WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH SUCH A GOOD BRAND AND NEVER CARING STAFF OF CUSTOMERS PAYING HEFTY MONEY FOR ENJOYMENT. ADVICE TO CO PARENTS AND VISITORS KINDLY CHECK TWICE BEFORE YOU LEAVE AND PLAY. I have visited this games zone several times but every time there is error in either dispensing tickets, games operations, but today it was a worst case where my child was playing on different games and money was deducted more then twice for each game. When I complained the attend, he and she just refused to answer the question and showed that there were swipes done, on this I agreed that swipes were done but whether the balance Was loaded or not they just turned down saying we don't know. I will definitely be forced to visit this place as there is no alternate available in Dombivali but will never encourage anyone to play or visit as they LOOT in broad daylight under the name of Half Price ticket on Tuesday. Can have a check that how come a single game is consuming more than once within a minute. Namely : Engineer Crane, Ticket House etc

Worst experience. Very rude staff. As we got many jackpots in Wack and win, staff switched off the machine and we never got our tickets. When we asked them, they said that machine fault. Such nonsense they say just because we got many jackpots and it is a skill based game. They had an issue with that and all our efforts went to waste. Horrible experience. Would suggest nobody to come here. I have never seen any timezone where staff switches off the machine while tickets are loading. That is absolutely robbing our efforts points. Extremely ill mannered staff and the manager works likes a big boss who delivers tasks to the staff to withdraw the customers from machines on which they are winning jackpots. It happened to me while playing down the clown and when I questioned he told our manager has instructed to do so as you are winning jackpots one after other. Although he took off the balls from the game still I won jackpots and couldn’t do anything until he made the game unavailable.

Total flawed machines, just to cheat people they have tweeked the machines in a way that the winning probability is zero and some games have been over tweeked so that now they don't even work after you have swiped your card and your card credit is lost... Just make a fun time destroyers when so see you have been robbed of all the fun with their cheating tactics... I have more than 5k in balance on my gold card but feel that money is all wasted.

When I went for bowling, the place looked okay but it wasn't fine,as we started to play the dashboard of scores wont work properly , the system wasn't good, as I do my hit and smash the bottles (idk exact word, I forgot ) the bottles wouldn't get back in the position and it was a real trauma over there, we had no fun and it was 1rth Feb, soo yeah.

My experience in Spare strike (Bowling ally) at Xperia, palava was worst. Too much waiting hours, only 1 or 2 people are there to handle all the problems occurs during the game. Bowling ball was very limited. We had to wait for 5-10 mins to get another ball. Not at all for the beginners. Service - ⭐⭐ Bowling Area - ⭐⭐ Price - ⭐⭐⭐ (275/- pp)

Celebrated daughters Birthday at Timezone, Xperia Mall recently. It was an awesome experience. Kudos and Thanks to Timezone party hosts Deepali and Aruna for managing everything end to end - taking care of the kids, ensuring a fun experience for them, handling all other aspects of the party and reliving the parents of all the stress ;)

It's very good for kids. There are so many options. There is bowling also along with other games. Also there is a good time limit for each game and good part it there are lot of tickets received at most of the games. Kids get very happy to receive tickets which can be used at the counter to get a gift

I visited Timezone at Xperia Mall Dombivli, and the experience was amazing, from the staff to the games everything was amazing and it is the perfect place to hang out with friends. With games like VR games, bumping cars, and bowling, even large groups can have maximum fun!

Low maintenance. Poor Technical System. Poor floor maintenance. Out of four always 2 lanes are working within that 1 is not working properly. Timezone need to take care of this

Some times some games are closed, being available staff and counters also, only 1 one counter is operational. They reduces the prize tickets of games.

Worst Rate Chart . Before They Are givin to ₹2500. 18 visit And 90min time to play but today I seen ₹ 2500 and only 10 visit and 60 min.
