I had a great experience from start to finish here. My wife and I were in Chicago a few weeks prior and she found a ring she really liked. We didn't have time to return to the Tiffany's store on our quick vacation so I said we'd get it here. On Friday (11/19) I called the store and a man named Greg answered. He was very polite and took my order without a problem. I expressed that I'd love to get it Monday (11/22) as it's the only day in the near future my wife and I both have off. A woman named Hui called me back to confirm and take payment, assuring me it would arrive on Monday. She had kept me up to date with tracking even though it was her day off, so I can only gather she did this while not on the clock. When we arrived to the store we were helped by Erica, the store manager, who was incredibly professional. We were worried about the size of the ring but were told we could get a different ring, exchange, or whatever to make it right. It wound up being the correct size, at least for now, and Erica said if she wears it gently over the next few days and decides to get a different size it wouldn't be a problem. It also turns out that the ring my wife chose was the newest model from the Atlas collection and that made her feel special that we were able to get so seamlessly. A+ Experience!

Horrible customer service. I went to return a ring I’ve had for less than two weeks and Donna Lazaroe said I would need to pay $50 to return it to have it re-polished. That’s exactly WHY I returned the ring. Because it scratched so quickly upon purchasing. Not to mention Donna Lazaroe sized my ringer wrong and gave me the wrong sized ring. Then due to the poor customer service and management at this location, I returned my earrings and necklace too. The refund for the earrings went through. The refund for the over $500 necklace did not go through. I am now having to spend my day disputing the transaction because I never got a refund for the necklace! Such fun spending over $1,000 at a place and the customer service and management being so poor that I never got a refund they processed. I am a very unhappy customer. NEVER BUYING TIFFANY & CO again due to their poor management, customer service issues and for processing a refund incorrectly so I NEVER got my money back. THIS COMPANY MAKES RETURNS A HASSEL. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION!

I like Tiffany's as a company, but this location doesn't meet the expected standard of service of knowledge. I get it, New Orleans is a small market. Getting knowledgeable and experienced staff is tough. The staff here really don't know jewelry. They really don't know their own products. It's a really rough and awkward experience. The most recent time I was here, they didn't know that they were looking for, so they pulled up the Tiffany's website to search for the item. If you know exactly what you want and want to see it in store, why not. If you're hoping for help beyond that, I'd avoid this location.

They didn't have the bracelet in the size I needed in-store, so they ordered one to send to my home. When I received the bracelet, it was the wrong style (circles instead of hearts). I wanted it for Christmas, so I had to cancel the other order and re-order it online myself. The manager was "so sorry" for the mistake and said that she was going to send me perfume samples for my inconvenience. Needless to say, I never received them. If you want to purchase Tiffany products, do it on their website, not at the New Orleans location.

Canal Place is very convenient for shopping if you work downtown. It's anchored by Saks, and they've recently added an Anthropologie and a J. Crew. They'll validate your parking in the garage if you buy anything there which helps offset the cost to park (usually it's around $2). The food court could use a little work though.

They have the best staff ever, and the store is beautiful! The store is a bit smaller than many of the stores I have visited, but they have a great selection. They are in the perfect location on Canal Street. I always pop in when we visit.

Went to the Tiffany & Co in New Orleans Louisiana and the associates there were very helpful I had such a wonderful time and ended up getting not one but two gifts for my anniversary …

Service was and always top notch. Helped pick out a Birthday gift for a friend of mine, then something for myself to replace a ring I had lost a few years ago.

The people were professional and attentive and the lady who assisted us was very personable. My sis and I got just what we were looking for.
