Horrible experience with staff over prizes despite being a loyal longtime customer: I've been a timezone Gold card holder since January this year, we've topped up for over Rs 20,000 and have played, collected 16500 tickets diligently over the past few months. Today I tried to redeem two soft toys marked at 12000 (a penguin) and one at 4500(a bunny) on the shelf. My two kids were super excited as their efforts had paid off. We took it to get it billed, and at the counter the lady tells us that we don't have enough tickets. Obviously we were very suprised and taken aback. She told us that the toys were marked AT THE WRONG PRICE and it was 13000 tickets instead of 12000. We pointed out the fact that they had marked it wrong, but they outright refused to admit their mistake or give us the toy at the price they had marked it. They also immediately took off the wrong sticker before we could capture a picture of it. The manager standing there told us he cannot accommodate a customer however loyal they are despite making a blunder like this. My kids were devastated and started crying, all their efforts gone to waste as we walked out. We had a lot of fun visits, but to be so rude and refuse any accountability and to make children cry?! In a place dedicated to children that too. In the image, they took out the price tag when we went to take a photo that it was marked wrong. They didn't want any accountability of this negligence. I asked why they did not update the price the moment they opened the store, and only did it after my questioning Truly despicable behavior and no ounce of shame within the team.

Great place for all ages of Kids. They have ball pits, kids play area for smal kids, which is a separate section. You can drop your kids there and do shopping without tension. For bigger kids and adults there are video games, VR and bowling. Games cost is at the higher end and be careful about some games where you swap and nothing happens, it just deduct amount from playing card. Weekdays are less crowded and weekends are overall crowded .

Nice place for kids. They have one option for kids to enjoy physical activities and other one with fun video games. Each game might cost from 50 to 100rs. You can enjoy the games and earn some points, which you can redeem at the shopping counter for some items. Some of the games are not working. The air circulation seems to be not good, as you might feel suffocated if gathering is more.

Good place to spend time with kids. The Gold membership is something much beneficial for regular visitors. The bowling is another add on. People at counter are pretty patient and helpful. Thanks to Sangeetha for explaining the benefits if GOLD card and also for helping in registering the card and also for guiding to recharge in future. Thanks again and happy to come back!

Amazing experience ✨ it was very super fun day with my family. Timezone made our day ❤️. And yea thanks to ms sangita das who helped us in buying card anshe was very honest and very energetic well behaved experienced because of her way of explaining i took higher one or els i was not knowing about their offers money saviour thanks again ms sangita i appreciate it.

The time zone is a fun place in the Nexus Shantiniketan mall. I am a regular here and it has been a wonderful experience. Samoni at the Time zone was very helpful and cooperative in dealing with my queries. Kudos to her and ger team at Time zone.

Most fun and enjoyable point. The staffs are so cooperative, especially impressed by Ms Sangita, who helped us to wnjoy some cool games. Assisted to my parents for giving them a great memory

Its an amazing place for kids, We played Ring Ducks and we were attended by Priya, She is very friendly with kids. we could win a cute soft toy for our son.

Wonderful place for young kids to have fun. Staff here are very friendly. Varun and Naira were excellent handling kids in VR game
