Brian is very knowledgeable and a genuinely caring person. We’ve recently moved to a new house and had concerns with our flat roof when we found signs of water damage. Got in touch with Top’s and they promptly responded and booked us an appointment very accommodating to our schedule. When Brian showed up, he took the time to carefully examine the roof and siding and everything surrounding it and determined that even though the roof two decades old, it hasn’t been the root cause of leak. He was also very sympathetic to our situation as recent home buyers and seeing that I’ve been pretty handy with some DIY projects at the house, he kindly gave me a few tips on improvement for the upkeep of current roofing and water proofing the siding and where I can purchase them. Based on my experience, if they recommend some repairs, you can be sure they have the best outcome for your place in mind. Any roof related issues in future, Top’s will be the first number I will call.

We had Tops install our roof after recommendations from neighbours in 2013 - the workmanship and care that Brian and his team did on my roof was amazing and I have never had problems. Late fall last year and spring this year, I noticed a lot of leaves and broken down organic material in the eavestrough and wondered if this was going to cause issues. This summer, I started getting a little leak come through on the end of one of the downspouts. I texted Brian late yesterday evening (on a Sunday), and he replied back almost immediately that he'd be here to take a look today. He came over exactly when he said he would be here, checked all the caulking near the concerned area, patched it where necessary, and cleaned up the downspout that was full of dead organic matter! I am again impressed with the response I got from Tops and the timely service just before the fall rain! Thank you Brian!

Brian and his team completed my roof in February. They came as soon as it was warm enough to do the job as I had a leak. They replaced all of the under boards at a very fair price. They assessed the situation and told me what needed to be done and although I had thought I might have to replace all of the eavestrough Brian said no he would seal them for me and add an extension at no cost. He didn't feel that I should waste my money. He returned in June when the weather was warmer and clear to complete the sealing as I described. The team cleaned up all mess when they did the job and it was like they were never here. I would strongly recommend them. They worked fast, they are friendly and efficient and don't do anything that is unnecessary. Also the house looks great. I am very pleased with the job. Thanks to Brian and the whole team.

We selected Top's Roofing to replace our shingles in 2019. We did a lot of research and noticed that improved materials were being used. When we searched for quotes we found prices varied but we selected Top's based on their years of experience, being a local company and using the best quality shingles and underlay and having a fair price for quality. We are very pleased with the installation, clean-up and appearance of the roof and flashing. Recently, part of our facia came loose in a wind storm and a gutter fell off (not originally done by Top's). This was the first time I’ve had the roof looked at ever since Tops roofing did the installation and after that most recent weather event that saw neighbourhood shingles everywhere our 22 year old Tops Roofing roof still looks like it did when he first installed it so quality of materials and superior installation is going to give us 25 years with this roof. Tops installed my roof in 2011. At that time they were both extremely professional and friendly during and after installation. They provided me with neighbourhood houses that I could look at in order to see the shingles I thought I wanted. Fast forward to last week when I called them to tell them I had lost a shingle. In speaking with Wanda she kindly offered to call Brian to tell him and he offered to come and look at the roof right away. This morning I heard hammering on my roof and when I went outside Brian was finished the job. He was here about 10 minutes and because I was a previous customer this call was free! Service doesn't get any better than this!!!

Roof was installed in 2011 with IKO Cambridge Shingles By Tops Roofing. After a wind storm in Mississauga that blew off a section of my roof in 2020, I called Tops back to repair the damage. Tops did a great job on our roof about 4 years ago. Fast , clean and a neat, good looking job using the newer gen shingles. On top of the great job, last year, Brian immediately came back when asked, to repair some frustrating Raccoon damage near a vent, and would not take anything for the repair. My first experience with Tops was with their sales rep Richard. He was excellent, knowledgable and willing to work with me . The roof was done in an orderly, timely, fashion and other than a little bit of scraping on the driveway from their trailer I have no issues, very happy. I actually referred them to my neighbour who had her roof done shortly afterwards. Great company, excellent materials.

We used Top's to replace our roof several years ago and we were happy with the work. With the recent windstorm, we lost a couple of shingles and when we contacted Top's they remembered doing the work originally, had records of the type and colour of shingles used, were very responsive, came the next day and were able to inspect the roof and fix the damaged areas promptly.

A great company is as good as the follow up after installation. Tops Roofing is that kind of company. After some suspected issues with an attic fan installation, they followed up until the issue was resolved and in a very timely manner. We have used Tops to put in our great roof, install an electric attic fan and the quality and service has been tremendous!!

Great service! We contacted Top's Roofing to come and inspect our roof and within a day they were able to come and service us. Brain was able to inspect, determine and fix the issue within 15 mins. Quality of workmanship is highly questionable. Multiple repairs over the last 8 years on shingles. Damage from recent wind storm worse than anything seen in the area (see attached photo). Based on looking at shingles that came off, minimal number of nails per sheet. They are not being called back to fix.

He was just here to repair a crack in our chimney and check the roof (which is said was in excellent condition). I can highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again.
