UPDATE: Just about impossible to contact anyone to help with updates or other problems. Timezone continues to be the most one-star arcade possible. This is a follow-up to a review that was left on all Timezone pages in New South Wales and Victoria several months ago - a review which extensively outlined my own (and many others’) dissatisfaction with the business, the problems associated with large amounts of credit that has been loaded onto our accounts, and the general reluctance across some venues to improve or even acknowledge these and other issues outside conversations that oftentimes do not lead anywhere. As customers that spend hundreds (more in some cases) on one or two games at Timezone venues, we have reached a breaking point in our frustrations with the company and the state of our favourite games. We don’t feel as though our problems have been adequately addressed. Firstly (and perhaps most frustratingly), my partner has had her Timezone card compromised several times, losing access to hundreds of dollars that she loaded with the intention of playing games at nearby venues. This, for some reason, took weeks to resolve and left her without a significant amount of money that she was entitled to spend at Timezone venues. She was essentially prevented from using the money that she loaded, and this issue was not prioritised or addressed with the urgency it deserved; she was required to ask around for weeks until she came in contact with someone who was actually able to acknowledge the issue and assist her. This happened twice in the space of six months and we were fully prepared to escalate the situation further if it happened a third time. Despite claims that it is constantly updated to protect customers’ accounts and security, the Timezone app is not secure at all. These incidents have made us extremely distrustful of Timezone as a business with our money and we are starting to hear stories of others that have had their accounts compromised or are unable to use the money that they have loaded. A separate issue that has been persisting for just over half a year is Timezone’s inability / reluctance to attempt to update its games. We have tried to contact Timezone employees / managers / upper management on so many occasions to assist us with an Internet problem that has affected updates for DanceDanceRevolution and DanceRush Stardom (featured in some venues) since the beginning of 2023. Some of these machines have not been updated in months, with some going as far back as November 2022 without any attention. I have received numerous phone calls and emails about the progress that has been made to address this issue; most of which amount to nothing. Other arcade chains have their machines updated on the day of, while Timezone lags behind for weeks or even months with older versions. If a machine is updated once, the same Internet issue persists and we need to go back to constantly bothering the staff to try and update the machines when another releases. This unfortunately takes a few weeks due to the network problems that haven’t been solved, and in most cases no one knows what is happening with the updates and we simply end up spending our money at other arcades instead. To voice her frustrations in having to go to different arcades that are much further away to play updated games, my partner left a review about the state of the DanceDanceRevolution machine at the Timezone Highpoint venue in Victoria. The poor condition of the machine’s dance pads posed a serious safety risk that went completely unaddressed by the arcade. We just want to enjoy our favourite games without hassle but it seems like we are always fighting for weeks to have even that. I feel it is necessary for these reviews to stay until such a time when the care shown to the games we enjoy and the money that we spend matches what is seen in other arcade chains and venues.

Timezone Arcade - A Glorious Haven of Joy As an ardent lover of arcades, I've been to my fair share of gaming centers. However, none have left quite the impression on me as Timezone Arcade. This magical place has not only revived my passion for gaming but rekindled the joy of my childhood memories. Right from the moment I stepped into Timezone, I was greeted with the warmest of welcomes. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, making me feel at home in this haven of gaming nostalgia. Their infectious enthusiasm and passion for their work were evident in every interaction. But the real cherry on top was the return of the legendary game, Chunithm! Timezone has gone above and beyond to bring back this gem, and it's clear that they've poured their heart and soul into maintaining the quality of the game. The machine was in immaculate condition, as if it was brand new. Playing Chunithm at Timezone transported me back to the days of carefree laughter and endless hours spent perfecting my skills on this beloved game. The vivid graphics, the tactile feedback of the controls, and the adrenaline-pumping songs all came together to create a truly mesmerizing experience. The overall upkeep of Timezone's machines is a testament to their dedication to providing an unparalleled gaming experience for their customers. Every machine was spotless, well-maintained, and functioning perfectly. It's rare to find an arcade that takes such pride in the condition of its equipment. In conclusion, Timezone Arcade is a shining beacon of positivity and happiness in the world of arcades. The superb staff, top-notch machine upkeep, and the triumphant return of Chunithm make it a must-visit destination for gamers everywhere. I wholeheartedly recommend Timezone to anyone seeking a delightful gaming experience that's sure to leave a smile on their face.

Convenient location, but a HUGE let down in terms of gaming experience. This is one of these arcades with less friendly (or not friendly at all) customer service. Here are some examples: 1. The kiosk for redeeming cards cannot recognise any cards, so my friend had to reach out to someone for help - unfortunately it’s extremely hard to find anyone available. Interesting fact: according to google review, that kiosk was broken 2 months ago - not fixed yet. 2. I was a big fan of the claw machine. When playing, I found that one specific toy I aimed for (the only one in the pool) was out of range. I tried twice to confirm that I couldn’t do anything to let the claw even touch that toy. I asked for help but the lady was very reluctant, said “well it shouldn’t be (out of range)”. 3. When I was giving my nth try at the claw machine, the same lady came back and stood right next to me trying to open the machine door in front of me - it’s like I wasn’t there. It was very disrespectful as my game was still on. This honestly made me feel that I should not be there at all. Overall, the customer service at this store is not even close to the average. If you wanna have fan, visit another time zone store. Cheers.

Nice place to chill out and have some fun. Staff were super friendly (shoutout to Jac, she was super awesome) and there are a variety of different games to play. However, a number of machines didn't work properly or didn't have all the equipment needed (e.g. basketballs, etc) and needs to be looked at. I would still come back though, easy shopping centre to find parking and you can come here late at night! UPDATE: In relation to the owner's response, I emailed them to provide more detail on which machines weren't working properly and it has been a week now with no response from them. I think it's fair that the original 4 star rating be dropped to a 2. UPDATE 2: Luis responded to my email and said he hadn't replied earlier because he was sick (mind you he has been responding to other reviews here while he was "sick"). He then said he'd give me a call on Monday (2/5). What a joke, it's now 4/5/22 and I haven't heard from him yet. This review isn't even worth 1 star. Disappointed.

  • Veronica Lee

My family (with kids aged 7,4 and 1) and I always have a good time here and we never have any complaints but last night we experienced dedicated and effort from Jac the manager on which far surpassed what she is employed to do. Jac and her staff were buried under boxes and boxes of new, ready to be placed, Funko Pop toys, you could see they had their work cut out for them for the evening, but even so when we asked if there was possibility to swap our newly won Funko Pop from the claw machine she and her staff very happily rummaged through to find my son one he wanted. I'm so grateful for this extra effort and it just made my son's day! Thank you to Jac and her team, it is the little things that go a long way.

  • AnOrdinaryGuy

Edit: Thank you to macquarie timezone for listening to the community and revoking their decision to keep chunithm! I hope the staff and management will get closer to the community and talk with frequent players to help improve the experience to bring in new players and help maintain an active and fun atmosphere! ~Previous~ Disappointed at their choice with removing Chunithm without listening to the players or taking into account how much people want it to stay. Looking at reviews, its very clear there is a community behind Chunithm and a sudden decision to move the cab without any explanation is a huge letdown. Please consider either moving the cabinet back or getting a new one for the venue.

  • Lu Lu

Previous review reduced from 5 stars to 3 because of the current quality and functionality of the games. Half the machines are either malfunctioning or completely out of order. The coin pushers dont register your credits half the time. The tekken machines are so unreliable that the joystick on the left machine actually came apart in my hand mid game and the service panel was rattling the whole time as it wasnt even closed properly. The staff used to be quite friendly and helpful, now they just look fed up having to work there. My advice as a lifetime arcade gamer is to go to Archie Brothers in the city as they actually care about their business and their customers.

  • Astrobia

It's nice to see an arcade getting lots of foot traffic in this day and age. Staff are super helpful and considerate. Also very impressed with how much the quality of the ticket prize pool has improved compared to just a few years ago. Decent variety of games an machines, even some pinball tables and of course lots of classics for the ticketed skill games. Only major criticism is the number of huge spin the dial type gamble ticket machines (like 8 of them were all variations on the same theme). Would rather see that floor space got to classic arcade cabinets and new attractions (killer queen for example).

  • Ashish Duhan

I come here almost every Friday for some fun with my mates and it never gets old. it is kind of a small area so does get quite crowded sometimes but this is expected. There is always 1 game out of order when i visit but very rarely more than 2 out of order so theres still plenty of choices, although it has become somewhat of a running joke between my friends and I. Really my main issue is the prize selection. It's a bit bland and generic compared to some other places. Other than that, it's pretty fun. Also near food court so you can take a break whenever to grab a bite.

  • Jude

It's somewhat convenient location (fine if no traffic and during work day), is let down a bit as they don't have as much variety and lack space compared to some of their locations. Combine that on a busy day, and we'll...........you basically just keep doing laps until something good comes about, but it is disappointing and not the feeling you wanna have at the end of a special day. Also, they have cut the adjusting straps for their VR game, and now it can't be tightened over a child's head!?!?!?!? That was very poor form as my son literally played that game over Xmas.

  • Wu Yuki

Went there on Easter Friday, one of the machine didn't work so asked the staff to help. Unfortunately the lady did not want to provide any customer service and was very rude to us when we told her the game has issue. She almost wanted to break our card as she was swiping it heavily and it made us feel like it was our fault. Did not capture her name and she was the only staff who wasn't wearing a name tag. It was a terrible experience when someone went there just wanted to have fun and got treated this way. That particular staff definitely needs more training!

  • Niko

This was the perfect place to chill with mates after a crazy work week. Large variety of games in the arcade and a really simple system with loading of the cards. Staff was really friendly and helped us with any issues we had since we were a hefty group. The manager Shaiden, was especially helpful and friendly he gave us the rundown of the venue since it was our first time there and I'd argue we wouldn't have had a as good of an experience there without his help! Keep up the great work there guys, very likely to recommend this to more people!

  • Ivan Lee

limited games but is enough to pass time. Timezone across australia need to update their major prizes more often. Your latest update in the major prizes seems like a downgrade. Previously you have the iphone 13 pro 250gb. Now after the update, the best prize for your phone drop to just iphone 13. Same goes with the samsung phone. I know it may seems those major prizes seems hard to get due to high points but at least offer up to date prizes (on gaming and electronic items) and not outdated ones.

  • Donald Lui

I like to play the claw machines at Timezone. The claws in the machines here are rather weak. Much more difficult to win, compared to other centres. Especially the bigger plushies. They're too heavy for the claws, so you can never win. All their other games are well maintained. It's smaller than the other centres nearby, so the selection isn't as varied. Considering the convenience of the location though, this Timezone is the one I typically go to. Play some games and then eat, or vice versa.

  • Patrick El

The lady who works here was awesome, friendly, helpful and genuine. Seemed a little understaffed though and she was running around doing a lot of things at once. Lots of games selection and the prizes appealed to us. Only complaint is some machines were a little faulty and needs service/maintenance, which ruined the fun a bit. Went to Top Ryde Timezone and all the machines worked perfectly, so would love to see Macquarie Timezone match the same level

  • David La

Great establishment, clean, friendly staff and the machines are very well maintained. It is also worth nothing they update their variety of machines as well. Self serve card top up machines are available and are very easy to use. One thing I would like to see, is the basket balls on the hoop machines to be pumped up regularly (Maybe I’m Always there before they do it, just my experience). Always fun to come back!

  • Jenny

Big place, with fun, non-alcoholic entertainment. Reminds me a bit of my childhood and the games are actually super addictive. The place has many options and the “store” is modern and well designed. There are also heaps of prizes to choose from. I like how this place is always open late, but sometimes the games have those error messages (always sad when you’ve got a combo and it gets cancelled)

  • SieSie

An amazing and smaller scale timezone located inside the Maquarie Shopping Centre. Timezone Maquarie Park is an amazing arcade for people of all ages with games to suit anyone. Super helpful and kind staff, always friendly and happy to assist. Possibly my only complaint would be alot of the games are consistently broken, otherwise its not enough to bring the arcade down a star! Amazing

  • S Luke

We've always pushed back visiting this place and probably my biggest regret! We should have been from the beginning. They've managed to get some really fun games in the space they've got. My kid can't get enough of this place. He really likes the gifts you can pick. I've to be honest, I kind of enjoyed playing there too! :) Recommended checking it out of you're in the shopping centre.

  • J L

The staff at Timezone Macquarie are very friendly and kind. We approached the staff named Elmo both at my daughter's birthday party day and on another occasion, he has showed great care, kindness and help (also Ollie as well). Now the kids are asking to go back to Timezone especially Macquarie constantly to play more. We feel very blessed to live in such a caring community.

  • Ramin Daneshmand

In the middle of the week, half of the tools were out of order. Also in comparison with other play shops games are old, expensive and with less reward. The reward shop is not good and there is nothing to choose from. They need to upgrade the games. My kid couldn't enjoy it even after spent her 100$ credit. You answered and I am adding one star because of listening.

  • Mark Thackray

My daughter's 9th birthday was a huge hit, and there's little doubt that her friends (and sisters) will be subsequently hosting their parties there. The Party Host [ a big thank you to Alex ! ] made sure that all the girls were involved and also kept me informed at all stages of the process. All in all it's a hassle-free and totally enjoyable kids' party venue!

  • Rick L

Most of these places aren't very good, but this one will have a VR roller coaster by the end of today. apparently going to be 4 or 5 bucks a go so it should be pretty good value to have a cheap sample of some proper VR. it uses HTC Vive which is currently the best available. So if you want to freak out your kids for not a lot of money come along give it a go.

  • TickTockNC

Absolutely love coming to this timezone! They've got great games and the staff here are all super helpful and really friendly! I often visit this Timezone and go on the claw machines and they're always so polite when I ask to swap out my prizes unlike some other places. Would recommend to anyone in the area, and great places to have fun for all ages!

  • yuki bayaraa

The place is excellent for kids birthday party! The staffs were all so very friendly and kind, they explained everything very clearly and followed us with the procedures and packages. Also was very flexible and understanding when we had to change some of the packages and deals. Overall, it was fun and great place. Will definitely recommend.

  • Suhayma Ariba

Alex the Angel! My diamond ring fell out of my finger and went somewhere too far while playing a game today. I got shattered. Alex came as my saviour, continued to search for the ring even when I gave up on it. And to my utter surprise, he found it. Thank you Alex! You’re a gem My kid had a fun evening with all the games & points

  • Krish

Fantastic service. All the machines and games work which in itself is a great thing, it's kinda bummer when some machines are not even working. Kids look like they are on something... Frantically running with their eyes wide open.. Brings back memories when for some reason this was so addictive growing up.... The service is great …

  • Shaheen Boaz

my regular timezone :) good games and is clean if not all of the time. bit of a scare by management a while back that the chunithm machine was gonna go away to rouse hill but now its here to stay so happy days! staff are kind too and are happy to assist. wangan machines sometimes have some technical issues but eventually it gets fixed.

  • Sen Sen

Games are hard to play in this branch. I just feel different rather than city. Doll claw especially hard to get. Normally I tried 5x to get 1 doll, but I tried almost 10x to get just a doll. Not much games optional here. But yeaa it's ok for killing time. The staff are friendly. Some promotional such as paid $50 received $75 balance.

  • TheSaviour

Located on the top level with the usual amenities, the staff were helpful and attentive to customers. This timezone is a little on the smaller side and another thing which affects not just this location but the others I've also visited recently is the reduction of jackpot amounts in the machines which I find a tad underwhelming

  • A L

The staff at Timezone MQ are super friendly and always willing to help out. Special shoutout to Teddy for sorting out a giftcard issue i ended up having on Double dollar day. You went above and beyond to contact IT to sort it out on the day to make sure i get my double dollars. The team at MQ are lucky to have you.

  • Mia Pacey

Great service and large amount of games. The customer service was just amazing, anytime a game got jammed the staff were very quick to fix it. Restocked the claw machines regularly. Probably hard to get around when it's super busy as there are so many games. Looking forward to coming back.

  • Savage Bliss

WMMT 5DX is either always offline and can't be used or a massive wait to use the machine because the staff don't regulate people on them for over an hour while other are waiting. The other half of the time the machines in the back corner are out of order. Really need to pick your game up.

  • Freckle Milo

Had a great party for my 11 year old child. So easy to book, and the kids had a great time. We had the party area for 45 minutes after. Alex was our host and was so helpful -- he called the day before to go through the process, and was attentive and friendly on the day. Highly recommend.

  • Clattle Gang

Packed with many different types of games. A very exciting place to be with lots of fun experiences. The prizes are quite overpriced and it is probably easier to actually buy the toy or lolly from somewhere else if you just want the prizes. Otherwise, there are lots of fun games to play.

  • Basinghse

A vibrant arcade with an excellent selection of games and prizes. Big thanks to Shaiden who helped us with working the VR machine and treated us to a tour of the venue. His exceptional service and infectious energy were the highlight of our visit. I highly recommend Timezone Macquarie.

  • Tris Ossr

Timezone is a very nice area, suitable for children to have their birthday party. We had the most fantastic time and the host, Jac was fabulous, she got everyone engaged and satisfied and was very playful, even playing games with the kids. Absolutely amazing definitely come here.

  • Victor Li

The actual timezone area is quite small so the variety is less than other timezones which can't be helped. I think their big prizes are abit basic personally. They however have the best basketball machine out of every other place (not the connect 4) if you're a basketball lover

  • Nicole Dynan

Jac was the best host ever! We had 13 children with special needs and she managed our event seamlessly! She was able to communicate with them effectively, play with them with ease and made sure no one left the venue unaccompanied! They had a ball! Highly recommend. …

  • Wuyi Zheng

Kids had fun but a few of their favorite games were out of action. Water level was low in Iceman mid-way through the game and the zombies took over Was hit in the head by a basketball because teenagers thought it would be fun to take 3-pointers from far back. …

  • James Andrew

I love this place, the games are quite new and the venue looks flashy and new. There are quite a few claw machines which is fun (when you win). They are keeping things clean (COVID) and it feels safe to use the games there. A quick update, it's still safe and fun!

  • Jan Ruardy

Just your average timezone with a little less than average customer service :-( Actually helpful, knowledgeable staff but a little rude, arrogant and self absorbed.. But now discovering Top Ryde timezone is open, there's no chance we will return here to this one.

  • Tom L

Amazing staff. Variety of games and just a good chance of winning the claw machines. The selection of prizes are great as well. Too many to choose from making it hard for my children to pick. Nonetheless a great experience for us, will definitelt recommend.

  • C H

We just had a 5yo party there today walked in and saw the new walking dead machine there. Spoke to the staff as the photos are pretty scary. They covered it up as much as they could immediately. Throughout the party they were quite helpful and friendly too.

  • mel z

The store is packed with fun, and the choices on the reward exchange are very up to date and great stock level. Sometimes, it can be too crowded with a kids' party going on. But overall, it is a great place to kill time when waiting for someone at shopping.

  • Roman Bukarev

We organised a kid’s birthday party there recently. The venue is nice, albeit a little noisy (that’s an arcade, after all), but the party corner was actually quieter, so not too bad. The host Alex was super nice and helpful, all kids loved the experience.

  • Clare Halliwell

I can not give enough stars for this Timezone! I had an absolute blast and did not want to leave. The staff are lovely, it's well spaced out, there is a huge selection of games and they have some pretty good prizes too. I would highly recommend visiting

  • Angela Armstrong

VERY loud and chaotic. They were pushing the parties through very fast. It was so loud, it was difficult to let the kids know it was time to cut the cake and because of the tight scheduling, they had to go ahead without waiting and some kids missed it.

  • Jeff Zhou

I recently celebrated a birthday at Timezone and had an amazing experience! Our host, Lexi, provided exceptional service throughout the entire event. She was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that everyone in our party had a great time.

  • Saif Kade

Great place to have a fun tine, their unlimited play packages are a little more expensive than other timezones. They have a wide variety of games but nothing too special. They really do shine in their collection of toys and prizes

  • Zangquek Hashaan

Been here once or twice. Its okay but can you please change the name? Whenever I try to google search "Timezone Macquarie", it just tells me that macquarie is in AEST... i know that i just wanna know what time these guys are open

  • Em

Almost no complaints, except sometimes machines aren't working and you don't know until you've spent your money on them. Other than that, a great range of games and machines, really good fun if you're with friends or family!

  • Lucas Shao

Great place to have fun, but my only problem is the busyness. Can get crowded at times, and it would be great if you could replace some of the less popular machines with more of the most popular ones. Overall, great place!

  • Mel Jo

It's my favourite time zone among all. Less people with a relatively ok space to fit all my favourite arcade games. The shop is also stocked with the best toys and items. I normally exchange all my points at this location.

  • Ellie

Visited this venue for the first time over the weekend. I’ve always loved arcades and I had such an amazing time with the help of the friendly staff. Game choices were great too, plenty to choose from! Will visit again :)

  • Gerald Luo

We had a blast at the Timezone! You can expect to find a lot of action based arcade games here, which are especially attractive to children. The only drawback is that it could be too popular and crowded at the weekends.

  • Michael Lipari

Visited recently with my kids and they had a blast! Great selection of games and prizes, the staff member Shaiden who assisted us was very friendly and helpful. I can definitely see them wanting to come back very soon.

  • Nitin Amin

It surely was fun ...but the whole eating and cake cutting time felt a bit rushed. Our party host Hunter was awesome and he did every bit to make sure my son had a good time. A very special thank you for Hunter. …

  • Nikki McNally

We visited from Newcastle today and were very impressed by the range of games and the variety of plush and pops in the eclaws. A very special thanks to Teddy for taking good care of us and making us feel so welcome.

  • Amir Marzifar

The manager rude person I am not recommended it to people with kids especially when she works there and she made our worse night and all devices not working perfect using your money somewhere else for your kids

  • Damien Le

Great experience with 3 of my personal favs. Sadly maimai wasn’t operating during the time I went. Sadly it doesn’t have a Chunithm cabinet but I guess they are hard to get. Maybe they might get one some time?

  • DJ56

Had a birthday party on Sunday and had a wonderful time. My son had a blast and the games were even fun for the adults! Hunter and Shai were very helpful through the party and made sure we had a great time.

  • ベンソン

Edit Chunithm is back. Thanks for listening to the community. ----- old ----- The Chunithm machine has been removed. I am a regular Chunithm player at macquarie timezone. Why should I even come anymore?

  • Bowie Sanderson

There were many good and enjoyable games, I had a lot of fun. Never regreted and will always come back to visit. Plus kind and dedicated staff who were always happy to answer inquries. Nice manager.

  • Yubi Hung

your staff "Bee" is so friendly to our 2 year old daughter. she puts more candys to help my daughter to get more candys when she saw our daughter is playing the candy machine. she is amazing & nice.

  • Michelle Kim

Just want to say this on my relative's behalf. I want to say thank you for looking after them and helping them out too! They had a great time in a venue by playing few games before having lunch!

  • Lionel

Visited recently for the first time! Great selection of games and prizes for everyone! Friendly staff who helped me with a claw machine issue. And Shaiden is a gem. Will definitely be back soon.

  • Nav K. M.

A lot of machines were already closed down for maintenance and as we were playing more broke down. For a busy night not many staff were around, had to wait quite a while to even claim our prizes

  • Juan Valdes Gonzalez

Maimai cab Player 1 side button 2 needs to be cleaned or replaced, its very bad, and player 1 screen sensitivity needs to be lowered by a small amount. Should be a very easy fix, thanks!

  • Leah J

Had a great time here with my Discover Voucher! You easily could spend $$ here! I am hoping to come back soon as it was so much fun & there were so many arcade games to play.

  • Mohammed Hamwi

Expensive for what it is but that's arcades for you. Decent selection of games. Some machines are used all day and night by one group of people so can't even enjoy them

  • NA A

We held our party this morning with Teddy looking after us - he was so wonderful, helpful and kind. It was the easiest, most stress-free party we’ve ever had!

  • May P

Love my local timezone. I ahem I mean my kids can spend hours here playing. Always best to top up on their double dollar days so you can stretch your dollar.

  • Chris Czinner

Good ammount of claw machines but the pop machine is impossible. Good setup. I always check this place out whenever I visit Mac just for the photo machine.

  • Robert Gill

Great range of games and activities for the while family to enjoy. Good skill games and you can have some great fun battling it out to see who is the best

  • Tegan S

Small time zone but it's exceptionally clean and the staff are friendly and very helpful. Best to go during the week if you can as the weekend is crazy.

  • Sienna Collins

My kids had a wonderful time at their birthday party. Everything was organised well and our party host Jac was attentive and helpful throughout. …

  • Min Jun Cho

Medium-sized arcade with great games, nice staff. Very convenient as it is right next to one of Macquarie's entrances. Can also hold birthday parties.

  • Sylvia Tran

Timezone Macquarie has lots of great arcade games and the arcade staff were really friendly as well. Definitely will be coming back here one day.

  • Alice Grace

The experience was very good and my kids always come if we are available The arcade was great. My kids personal favourite is the claw machines

  • Raven Amethyst

A few games not working, or card scanner not triggering the game to start. For the most part it is a fun, exciting and friendly environment.

  • lau mariela

Really fun , we went the complete family and we all have so much fun. For adults and childrens, because my son is 3 yrs old and he love it.

  • Sharia Sarantis

We had my daughter’s birthday here and it was great! Everything went smoothly. Wonderful staff and customer service! Would do this again.

  • SydneyGR

More of a 3.5 star, one of the smaller ones but enough to entertain. Found the claw games a bit hard to win here compared to other places

  • Lukeismetoo

Lots of fun for the kids, with some newer games since I was here last. They seem to accommodate more for younger kids at this one …

  • Lametu Banks

Five stars and well deserved although it is a-bit small I say it is a fun experience and I go with family and friends every few weeks

  • Margot Bullock

Jac was so amazing! She was incredibly helpful and fixed any machines that needed fixing. We even named our prize dog after her.

Small compared to other Timezone locations, not as many claw machines as Top Ryde. Okay if you want to kill some time.

It's smaller than Chatswood and I do not like how it is on 2 levels and has 2 entrance as I need to look after kids.
