AVOID THEIR STOCK HAD WHITE SPOT, DO NOT BUY FISH FROM HERE. THEY DO NOT QUARANTINE THEIR FISH DESPITE THE ASSURANCE FROM A MORON WHO WORKS THERE ASSURED US. We had a very well established tank of some 15 years with guppies, mollies, plecos and some fantastic clown loaches which were 9 years old. We are very experienced at fish husbandry and had never had any problems until we bought to plecos from Tisburys. We were assured that "ALL OUR FISH ARE QUARANTINED PRIOR TO SALE TO ENSURE THAT THEY ARE HEALTHY". Within one week of the newcommers being put into the the tank the population were decimated by an aggressive outbreak of White Spot. We lost all of the clown loaches, the two new plecos they had sold us and 18 guppies and mollies. It took extensive tank treatment to bring the outbreak under control. Tisbury's attitude "Must be your water quality mate" The moron!!!! DON'T BUY FROM THESE IDIOTS.

Dave was very helpful when I come in today with my little boy, as he always is. Ive been coming to the store for years now and always get my koi food from them as it is homemade and very good value for money and the fish love it. They've put on so much size this season it's unbelievable. Fantastic layout of store with a good range of outdoor cold water species a well stocked shop for tropical varieties and the marine section of the shop is always clean and well presented. Managed to find an old pond filter outside next to the plant section and Dave said he would kindly ring me back with a price tommorrow as i said I could make good use of it on my koi pond. Went there to have look around the weekend. Nobody acknowledged us (my wife and I ) coming into the shop. We went into the tropical fish area, nobody came to assist we had to go outside to ask ..one young chap was there with another , when I asked them both if anyone could help , one said he was at lunch .The young chap reluctantly helped , when I told him about the near dying fish in one of the tanks, he just said ,oh... I will tell my manager . I don't know if there is some kind of refurb going on, but the shop is a mess.Very poor experience , sort your customer service out!

A good aquatics business. They sell a fairly wide range of coldwater, tropical and marine fish, though nothing which particularly stands out. Though you can't question the centre's standards the fish are well kept. Though I have to say prices here are higher than many places, but then again costs have risen. The dry goods, aquariums, filtration, decorative and other products on offer is good. The shop is well socked. The reason for three stars rather than four is prices and no particularly stand out fish. A decent place to shop though for aquatics products and fish.

For All That Is Buying On The Internet, I Find It Best To Go To The Store Whenever You Can. The Fish I Bought Were Exactly What I Wanted. They Were A Very Good Price Competitive To Anywhere In The Country Online. The Staff Are Very Knowledgeable, I Chose The Fish I Wanted. When I Got Them Home I Put The Bag In The Pond To Let Water Temperatures Match. Released The Fish After About An Hour Mixing Water From The Pond With There's. It Is Ten Days Since I Bought Them. All Eight Are Feeding And Doing Well. Probably The Best £20 I've Spent All Year

First time I went there, staff members were not knowledgeable about the fishes they kept and one member of staff was very rude. I've attempted to call the store on several occasions since then, asking if they've had a certain tank or accessory in store but the response was very abrupt and very rude and the member of staff just ends the call very rudely. Beautiful shop but horrible customer service and staff. I would not recommend visiting them.

I remember visiting this place with my dad more than 30 years ago. Took my boys there for a quick look at the outside ponds. (Didnt buy anything so hope the owner doesn't mind us treating the place like a free zoo). The big fish in the main ponds are very impressive and the sheer array of products available in the shop is impressive. When I persuade the wife that we need a pond, Tisbury's is where I'll head to get kitted out.

Don't spend your money here. Inside is very disorganised and has junk lying around everywhere. Many of the reptile tanks had sorry looking leopard geckos and other reptiles living with months worth of poop, many with disfigured feet with skin stuck around toes. Quite a few empty dirty old tanks left lying around. If you can clearly see they don't look after the animals why would you buy anything from here... Avoid

This place is nice and big. They have every set up of fish tanks you want from starter pack to your elite pack. Nice range of cold water and temp water fishes. A Large variety of koi fishes also sold here along with the outdoor fishes. Staff are very friendly. You can also buy small packets of fish food from here to feed the outdoor fishes which i like to do with my son every now and again

What an amazing place. Never have I seen such a incredible collection of Koi and purpose built out door pools. Wonderful surrounding. Good range of pond equipment, plants and fish. There is reptiles, tropical and marine fish available although these are limited in variety in comparison. The staff are fantastic. Pure passionate about their trade. Always helpful and fantastic service.

Richard Tisbury installed our 14ft x 10ft pond some 5 years ago. Richard drained our old pond and erected erected temporary aerated ponds at our new home. He dug out our new pond and tested it before putting back our koi and variety of fish without even 1 fatality!! Since then they have maintained our pond and we can't recommend them enough!! Their help and attitude is excellent.

Huge range of fish related equipment. Everything from live stock to top of the range pumps and filters. They do cold, temperate, tropical and marine fish here, reptiles, snakes, tortoise, turtles etc. Always a professional friendly family service. This is now my go to place for all my aquatic and reptile needs. The staff are also very helpful and not pushy on a sale.

What a great place. I have been here a few times over the years and it always has a great selection of fish. I had a problem with a filter for my pond and made a call to them and with out hesitation they told me to pop on and they will try and help. I took my filter to them and with in minutes it was all sorted and I cannot thank them enough. 5 star all day long

What an amazing place! They have everything aquarium and pond related. The fish stock is marine and freshwater and they keep a lot of varieties. I took my son there and for 50p we bought some pond food and fed the fish, great for kids and lots of interesting ponds to look at with sturgeon and koi. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, so thanks guys!

Superb shop. Novice to the hobby but the staff are always happy to help and don't fleece you for unnecessary items. It's not a 'petshop'. The people sell fish and all the tools you need for fish. They offer assistance and give decent advice. I've never gone wrong listening to their advice. Would.highly recommend to beginners!

Popped in today to have a look at the fish and reptiles as we're thinking about making a pond and getting another reptile- don't bother, too many dead fish to count, reptiles are in an appalling state health/ enclosure wise, when we asked about the conditions we were shrugged off

Dead fish left in tanks,charge 2 different prices for the same fish £8.25 AND £20,give and try to justify the price difference.This place is a sham and the attitude of the staff is ignorance with an over powering attitude.AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Staff are really friendly and knowledgable. There's no hard sell, they genuinely have a passion for their work and are extremely helpful. There's a great selection of tropical and marine fish, along with everything you need to help you set up from beginner to enthusiast.

I get my snakes food from here and always take my lil ones as they enjoy feeding the fish and turtels in the various large ponds outside the staff are very friendly and helpful so if you have or looking to get a pond, aquarium or reptiles give these guys a visit

Disgusting place dirty smelly brought one fish died 2 days later called shop not helpful at all. As for the poor bird and reptiles dirty cages living in their own poop then snake at the back of the store was living in disgusting condition's will never go back

Unfortunately when visiting last week I saw several dead fish in the tanks and the smell as I walked into the shop was incredibly over whelming. Personally I wouldn't buy anything from there but I was looking for freshwater fish not pond fish.

When I lived in the area or come down to see family always been very helpful and friendly staff, we have brought quite a few fish aquatic plants and pond related products. Once lock down finished will be visiting family and center.

Always friendly, good advice and great service, a well stocked range of tropical, marine, coldwater/pond and reptiles, could be better displayed, and looks a tad untidy, but I'm sure what you want is in there somewhere, just ask.

Tisburys has been running for many years. I took my daughter there 25 years ago and recently I took my grandchildren to treat them to some fish. It's a nice place to visit and they have alot of choice and are reasonably priced.

Very knowledgeable people who will help you with any issues around fresh water fish especially around koi carp also available are tropical fish and tanks and some exotic animals and plenty of fish and aquatic plants as well

A good selection of tropical and marine fish. Think the main shop could do with a little tidy up and revamping as seems to be a bit everywhere in my opinion. But other than that great parking and fish look very well kept.

If any one serious about fish should visit this place to see the real fish. Even if you have no fish and not interested in fish should go there and see the fishes they got. Very good atmosphere and relaxing.
