I was really considering not making this review but when I looked at my nails this morning I couldn’t not recall the not so great experience I had. This was the first time I had come to this nail salon with high expectations as my sister said the pricing was great for how amazing the nails looked! Unfortunately I didn’t receive the same type of service. My nail artist wasn’t the best at shaping, I asked for coffin shape and I told her that I like them quite slim but I ended up with uneven squares on my thumbs and different lengths on the other fingers. I asked her repeatedly to make them slimmer but she barely filed them and then told me I was finished when I asked for gems as well to move onto another customer. My sister and I had booked ahead of time, while I understand it was busy I would have appreciated if she took some more patience to make my nails look pristine. I honestly felt like a bother having to ask 1. for the gems to be put on 2. for the shaping to be done better and 3. asking another nail artist to fix the huge lines of nail glue that my nail artist half hazardously left on my nails with no care to help another customer. If it was my money I probably would have cared less but it was my sisters treat and I felt like she got cheated which to me is unacceptable if she’s paying $170 for 2 sets of gel nails with a %15 percent tip. I also don’t appreciate that you come here to have to gamble on whether you are going to get a good nail artist or a not so optimal one. There should be a standard for quality. I ended up having to go home and file for another hour or so and apply back on the nail polish I had to file off to get my actual desired shape which is just unacceptable in my mind to fix a service my sister paid generously for. I hope that there will be a better standard of quality and that others who go here don’t have to play the same gamble I did.

I'm always happy with the service here! My hands are...rough. Despite this, every nail artist I've seen has taken great care to help restore my cuticles and nails. Pedicures are thorough, and there is always time taken to check in on how I want my nails cut/filed, am I happy with the color once it's on, etc. I've even tried the Vietnamese scalp massage and it's soooooooo amazing! Definitely recommend. They're always busy here, and it may seem like they are rushing sometimes simply because they move fast when they need to. I've never felt like the speed has compromised the quality, and even if I think a nail isn't even from my view, they'll fix it without any drama. Happy return customer :)

I came to this spa with no high expectations and I left completely impressed and 1000% in love with my nails. I got pink to white ombré nails with sparkles & I’m in awe. They did such a fantastic job! I was even more impressed when I received an arm and a hand massage + cuticle treatment to soften and moisture my cuticles. I will definitely be coming here from now on!!! The staff was so kind and made genuine conversation which was definitely a bonus. If you’re reading this with hesitation, you shouldn’t because you’re missing out on QUALITY service!

Best Nail Salon in all of Calgary! Was looking for a place for a pedicure and very glad my friend who has been going here for years, recommended that I go check it out! Tina the owner is a lovely lady and the whole team over here really take their time with you to make sure that whatever it is you want to get done, is nearly perfect! They don’t rush you and the attention to detail in their work, speaks for itself. Amazing time meeting the team here yesterday!

I've been to Kelly 3 times. She's fast (30 mins for basic color change shallac) and she ensured I was completely satisfied - dark nails or bright nails- I'm always happy! Honestly I'm a minimalist and appreciate flawless work that lasts me longer then always expected. I'm not one to get gel or acrillyic so if she can ensure my natural bed is thick - I'm at the right place! I suggest if you dont have fake nails and like lasting natural nails- see Kelly

I can't speak to the work of gel nails or fills (I don't fancy them), but for a basic pedicure experience I was very pleased! The salon is bright, clean, and spacious. I was helped with my seat and the settings so I had a comfortable experience. The offering of tea or coffee is always a loved touch. The staff were friendly and gave great service. It's been a few days now and my toes/feet still look great!

Stopped by as a walk-in to get some Gel Nails done. I was seated right away, one woman did most of my nails but two ladies worked on them. They came out gorgeous! She did exactly what I asked for. I've been getting compliments since I got them. P.s: I also work with my hands and am very hard on my nails. They haven't chipped or broken or come off at all, got them 2 and a half weeks ago. Will be back!

We were visiting from Vancouver and needed to relax before our return flight. We found Tina nails on google maps and are happy we did. First off it’s a reasonable price for this amazing service. I had a mani pedi. With an perfect leg and foot massage, hand massage. Thus shop is clean and has attractive decor. Super pleased with the value we received today

I absolutely love Tina Nails! My friend and I visit for a fill every few weeks and they do such amazing work every single time! They are gentle during the process, so friendly and it's great quality! Nails are always perfect and so strong! This last visit, we got themed Holiday nails and we're obsessed! Go treat yourself, you won't be disappointed!

Evelyn did an excellent job on my pedicure. She was very relaxing and friendly - everything you’d want in a spa experience. She paid attention to detail, was very cautious of ticklish/painful areas, and extremely thorough while removing my previous shellac. This was my first time at this salon and I’ll definitely be back. Best pedicure ever!

The best nail salon in yyc. Have been going for almost 2years now and never been disappointed. The girls are so sweet and lovely, lovvve Kelly I only go to see her and every time she surprises me with the best work. I have to admit, the first time I came here, the outside felt a little sketchy. (A friend did recommend it, so I wasn't TOO worried) Once inside, all my apprehensions went away. The staff are friendly. The place is clean. They let me take a clipping from one of their plants. :) I especially love that they give me the short nails I want.

The chemical smell in this salon was very strong and bad, they need some ventilation. Our pedicures were sloppy, the nail polish wasn't applied very evenly or in the corners of our nails, unfortunately we only realised when we got home. The hot stone massage was very nice and the girls that worked there were sweet. Wouldn't go back

This is by far the best nail spa I have been to. It is always so clean, every station when not in use is tidy and neat. The ladies all are so kind and welcoming. They are all so gentle and talented, everyone is so good at getting you in right on time. I have been here a few time and I ALWAYS look forward to coming back :)

My feet and hands were really beat up from sports over the summer/fall but they look great now! All of the employees are so sweet and know what they’re doing. Plus, it’s affordable. I never used to get pedicures but my friends and I are planning on making it a regular thing because of this place!

Tina is such a sweet lady. Her nail work is an art. I got my nails done in one hour. I have so many friends who have their nails done with her. I also loved the lady who did my mother's nails, her name is Kim. This place is clean and well maintained. It is worth the price.
