Prior to this visit I actually had a great experience and recommended this place to all work colleagues customers and friends, and left a great 5 start review. however the second time I came I was stuck in some traffic as I was traveling from the other side of town, which sometimes is out of your hands when this unexpectedly happens, with road works in Bristol, anyhow I did call in to notify the situation which morally is the main reason I was quite disappointed from this, the receptionist was lovely, understanding and confirmed it wasn’t an issue. However when I arrived a shorter, older lady came out and approached quite rudely saying how I wouldn’t be able to have the full hour massage which was fine. Understandable. I agreed this wasn’t a problem as I was 10-15 minutes late and apologised again at this stage, and she said it would only be 45 minutes not an hour, despite me calling in and making her aware and making me still travel 55 minutes drive without saying this beforehand that this was going to be an issue or informing policies that are in ace she said how I had to pay full price for an hour and have 45 minutes. I understand it’s annoying when lateness happens when you have a business to run but there should have been some consideration being a loyal client and calling to notify beforehand respectively, which also added to the lateness of going to the cash point to withdrawal cash as this was a ‘requirement’. Unfortunately you have lost a loyal client and due to this I feel very disappointed by the customer service from this woman. Great colleagues and massages but unfortunately this was a let down for me.

What a lovely, ambient & relaxing location to visit! They have a good, clean, laid back venue, coupled with friendly staff with proficiency in English. Prices are reasonable and there is a good selection of treatments to choose from, with a 90min full body/oil massage costing £69-£75. They also sell Tiger Balm, and lately even white Tiger Balm. You can choose between medium or deep pressure for your treatments. Points to improve: *Hot drink post treatments is a nice touch - please offer this to complete a lovely experience. *Cash Only is inconvenient & offering card payments, even with a few quid extra to cover your costs, is good business sense, plus it exudes a bit of class & even improves accessibility for some people. I only give the above feedback because your experience is amazing, and I want to see you continue doing well. Keep it up!

I visited Ton Poh Thai Spa yesterday and enjoyed the services here. I was recommended oil massage. The staff was very well trained. They provided the service politely and professionally. They correctly know how to treat and recover me from stress and pain. The place is very clean and serene as well as the products used here are very good quality. In my opinion, the price is reasonable and appropriate compared with the service quality obtained. I can spend the time here for 2 hours or the whole day without boring. This is the place I will absolutely come back!!!

Went for a 60min massage today focusing on my shoulder as its been really bad. The receptionist was lovely, friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and had a nice atomosphere, the therapist was friendly, experienced and attentive, she gave good advice in terms of what could be causing the pain and what to do to overcome it, definitely one of the best...if not the best massage ive ever had, i could really feel the tension being worked out....i will definitely be going back!

My son bought me a gift of a Traditional Thai Massage (1hr) and an Aroma Massage (1hr). The traditional massage was incredible, the lady who massaged me found every ache and pain I had and I am totally balanced it was better than a trip to the physio. The Aroma Massage you can choose light, medium or deep tissue. Again fantastic I almost fell asleep. At the end I had Thai stretches. I came out walking on air. Thoroughly recommend this relaxing, friendly place.

I love Ton Poh for massages. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. It is always very clean and the message's have always been wonderful. I have found one or two times the masseuse to cut our time a bit short so would love them to focus on that a bit in the future and also, please play more song varieties. I come regularly and need some new spa tunes, it's been the same one for a while now Otherwise it's great and highly recommended

What a lovely experience I had. I suffer with a lot of back pain, and tried a massage. The lady who treated me was absolutely lovely, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Her massage skills were god like. By the end of the massage my back felt so much better and me so much more relaxed. I had a lot a massages before and this was up there with some of the best. If your considering going for a treatment, I’d highly recommend!

So welcoming, friendly and relaxing. Went with my partner and his mum today(neither of which had had a massage before), my partner and I stayed in one room and his mother in another. It was sooo relaxing, they were tougher on the bits that needed it, and then soft and delicate everywhere else. We left feeling like we were floating on a cloud! I am definitely going back, I can't wait! It's great value for money too.

I went in on the spur of the moment and they had slots available. I had the 1h thai aromatherapy massage and it was simply amazing. By far one of the best massages I have had in a long time. The therapist was lovely, the rooms were beautiful and tidy, it was perfect all round. I will most definitely be back and I'll recommend the place to everyone who asks.

Been doing monthly full body massage here ever since I had the hip pain which surprisingly went away after the first session I had. Really lovely ladies , great service . A very firm massage , asked for medium and the lovely lady worked on some knots on my back for ages . Felt a million dollars the day after, just had to let all her hard work settle down . Think this is a must when doing lots of running . Highly recommended

I would highly recommend this place. I had a back that wouldn't shift for a couple of weeks my friend recommended getting a massage from Ton poh so book in for a full body deep tissue massage and next day the pain was gone. Staff are very friendly and professional. Prices are reasonable too.

Lovely rooms and massage. The lady could really find my painful parts on my legs and back and worked hard to get rid of the muscle knots. The reception and rooms are lovely but some areas could do with some work (toilet). Also think it's quite pricey. Great massage

What can I say other than Wow!… my first ever massage, and an amazing experience!… I was so relaxed afterwards, I felt like I was in trance. The staff were fantastic and the spa is lovely… I would go every week if I could, and I would recommend it to anyone.
