I’ve enjoyed each of my visits to both of Thornwood’s locations these last 4 or so years since I first stumbled upon them. I’m not a wealthy individual by any means but Zelma, the owner, and Jason, the director of the Colquitt location, have been very accommodating during my time paying off a beautiful painting by Marco Di Nieri (check his stuff out!). For fellow art collectors of modest means, I’ll be the first to tell you they have high quality pieces ranging from small and affordable to large and expensive but worth it (layaway IS a thing in the art world, folks). If nothing else, it’s a nice, relaxing place to browse the pretty art and have casual conversation with the friendly staff.

Zelma at Thornwood Gallery has incredible instinct for what is truly talented artists. Any visit to the Galleries will amaze and inspire you with the work there. Stopping by and viewing the artists on display is truly a visual treat, one that will have you returning again and again

Same boring art , no real selection. Sales people are snobby anytime, the service is just horrible, especially Zelma the gallery owner her attitude made me left. Very disappointing .The worst gallery I’ve been at. Spent your money elsewhere

~ I have yet to visit Thornwood Gallery on Colquitt - I found the Thornwood Gallery location in the River Oaks District - Five Star with fantastic - Abstract to Impressionism 'Fine Art' . . .

I can't imagine a better art gallery, and have never found one with staff as helpful and client focused as at Thornwood. There is art here for anyone!

Unfortunate experience with an incredibly rude gallery owner. I hope she finds peace and learns to not judge books by their cover.

Best gallery in town. Great selection of varying styles, wonderful and very knowledgeable owner and staff. A must visit!
