The guys at Top Gear Motors, I understand are German car specialists, and they serviced, MOT'd and put right two advisories on my BMW convertible. The staff, and particularly Usman were great, knowledgeable, professional and (best of all) .. HONEST. I thought I needed additional work, however Usman politely informed me what I really need to have done. The bill was reasonable (this is a premium vehicle after all). All in all a very positive experience, thanks chaps, much appreciated. G

Ripped me off, said my wheel alignment was slitly out because I came to check another garage had done the job correctly due to a rubber noise when driving. Watched a guy lift it up and look at it, he did 0 work. Guy didn't even ask if I wanted anything done but came in after driving one car around the front and said £40 and the noise was winter tyres. Car drove the same and noise still the same. I had paid for a wheel alignment one week earlier somewhere else. Attitude is poor also

After looking around at such short notice I found TopGearMotors in Sharston open & explained my urgency of needing my parts fitted (new rear discs & pads), because although I could've had a go myself with basic knowledge & tools I wanted piece of mind it was done properly. They told me they'd do it today so left it with them & went back before close of day & they'd done it at a reasonable price

Needed 4 replacement tyres last minute ahead of my MOT. Got part worn to save in costs. The first place I tried didn’t have the tyres I needed, but TGM had a huge selection. They went out of their way to accommodate me, price was reasonable and quick turn around with good communication. Best to book first - I didn’t which made things difficult for them. Appreciate the help!

DO NOT!!!!!!! trust these guys. They are Incompetent. They fixed a part on my car that didn't require changing even though i told them the diagnosed problem? Madness! Although; they offered to fix the problem for free. I kindly declined as the trust was lost by then. Lost money on these cowboys. I have now got the problem fixed somewhere else and have that piece of mind.

Don't rush!!!. These guys are money maker and ask you to change the good parts just for a sale and labour. I've taken my car MOT but they asked me to change the good parts which was never recorded in my advisories before. END up with Paying more money to these guys - useless

Went yesterday to do my tracking when he was bringing out told me I needed a new tyre and there is something wrong with my suspension my tyre was fine and they undid my wheel nuts and suspension bolts trying to get more jobs out of me don’t trust and rip people off

Never give your car to top gears .They such a irresponsible people I ever seen. One thing I can say that they may charge you according to your race .Think before you give to them .The rating they had cause paid or told to do so .switch now

Had a screw in my tyre, the mechanic sorted it within 10 mins and I was on my way. Friendly mechanic. I can only recommend for small quick jobs as never had needed or had major work done here. Place is busy enough though so must be decent.
