Appointment was made with Abra but I was seen by a different accountant. Accountant was not prepared for the appointment and I had to return later during the day to complete the paperwork. Also was told during the appointment that since I rescheduled my appointment I am now liable for a fine which I should have been told prior to rescheduling the appointment.

Can't spell in written documents, needs better english in writing. Appears as a snob at times. Has an attitude that he thinks he's somewhat better than disadvantaged citizens on centrelink payments The better ratings for this person are naturally coming from people from his background who don't think english is an issue

Always have my tax done by Abrar and he is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and all done at a reasonable price. My tax can be complicated with multiple share transactions and holdings but does it with ease. Would recommend this service to anyone looking for taxation services.
