Had a massage yesterday from tonic lanka, the environment was nice and staff was nice but massage was a disaster. The cost I paid for was not worth at all. For head + shoulder + food massage = 1 hour was 14000 per person which I paid almost £70 for both of us. Ruby mentioned the massage given will be an Indonesian style but it was not even near Indonesian style. It was like a home massage. She also mentioned staff are from Indonesia. but for my husband was not an Indonesian. But Johnson the guy who massage my husband was good. Elisha from Indonesia who massage me was new but she is a very kind and friendly staff but she seem not really expert on foot reflexology. I'm from Malaysia and Ruby was in Malaysia and she given a very good explanation about the place, treatment given and convince me to do massage. I trusted her but it was a let down. I honestly felt cheated and wasted my money for unpromising treatment. She did offered me a 20min foot massage again, but time is limited for me as a traveler. I won't recommend to anyone unless you prefer a expensive home massage. And don't trust the words from them it's all business trick.

I had a really great massage from (I think!) Fiona. The space is very comfortable and nicely styled and the welcome and overall atmosphere is very friendly and warm. I chose the Classic, full-body massage lasting 60 minutes. Fiona was very professional and clearly well trained. The room was very well prepared and the option to have a steam before the treatment really added to the overall experience - not something I've done before. Some comments here about the price and there probably are some (much?) cheaper places you could go for a massage in Colombo but I doubt the quality of the treatment, or the overall experience, would be the same. Having well-trained therapists, with obvious experience from international spas makes this place well worth the visit. I'm looking forward to going back and trying other treatments from the menu very soon.

Over the years, I have travelled the world extensively and had amazing massages in many countries but today's massage from Rubie was "head and shoulders" the very best I have ever had! Having been treated for head and neck cancer over the last year with both surgery and radiotherapy, I was pleased to find that Rubie is a qualified oncology masseuse. She first worked on the area of my head, neck and shoulder that i was treated on, before giving me a full body massage that has left me feeling more relaxed, grounded and at peace than I have done in living memory. The setting, the music, the atmosphere, the essential aromatherapy oils and the whole team of staff combined with the actual massage to deliver a fantastic experience that I recommend wholeheartedly!

We had a very early couple massage, it was one of the best I have ever had……. and that was two days ago, today I’m finishing this review having had 2hours of Balinese massage and Facial treatment. It was amazing, I think Rizki Fiana and Enik were two of the best therapists I’ve ever had - all countries all styles men and women therapists included. The other very positive feedback I can share is that they made it possible for me to have treatments earlier than their opening hours. They open at 10, first day they came at 9am, today they came at 7:30 just to make it possible for me with my tight schedule. I really appreciated the Panadanus resort Tonic spa and will be definitely back Cheers to the excellent team !

I have been coming to this relaxing establishment for the last 2 years and would highly recommend the Tonic Spa Escapade it includes a body scrub within a steam room after the scrub you melt into the bed with a rain mist shower TOTAL RELAXTION!!! and when you think it can't get any better, you then have a 1 hour massage to end the ideal relaxing pamper session. One of the few best spas in the prime land Colombo. WhatsApp contact on the website helped us to find this place. It was Clair's call handling which driven us undoubtedly to make an appointment. We booked 4-5pax and truly enjoyed being here..Emy my masseuse is so professional and a very pleasant personality. I was totally relaxed. The rooms are spacious enough well maintained and also lit naturally, music was soothing. A small gift hamper would have been lovely, exclusive and memorable for tourists who are booking atleast two or more treatments!? Think about it... Thanks for such a great service team..good luck.

The full body massage was nice, however the therapist did not give the full time. I brought it up to the Indian male manager who did not want to give me the time back saying I had the full time but the Asian female manager insisted the therapist give me an additional 10 mins hand massage. Had a good massage "Asian Tradition" at Tonic Lanka, Marino Mall. Masseuse was very professional and take good care during the whole process, making sure the pressure is just right and I'm comfortable. Menu is available online. They serve cucumber shot in the beginning and at the end a herbal tea to wind down. Place is very clean & modern and with a very relaxing and soothing soft music all the time making the whole experience just wonderful. Felt bit pricey, but worth it. If you want to relax and have a quality time for yourself with a massage, recommended!

If you want to feel like a new, better, younger, more beautiful, amazing and happy person, than you must have a Signature massage with Ruby! ❤️ It is beyond perfect and you really feel like a new born person after it. In the end, I recommend you to take home some of Ruby’s special blended oils, I got 22 this time, they are perfect as gifts for your friends and family (if you are not too selfish to keep them all for yourself). I can’t recommend Ruby enough, I had massages in many countries but she is by far the best therapist ever!

This is meant for the Galle Fort location ;) We received a warm welcome by our therapists Juni and Momo. We received a cool ginger shot and cold hand towel to freshen up before starting. The salon is very professional asking for health issues or things to consider up front. During the massage the service was very thorough, considerate and professional. The location is warm and inviting and think will be even better when fully finished and opened. We left feeling completely relaxed with big smiles on our faces.

Warm,friendly, and respectable service by all the staff whom I met. I was greeted with herbal tea and ended the day with another refreshing herbal tea. Ruby suggested a few options, which were all good. I was treated with great respect and utter professionalism. Lovely warm atmosphere with pleasant staff from the moment I started till the end. I don’t normally go for spa treatments. But from the moment I walked in the front desk was warm, respectable, welcoming and helped me with what would be the best option. The therapist was just as amazing as the front desk she was inviting, she was helpful, she got all areas I needed to make my body feel better. My wife and I had massage here.The place is very clean and well maintained, both therapists Nadia and Assia were professional. We had deep tissue massage. Highly recommend the place . However on a different note, they invited us to proceed to the massage room and then one of the staff said payment first!! For a guest who is staying in the same hotel this is very inappropriate and we have never experienced it in any other place. Not a nice gesture.

I happened in on Tonic Lanka spa while walking by and they were able to see my right away. The massage was INCREDIBLE. I did a 75 minute massage - mix of traditional massage and deep tissue - and loved every second of it. I’m very picky about my massages and the pressure was perfect - and the head massage at the end was exquisite. Definitely would recommend!

My husband and I went to the spa 30mins before they close. We were just trying our luck and was about to opt for just 30mins when the Manager offered to accommodate us and gave us an hour full body massage. We had Mia and Ayu who were both very good. We capped off the night with a very relaxing massage. Highly recommend. Very professional and friendly staff.

Get the best facial in the world here by Ruby. She is magical and she will do miracles for your face! I can't express how refreshed I feel after she did my aromatherapy facial. I selected a tonic spa escapade at the Marino Beach branch - selected a Balinese massage (you have a few massages to select from). Both therapists (the one for the scrub and steam) and the one for the massage were excellent. Lovely place to relax and good quality products. Perfect after my flight.
