees and he, being a direct employee of Thomas Cook, is in no way answerable to whatever the customer care people said to me. For me, be it customer care or an employee sitting at a Thomas Cook office, both represent Thomas Cook only and there should be uniformity in the information given out to the customers. Looks like the people running this particular branch need to go back to the school and learn how to deal with customers. From the look of it, they definitely will loose long term customers with this attitude.

Worst behavior by the staff in particularly the one which is in electronic city phase-1. Even after prior call to the office mentioning about the arrival of our esteemed customer from Spain, the staff behaved rudely only because he wanted to reach home early. My customer is very upset on this and it is effecting our company reputation too. I request the top management to kindly take a right class on whoever attends in this mentioned office and train them to behave properly. I would have given 0 rating if it was an option.

Really bad service, with unkempt promises (Over promising when selling) and no, literally no, customer service. Once you have paid up, they vanish into thin air, much like a conjurer's trick. Any calls to them go unattended and if they answer, they ave a stock answer for you " we will get back to you", which you can very well make out, they never do. Other than that, their packages are as good or bad as others, since they generally hand over tourists to a local travel agency, who also handle other tour operators

This office in EC is only for forex services. They do not provide any other services nor do they know of any person handling visa services. was bit disappointed because they should help the customers find out from their ldap service. There's no landline no in this office. I've uploaded the manager's no here. Hopefully google will review it and post it for others to use. Yup, the exchange rate is decent.

One of the worst unprofessional services they provide, no proper communication for emails and phone calls, even if you visit their office they don't care about your concerns and no proper customer service, am not sure if it's laziness or not interested to provide service. Everyone seems busy in chitchatting with colleagues than attaining the customers. I will never ever visit again.

I have been there for currency exchange. They are exchanging all currencies at the reasonable rate as per the real value. People there very nice, calm and place also very nice. It's employee always responds very politely and in well manner. Very supportive people there. I always go there to exchange my currencies. Thank you.

I went to MG road, Bengaluru Center for my father’s 18 day US trip covering Sanfrancisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas , Orlando, cruise trip to Bahamas, Niagara Falls, Washington DC, Newyork. Tours are well planned and organised. My father is very satisfied with their services. Guide during the trip was very cordial and helpful.

Wonderful experience at this branch. Santhosh is too helpful and shares all the information. He addresses all the queries very patiently. Rest of the executives are also helpful. I would recommend this branch to anyone who is willing to travel abroad and wants card or currency.

Highly unprofessional. Wanted to buy Euros for personal travel. I was quoted INR 89.60 in the morning but when I reached their Center in the evening, it became INR 91.90 even when market rates have changed by only INR 0.28 Dubious and unprofessional.

They should get -5 horrible. No calls no follow up ,u cant reach them by phone email or anything. No advise try don't tell you what r requirements. U do everything and they only submit.

Mtr. Bharath processed the Forex currency exchange. The process was very swift. The denominations were only available in higher numbers. I was looking for lesser denominations.
