Was served yesterday by 2 lovely staff members kye and jordan I came in with a few parts from under my sink and bathroom didn’t know what I wanted between them both I came out with exactly what I needed no time spared very informative about products 10/10 customer service they also signed me up to a account and explained all of the Benefits for me to have this will definitely be shopping at feeder road again

Toolstation feeder road, even before the present problems the team at feeder road always had a happy attitude towards customers and always helpful. I used click n collect on the way to Bristol but some of the accessories I'd ordered were not compatible. The young man located the item I needed, discovered they had none in store then tried to locate closest place for me. I'll get an email as soon as my item is ready for collection. No fuss, no problem, just friendly, efficient service

Best toolstation branch in the whole of England!!! They are very polite and fast working and have worked very well through this very hard time (COVID-19) there set up is amazing and very much appreciate the efficient work they have put and their dedication to their customers.

This is the only shop I want to go to. During the pandemic the shop workers have been by far the most cheerful, safety aware, organised and still customer focused, more than any other shop around Bristol from my experience in the last 4 months. Cheers guys keep it up!

Yo best Toolstation out there. Been to many but none compare to the excellent helpful staff, the clean and pleasant front of house area and the general efficiency and friendliness that is apparent every time I visit. Screwfix can jump, I'm Toolstation for life.

Staffing levels dropped since Sep 2021, particularly for the click and collect desk in lunchtimes and evenings. So you'll spend ages waiting behind people who don't know what they want. I never have to queue at the local screwfix...

Needed some new tools as we’re running low at work, was able to be helped out by a staff member called Kye who got them quick and efficiently! By far best tool station store I’ve been to. Absolute pleasure

Don't order - go in and get the item because I am still waiting on my delivery email to the store - over a week now - so much for next day delivery / pick up. One star because I can't do none.

Was extremely disgusted today at the store the way a member of staff which I presume was management spoke to another staff member on the till was totally uncalled for

Super easy and hassle free process to order. Generally a lot lower in price than some other places and I have never encountered a rude member of staff.

Shout out to Sam who helped me with an issue I’d spent hours on. Took a ceased up bolt and sorted for me in seconds and without charge. Top lad!
