Absolutely disappointing each of the two times I have ordered. This is the first review I have ever posted because I was so insulted by how bad my order has been both times I ordered, but this last time was the last straw. I understand a lot of people hate their jobs, but the people that work at this location clearly have no love for pizza or care for their craft. On the order I had last night, I ordered a vegan pizza with jalapeño popperstix. The pizza itself was poorly slapped, the crust was half the pizza, and the pizza itself was the most salty I have ever had. The triple order of stix was truly heartbreaking. They overtopped the pizza with way too much cheese, and toppings. Because there was too much cheese or the dough wasn't properly slapped, I had RAW dough under the cheese. I didn't notice until i went to reheat my food today... couldn't even finish it. Also the "cream cheese drizzle" was less of a drizzle and more like the top clearly fell off the squeeze bottle they were using. I had pools of cream cheese on the sticks, making it absolutely saturated and disgusting. I ended up getting a spoon yo scrape off the pools of cream cheese. The pizza box itself was so soaked with grease that the bottom soaked through onto the other box. I actually used to work at a toppers back in '12 to '14, so I know when people actually care or not. These people don't care, and who ever was slicing pizzas last night, saw my food, and OK'd it for sale should be fired. No actual manager who saw my food would have given it the seal of approval. I'm not writing this to get a deal, I will never order here again. Please just heed my warning and spend your money at a better, local pizza joint.

I just had the worst pizza experience tonight. I ordered my pizzas online and was promised them by 11:23pm. My driver showed up on time, but the pizzas I got were not fully cooked. The dough was light on one side and completely raw on the other side. When I called the store back, the person I spoke to was really understanding and said he would send us new pizzas. It took an hour, which I would have been fine with had someone communicated that to me. I tried to called the store multiple times after it had been about fifty minutes, waited on hold several times, and was hung up on each time. When I spoke to the driver who showed up exactly one hour after the initial delivery, I tried to explain what happened and why I was frustrated. He told me I was lying and it hadn't been an hour. I pulled up his initial phone call on my phone, exactly one hour prior, and he put my pizzas on the ground (it was raining out) and said he was leaving. I've worked in the pizza industry for ten years. I wanted to be understanding of what was clearly just a conveyor oven screw up. I get it, stuff happens. But this driver was extremely rude. I get being in a hurry. I literally had just gotten home from a pizza delivery shift for a different restaurant. But I will never order from this store again after this, and I honestly wish I had never given them my money in the first place. I would have contacted the store directly, but I was tired of getting hung up on. Order at your own risk.

TERRIBLE experience. I never received my order and neither the store nor driver contacted me, and the store would not answer my calls. I placed an order through DoorDash as I have in the past, and received an order confirmation email about 2 hours before store close. I received a text saying my order was being prepared, and that I would receive a Driver Tracking Link once my meal has left. I never received a tracking link, never received a phone call from the store or driver, so I waited in case there was a minor delay, but at 40 mins after my estimated delivery time I began trying to track down the order. I called the store multiple times, not reaching anyone and only being on hold. I waited on hold for over 15 minutes with no answer and tried calling another time with the same "On hold" recording. As soon as I began calling and texting, they marked my order as "Complete" despite it clearly not being the case. I have screenshots and receipts of the order transaction, the "Confirmation" text, and my attempts to contact the store. I tried to resolve my order never arriving for nearly 2 hours. I still have not been refunded for my $50 order. They are a scam and do not care about their customers. Sincerely, someone who RARELY leaves reviews but doesn't want other people to go through the same.

There used to be a Toppers by my home, but it had closed down. To my joy, I found out there were several more Toppers locations nearby and so I decided to have pizza from them again. The pizza was Fantastic, well worth the price. The parking was a little bad, as the store did not have a parking lot. As well, I had ordered some sodas, only to get there and find out that they had none. They were kind enough to refund the cost of the sodas. I may try another location in the future. It may have been my fault to order on a Sunday night, but I expected a bit better from the store.

I don't even want to give them 1 star. They supposedly lost my order after the lady stated my order was on it's way, I told her to refund my money as well. After another 45 mins waiting, now 1007pm and my order was placed at 818pm, they said they "lost" my order. No, you cancelled my order once I stated I wanted my refund at 855pm for the first half hour past the delivery time I waited and didn't have the audacity to simply just state that over the phone. People have kids they need to feed and too cancel an order and not inform your customer is unprofessional. Not to mention the 8 times I had to call and got hung up on all 8 times. This is by far the worst delivery and customer service I have ever encountered. Unprofessional and rude. I'm almost glad they didn't deliver my food I probably would have spit on the driver for how rude and unprofessional the man was over the phone.

Horrible experience. Pizza had wrong sauce, raw dough in the middle, wasn't cut all the way through at all, the triple topper sticks was missing the base sauces and didn't have enough cheese for spec leaving it dry and barely edible and not cut through AT ALL, also, somehow half of the boneless wings were dried out on the inside so it was like biting into a cyst... I even brought the food back myself as proof, and told the "manager" that I didn't want it after which she through my food away, but refused to make me any new food without paying again... only offered a 50% my new order and since I didn't have cash on me refused to do anything more for me. Toppers is great when it's made right, but this particular location constantly makes mistakes and it's like gambling... especially if they refuse to correct your order while keeping your money!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating to me! I ordered a pizza with my roommate but forgot to ask for mushrooms on it.... They gave me a little container with mushrooms after I explained the situation. I've been a fan of Toppers Pizza for about 10 years after my college days in Mankato but the customer experience I had tonight has solidified me as a loyal long-term customer! Taylor!! Taylor is the best! She turned me and my future wife into loyal customers. She was very professional and friendly. I really am impressed with her knowledge of the current promotions and specials. I gave her my price range and appetite for two, and she was quick to make suggestions that she knew that I would njoy. She is definitely an amazing asset to your store location and company overall. She definitely needs more than a $5 dollar perk. The computer system crashed during the call, and she didn't skip a beat. Update: The new owners of this Toppers reached out to me and provided a certificate for a large pizza to give them another try. The second image is the pizza I got this time, all toppings present and delicious! And the staff when I went to pick it up was super friendly. Looks like they're are under way better ownership now. Ordered a Loaded Totzza and they forgot half the toppings (drizzle and green onions). Kind of ridiculous to forget half the toppings on a signature pizza. Toppers cant even remember their toppings smh. Also, half of it was kind of doughy. I tried to reach out to toppers company TWICE and no correspondence.

Food is worth five stars. The rest negative 6. I ordered from here three times because the pizza is killer. First error was not toppers fault they had a driver walk out. Second error was they made the wrong pizza. Third time they only sent half the order and their driver gave me attitude and then I looked at the pizza, how can you miss all three types of pepperoni on the pizza. Tried calling them to no avail,but thankfully they auto refunded my card. Sadly I probably will order from them again as its good pizza. But I have extremely low expectations that the right food will be delivered or that food will really show up.

This location cannot seem to decide whether my building is on the blacklist or not or whether I'm in their delivery area or not. It would be nice if they actually called me to let me know if the stars or the phases of the moon or whatever they decide to use aligns and I'll be able to get a delivery that day. I have never been able to get a straight answer with what the problem is. The typical "response" when they decide they're not going to deliver (for whatever reason) is to cancel the order, not tell me, and then keep a hold on my bank account for the next three days to a week. I just want some damn chicken wings!

Food was really good, delivery lady was friendly and awesome (give your delivery drivers a raise). But the sauce from the boneless wings was not very well contained, it leaked through the bottom of the box and basically melted the box and put Nashville Hot flavored stains all over the carpet in my apartment. They could maybe use more powerful containers for the wings in the future? But that's my only note. The food was exactly the right kind of delicious garbage I needed to eat away my sorrows and push myself one step closer to diabetic shock and that sweet eternal rest. Power to the people.

We have not had Toppers for a long time. Ordered it to be delivered with Uber eats. The driver arrived with someone else’s order. We stopped him and he said they only gave him the one order. I contacted Toppers to try to get this issue fixed. I had to call 4 times because the order line people couldn’t help and kept putting me on hold for 10-15 minutes. I finally was transferred to someone that told me it was Ubers fault and they were unwilling to help me. She said it was a he said she said issue and hung up on me. Disappointing! We will not try that again.

I ordered online and the expected delivery time was only 56 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised because it usually takes this location hours to deliver an order. Despite the estimated time, my order never arrived. After waiting for 2 hours, I tried to call the store 3 times. I was on hold for almost 5 minutes each time just to get hung up on every time. I'm thankful that I was paying with cash because I wasn't out any money, but it was still frustrating. I have given this location many chances to show me that they can have some sort of customer service skills, but this was the last straw.

I placed two orders of wings from Toppers because I received a promotion in the mail. The guy who took my order was friendly enough and said it would be 15 minutes. I arrived and waited for about 5 minutes. There were 4 guys, a cook, a delivery driver, somebody walking around without a mask, and a guy punching in an order on his kiosk. Everyone noticed me but actively tried not to notice me. No leadership at this place whatsoever. It takes less than a minute to hand a guy his order and get paid. I left without picking up my order, there are plenty of places with better staff.

UPDATE: Contacted HQ and was treated very well. Moved since then but reimbursement was honored. The Toppers where I'm at now is lovely. Staff there is superb. The pizza itself is usually very tasty. Vegan options are great. The customer service is lacking in all regards. Please, do not have a customer stand there for 30 min when you know they need to replace thier order since your ticket machine is busted and your website isnt functioning. Wouldn't have minded waiting, if I knew I was getting product. Tonight was a LITERAL waste of time.

Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with any kind of restaurant. The workers placed me on hold for almost 10 minutes, hung up on me the first time I called and told me to “call back when I know what I want” when I asked a question about toppings. When I asked to speak to the manager the second time I called, the worker told me they were the manager and didn’t care about what I had to say, interrupted me and hung up on me again. I love toppers but wow. Definitely going to a different location from now on.

Great pizza and they were generous enough to donate some pizzas to us here at Metro Hope Ministries last Sunday for our men to enjoy during the football games!!! We here Metro Hope house around 50 guys as we are a long term faith based sober living program that's usually 6-8 months long!! The men really enjoyed their pizza and wings!!

I normally have okay experiences here but tonight it was completely mismanaged. Coming from a guy who worked in pizza for 5 years. I called in an order and they gave me a 15 minute pickup time. I got there and 10 people were waiting for orders. The cashier rang me up but my card never got charged so I assumed that was his way of telling me to "get lost". I proceeded to wait another 30 minutes sitting in the entrance and left. May I suggest updating your wait times if your gonna leave people hanging.

My Fiance and I order 2 mac and cheese, she don't eat meat so she got the loaded tot mac with no bacon. However, when we picked up our order, it looked like there was double bacon on it. Spent way too much time picking it off. Eventually gave up. I understand Places get busy, but even dealing with food, you NEED to pay attention to the #86 list. Food alergies are no joke. You could kill someone if your not paying attention. We will order from them again, with Extra caution about picking it up.

As an out of towner from San Antonio, Texas this pizza company blew my mind. The pizza was not only made to order but all the ingredients were fresh and the cheese was melty. I would definitely fly back here to just get this pizza again. Perfect after a night at the bars.

Came in over an hour before close. The 2 staff working clearly didn’t want to serve us as they literally ignored us for about 10 minutes. Could not even be bothered to tell us that they were for some reason not taking any orders (again over an hour before close). Was told 20 minutes for a pickup I got there after 20 minutes and they said they would throw it in.I gave this place a 2nd chance but won't go back now.The pizza was rushed and thrown in way too much sauce and not enough cheese even though I ordered extra cheese on it.At least 4 people were working there and for being as busy as it supposedly was they were moving like turtles.I placed my order at 11:23PM. Meh. Ordered it from an delivery app; paid nearly 30 for a medium pizza with all the fees tacked on (not necessarily Toppers fault). Pizza is pretty good. I think it’s expensive for what you get but it’s not a terrible option if you’re staying downtown at a hotel. It’s light on sauce so order an extra side if you prefer a saucier pie.

My coworkers & I ordered yesterday, and even though our online order for half dairy free mozzarella & the other half reggie mozzarella, it didn't appear correctly, but the young man was smart enough to half & half the cheese. So frustrating -- I leave notes that are very specific so that at a bare minimum drivers can get into my building. Consistently, I get drivers that just leave my food wherever (including outside!!!!). Update: still rude and unhelpful management / drivers. Will leave food outside. Came into Toppers and my friend was drunk and sobbing uncontrollably. Went to order some garlic bread to make her feel better and they gave it to us on the house free of charge. Those men behind the counters deserve a raise. The customer service was outstanding. It felt like family. I’d give 10 stars if I could. <3

So, I ordered food at about 6:20 with an estimated delivery of 45 minutes, which is pretty standard. I checked my order status at 7:00 and it showed that it was still baking. Around 15 minutes later the order showed it was out for delivery. I didn't get it for another 30 minutes, and it arrived cold.
