The initial sale was perfect. The collection, not so much. I arrived today at around 6pm to pick up my “next day” purchase. The guy on the counter was lazy and didn’t bother to properly look in the collection area, instead he went onto the system to show me it was out for delivery still - even though I had received an email stating it was delivered. His response? Your email doesn’t matter, nothing I can do, come back another time. What makes matters worse is the order was actually delivered at 10:33 this morning and signed for by a MR MANN. Does this person work in your store? If so, the communication needs to be better. I’ve never shopped in Tool Station before until yesterday, I certainly won’t be going back.

Shopped in your store on the 16th july and didn't have a great first experience if I'm being honest being shouted at like a child and having a middle aged woman laugh at me cause I got my measurements wrong and I qoute because im a man isn't the best form of customer service. Maybe try offering some form of training on how to treat customers and some of us my return

Staff are great, plenty of parking , close to end of m62 , it's facing KFC on edge lane it's quite easy to drive passed the entrance as it's set back a little bit, I'd have a quote look on Google maps for an idea where to turn in

Went to this store to pick up an online order. Was met by friendly and helpful staff. Service was quick and easy. Highly recommend this store. It's over the road from Starbucks which makes the visit even better.

Very quick to get order ready for collection. Was a bit miffed that the person who served me did not look at my receipt but just asked me my name and what I had ordered.

Helpful and friendly staff. Staff quickly found item I needed at better price than B&Q. Easy to drive past this place, blink and you miss the little side Rd.

Visited this store this morning, I am clueless about DIY. Member of staff who served me answered my query and was friendly and approachable.

Have to say I've been in a few times now and each time I've been served by Sam who is so helpful and patient. Good prices too.
