This store is a disgrace to the Tommy Hilfiger brand. Sellers are unfriendly and you are not allowed to touch almost anything. 2-3 sale assistants are buzzing around you all the time, you feel really pressured. And the worst thing is that as a foreigner living in Cairo, I am laughed at for not knowing Arabic. I am used to much more stealth and professionalism from my favorite brand Hilfiger! I have not had such experiences in shops in Germany, the USA and France. Do you only treat foreigners like this? Shame on you!

I have been in the store located at city stars ...my experience was starting with buying a shoes from the new arrival collection which I found a manufacture deficit but I would say they exchange it smoothly and so quick without any hassle... very nice staff and very good quality as always regardless how ppl rate the prices there I find it worth every penny you pay.

I found an amaizing shoes and extreamly comfort!
