I have purchased two different arrangements from Toronto Flower Co and both times, they were absolutely beautiful! I paid for fuller flowers on both arrangements and I was very satisfied with what was delivered. The second time though, it’s worth mentioning that I was a bit scatter brained and forgot to write a card before hitting “purchase” so I support letting them know what I wanted it to read. I was nervous with the ceremony being the next day (and on a weekend) that support wouldn’t see my email so I reached out on the Facebook page. In less than 10 minutes, someone responded and I was assured that everything was taken care of. The recipient of the flowers showed me the letter and the employee hand-wrote it for me! I am so impressed with the professionalism and care from Toronto Flower Co. Highly recommend!!

A friend sent me a lovely bouquet of flowers, or so I thought. They arrived covered in condensation and appeared to have been frozen. I contacted the company and they sent me another bouquet 2 days later. They were beautiful flowers, however they were covered with condensation and the ferns were already curled up dead, they hydrangeas died within 24 hours. From what I have read here, this is a common occurrence. Revised review. Well I must say once this company was aware of the problem, they went above and beyond. Today Jenny delivered to me a beautiful fresh and colourful flower arrangement. She personally apologized and truly felt bad for the mishaps. She is someone special and made me feel special. I would give 10 stars if I could. I am so happy with their flowers and also customer service. Long story short, I ordered Juliet roses but got delivered Caramel Antike. I was upset but Maria contacted me and explained the reasons that Juliet roses was not fresh that day, they substituted the equal or higher value flowers per the company's policy.She came up with a solution and gave me a new fresh Juliet bouquet the day after, of course it’s free. . I read some other reviews, I understood you might be upset but please contact the shop, they would give you the best solution. People make mistakes, they always deserve a chance to fix them. I would definitely recommend Flowerco to my friends. Best flowers, best customer service ever.

Stay Away! My biggest regret before purchasing flowers from this joke of a company is that I didn't go through these reviews. My other regret is that I can't choose something lower than 1 star. I ordered an arrangement of 75 pink roses for a Valentines Day delivery here in Toronto. The flowers were not delivered until the day after which makes them useless for a Valentines Day surprise, and the pink roses were in terrible condition(pics attached)! A $500+ order and for what?!? This is a lesson in avoiding all these "online" florist companies, that take all their orders online and can't handle fulfillment! Lesson learned, as I will be using local florists for any occasion going forward!

This company did an INCREDIBLE job with the centrepieces at my wedding on May 27, 2023!! I was blown away by how beautiful the arrangements were. This company was very easy to deal with - they were super understanding, flexible, prompt and friendly. I had a wonderful experience all around with them.
